I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2295 without my concern on date:23/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    I m get loan from hdfc bank against waerhosue slip, that account npa in dec, after dec i m release some goods from that account and clear 30% amount of loan. So plz clarify bank can sell or liquidise my good in 15 days when i rease my last reciept on 24/jan, and also answer bank sell my all goods if amount is small than goods value, if taxable item bank sell then who give bill to buyer.

      Hi my name is anurag i had an credit card with hdfc third party collection.
      People are calling one girl with whom i met only once now she is getting call stating that she is my wife and she needs to pay.
      What rubbish is this
      She is harressed alot by my name she further will go to police along with deligates.
      I have shared my number ([protected]) but instead they call her and abuse and harress
      As per law this is not a good practice and banks should notice this.

        Hi,
        My policy no is [protected]. I have started paying policy from november 2015 to november 2017 and awaited for 2 years as per your policy.
        I have taken policy for my mother heena trivedi age 53 years and father tushar trivedi age 54 years.
        In may 2017, tushar trivedi had pain in stomach and when we consulted dr he told us about the hernia and suggested for operation. I had called hdfc ergo to assist me for operation. However they told me to wait till waiting period november 2017 and after that i can take my father for operation and company will pay on behalf of me.
        I have waited till november 2017 as per said by your concern team. Now, in february 2018 my father was suffering from pain and we had taken to hospital on urgent basis where dr suggested for urgent surgery.
        On 22nd february 2018, at 11.30 pm i had taken my father in optilife hospital where we came to know that there is no tie up with hdfc ergo. So i had called hdfc ergo for hospital list and i have shifted my father in aims hospital 421203 by 1.00 am on 23rd february 2018 because this hospital was under hdfc ergo list. On the same day i asked tpa group to send you the required documents for approval of claim however your team had rejected my cashless request on 24th february 2018 due to some pre existing disease. I am not sure how the disease is pre existing as the disease started from last 9 months. Even i am not getting satisfactory answer from your team regarding rejection of cashless request.
        I am from middle class family giving you the premium every month on time and when i needed money on time from your company i have not received any help. Till now no one from your company had given me the satisfactory answer for rejection of cashless request. First i have been told that i will receive cashless so i shifted to good hospital but when your company came to know that the amount has crossed 1 lac so without baseless reason you had rejected my request.
        I request you to give the money whatever i paid in 4 years. From 2015 to 2017 rs. 24693 and from november 2017 to november 2019 rs. 25932. So adding this amount of rs. 50625 i request you to give this money back as your company has cheated on me and disappointed me. I will close the policy when you give my money back and will suggest everyone not to go for hdfc ergo insurance as your company is not capable of helping needy people on time.

          Iam not at all using one assist service and i have already intimidated one assist team that i am not interested in this service and not to recover money towards this service. But inspite of my request, your team is recovering the amount periodically as and when it needs renewal and debiting on my credit card [protected].
          Now also rs.1399/- has been debited on my credit card towards the said service in which iam not at all interested. Please see that the amount will be refunded as soon as possible and please deactivate my one assist membership.

              Dear sir/madam
              It is very sorry to say you that i have very bad services from your hdfc bank.
              I am sachin s/o mr. Chandrabhan singh. I had visited your bank branch dhampur (Bijnor) u. P on dated 02/12/2017 to open an account (Farmer account). I have been advised one of your official that kindly submit all required document with 2500 rupees. According to her advise i have submitted all documents with 2500/- rupees. After many follow up i have been told that your account is on hold and you have to visit bank once again i have visited once again on 19/01/2018 then they told me you have to submit 5000/-rupees instead of 2500/- they torn my old deposit slip which was of 2500/- so i deposit 5000/-
              Again in spite of several remainders to bank officials and bank manager they had not issued me my welcome kit. I have also visited several times in bank for asking about my welcome kit but the behavior of bank manager and official was not bearable. Then i have requested closed my account otherwise.
              Before two weeks i have received my kit but still not received my debit card.
              And bank official still speachless about the delivery of my card.
              Kindly intervene into and arrange to deliver my card or close my account immediately.

There is some business slags going on thats why unable to pay dues on time.. Several times i have communicated & did the payments..                 I am a tn government staff working as teacher, i am using hdfc credit card, i got a message from hdfc saying card payment dated 04/03/2018. I got call from [protected] on 21/02/18 @6.45pm and a lady asked me to make the card payment immediately, i said her that i got message from bank saying payment date is on 04/03/18, then she started scolding me and said "i am telling to make the payment now so u should pay now" and she humiliated me by telling "do you have brain, do you understand what am telling, just pay it now. I will call you after 30 minutes you should have paid the amount" i said there's enough amount in my savings account so you can make auto payment and take the amount, but she again asked me do you have brain, i am telling you to make payment so you should pay.
                Then the next day 22/02/[protected]@ 6.00pm she again called me from [protected] and said "i gave you 30 minutes time but you didn't made the payment, what do you think of yourself, now go and make the" i said the date given by the bank is 04/03/18 i will pay by that date or if you want immediate payment you can take from my account"then she again gave 30 minutes time to make payment.

                Then again yesterday 23/02/18 @12:30pm i again got call from [protected] and again asking me for the payment, actually i am very stressed because of her, i cant concentrate on my work, all my co-workers started asking me"why you didn't make "

                So can i plz know her details, i want to file a complaint on her and on hdfc bank

                  It is more than a month since a complaint was raised ([protected]) and i have not any proper response till date. Hdfc bank had immediately blocked my card after this transactions and has also provided me a new card. A form is also submitted to the hdfc bank, koramangala branch, bangalore. Below are the disputed transactions.

                  16/01/2018 mercadona ensanche sur alcorcon eur 278.77 21, 918.31

                  04/02/2018 consolidated fcy markup fee (Ref# 19999999980204999736250) 767.14

                  04/02/2018 finance charges (Ref# 19999999980204999736250) 1, 330.27

                  I am being asked by phonebanking to pay this amount and later this amount will be reversed, but as per the credit card team, this amount is already reversed and is being shown in the card, which is not the case and still the disputed amounts are being shown in the card.

Due to this my limit become over due and over due fess rs. 500/- also debited. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.                       My home door was locked then i went to collect the credit card with id proof at
                      Mig-ii-13, 9th phase road, k p h b phase 9, kukatpally, hyderabad, telangana 500085.
                      Blue dart staff suresh said he is already redirect to my office address. If not delivered then it will send back to hdfc chennai. Please find attached track sheet

                      Even we go their office and show id proof they are not giving they want to return back to chennai. I think blue dart management can track this consignment where it is

                          Sub: cancellation of my hdfc life insurance company policy no: 19773169
                          I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that i wish to cancel my life insurance policy with a policy number 19773169 hdfc life insurance company, in the name of majid pasha, with effect from 18th of november 2017. I need to cancel this policy due to some personal reasons. And i took the policy without knowing the duration of payment and i took it on karan mehta ([protected]) insistance. