The City Union Bank has sent an email for "Indemnity Approval" to HDFC Bank for my compliant to Mr.Shriram Krishnan.

I request you please they have sent an email on yesterday (03/08/2018) but still now from HDFC Bank did not replied to that email for "Indemnity Approval".

Already one week completed of my compliant. I know Due to the Non Bank we have some formalities and proceedures but the Email Response and priority bases your team can do the best to the customers.

Request you to please responed that email which City Union Bank sent to you (HDFC Bank) Mr.Shiriram Krishnan.

Kindly do the needful.

    My saving account is kept on hold as i had made a settlement with the bank for credit card of 2, 80, 000/- of which i paid 2, 00, 000/- and 80, 000/- is pending which i was not able to pay due to loss in business i have informed bank i need some time and will pay the 80, 000/- on which bank said you have to pay now 1, 80, 000/- this is new settlement i have informed bank i was not able to pay 80, 000/- due to crisis how will i be able to pay 1, 80, 000/- they said they will get back to and try to settle the case. Currently my account is on hold and i need money urgently which is available in by account as dad eye surgery is there kindly help for the same by removing the freeze from my account

      Company is charging 5000 for a card not issued to me or by my consent.
      Also issued me a court notice to pay the amount despite of raising several complaints against them and forcing me to pay to amount.

      My credit card was lost in aapril 2017 post which i payed all dues immidiately after closing the card with a request of no longer wanting it.
      Post which without my consent they reissued card which is not recieved by me and charging me rs5000+ stating its dues on a card which is not even known to me.

      I am not ok to pay the charges as not guilty, they issued court notice and are troubling me now despite of raising the concern to hdfc team.

            I was using HDFC Credit Card with a limit of Rs. 15, 000 and after using the credit limit, I wanted to make the payment and called customer care several times but they told that only net banking is the source for the payment. I asked several times to send a executive to collect the payment or tell any other, edium for the payment but no information was provide. Eventually, after months because of non-payment HDFC charged a heavy penalty per month and it turned out to heavy amount. In the meanwhile, HDFC collection department called several times and asked to pay small amount via Paytm. I paid the same and it was told to me that the penalty amount will be waived off soon and we have raised the request. But after that no one informed about the status and also the amount exceeded just double the credit limit. In between many different people from HDFC called with fake assurances like you pay the credit amount plus penalty amount and it will be credited to your credit limit in 24 hours but eventually on enquiring it turned out to be fake. For the same, I didn't completed any payment because I was receiving fake calls. One day I received a call from Mr. Amit with phone no. [protected] and he told that a settlement letter will be provided if I make payment of Rs 20, 000. For the same I Requested him to make the amount in emi and provide the letter. But eventually he and his colleague started calling me with different phone no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and started forcefully extorting the money. For the last 2-3 months from the same number, few goons from HDFC bank started abusing me in my personal number and threatened me to make the payment. Eventually, they followed in my social network account and abused my colleagues and family members. Few of them abused my family member and threatened that they will come home and recover the money by beating the members. Finally, it continued for 15-20 days until I paid Rs, 10000. HDFC is harassing me and my family continuously for the payment without providing logical resolution and also apologizing the mistake of customer care. I am fed up with the bank and now I think have to lodge a police complaints against the threat given by the bank goons.                   I have already submit a complaint before. No action was taken. Now the complaint itself has disappeared from this board. Not sure if consumer complaint is working for the benefit of consumer or the corporate!!
                  Anyway i am getting unwanted calls from hdfc bank representatives asking me if i need loan. I dont want any loan from anybody. If i need, i will approach the right way. There is no need to call me. They are calling when i am in office, when i am in a meeting.. Almost everytime. Please stop this. I can share my phone no but only to the right person thru e-mail..

                      However i have still not received the cashback.

                      I called the customer care of hdfc but no satisfactory reply & they have not idea about this offer.

                      This is totally unexpected behavior and i am thinking of closing my hdfc credit card.

                          I have an account with hdfc since 2010. I was aware that i need to maintain average quarterly balance aqb (Rs 5000) in my account but all of sudden they changed the rule from aqb to amb (Average monthly balance) without notifying me and that to they increased rs.10, 000/- without any intimation and now they started deducting money.

                          When i asked customer care about it they said this new rule was introduced few months back and there is nothing they can do about it. They are burglar.

Please note, however, that this reversal of charges is being done as a one-off case once the Average Monthly Balances (AMB) is maintained and that going forward you will have to maintain the requisite AMB Rs 10, 000.00 in your Savings Bank account failing which the Bank will levy AMB non-maintenance charges as applicable.                             These people did not send me the complete charge details since even after paying amount every month the due amount was not reduced considerably (All additional charge for no reason). Then i did not pay bill for 2 months since no one bothered to share my payment details (I have called cc multiple times). Then in december month they deducted my entire salary 18300 (My salary account is also hdfc) without prior notice and i was robbed. Then next month i paid around 8k n the started paying minimum bill. So from pas 3 months i am following up with hdfc cc for settlement and they are keep on giving false assurance. My card is blocked now n it's been 7 months i used my card n these people are keep on just adding cheating charges. I will pay for the bill which i have used and can't pay additional charges from december since it's bank mistake to not send the details requested n deduct my salary. Please help

                            I told them all my problem, they said that a person will call within 24hrs but no called till now.. They are simply making me wait and charging me for interest.. No one is doing their work properly.. For settlement I keep on begging them..really fed up with hdfc credit card department.. They are purely cheating customers

                            Kotak bank is far better than your cheating team..I asked for settlement and immediately within a week they processed..

                            Even if I call to the so called persons contact, sent by grievance department of hdfc, , they never turn up..
                            I don't know why they make us beg for settlement..your team should feel bad for not taking up customer requirement in priority

                            Wrong calculation of 20000.00 issue in HDFC credit card statement, customer care person has said, this is related to merchant, they will decide, I have required for these issue but did not resolve.

                                  Dear Team,
                                  I have taken Bike Loan and EMI was supposed to be start deduct from
                                  10th Feb 2018. My 1st cheque was bounced on 10 Feb By any reason. I
                                  visited HDFC Bank on 15th To know that why this happened. They told me
                                  that There is Sign mismatch, You must have to fill ECS Form again with
                                  Proper sign and also pay 1st EMI with fine of 590/- and told me that
                                  next minth also you have to pay manually beacause this process will
                                  take one month. (A total of 4165/-.) I paid the EMI amount and also
                                  filled the new ECS Form. On next month that means on 10th March, The
                                  money again not deducted from my account automatically. I waited for 2
                                  days, as i thought that it might be due any banking delay. But on 12th
                                  march also it didn't deducted, So again i visited HDFC Bank and asked
                                  about it, So they again told me that it will be deducted next month
                                  automatically or there may be sign issue. And they told me to pay
                                  actual EMI amount of 3575/- by cash. So i paid them by Cash. But after
                                  2 hours i checked My bank balance, i saw that an amount of 3575/- also
                                  deducted from my Bank too, named as"HDFC Bank ASC Amount".Again I
                                  went to bank to ask why this happend when you told me that there is
                                  problem in your sign and You have to pay manually this time too, then
                                  why just few hours ago money is deducted from my bank. he told that it
                                  might be due to Slow updatation of their system. But from now Money
                                  will be deducted from your bank automatically every month. I said
                                  OK.but what about the Amount which i have paid today, Kindly refund My
                                  Money .Then he told that he cant refund, It will be transfered to your
                                  bank automatically. But till Now no amount is returned back in my
                                  ICICI account. I need my money back.
                                  HDFC Bank, They give you loan happily, BUt during EMI Replayment,
                                  it will cost you so big and trouble also. I need my Money back of 2nd
                                  Installment, Because already it has been deducted from my bank
                                  account.

                                  Support person from Bank called me and asked the problem. I told the whole issue, and after 2 days money refunded. Good support from the Bank member. But it is disappointing that, When i assked same thing to bank person personally, He didnt did anything. But anyway, Thank you Team HDFC.

                                      An amount of rs 650 has been charged as part of loan overdue payment, which is an unexpected inconvenience imposed by bank.

                                      I had maintained sufficient emi amount in my salary account to pay emi for 4th march 2018. But bank has deducted the amount one day later (I. E. On 5th march)
                                      And charged approx one month interest (650 rs).

                                      It is completely the bank's problem not deducting the amount on the committed date.

                                      This is been the 3rd time am facing serious issues like this. Bank's support centers have been totally irresponsible and irresponsive in supporting customers on call.

                                      Kindly help me get my money back into my account and improve your customer supporting strategies to keep these kind of irritations to the minmum.

                                      You can refer to the old messages here. I have sent all the details already. It is the 4th time you are asking same details.
                                      Ask mr Vijaykumar j and Mr Suriya who just pretend to take concern of the case but did not help.

                                      Especially Mr Vijaykumar j, I don’t know why Hdfc is giving him the salary who is not at all available for any grievance readressal.

                                      The issue is still not resolved.
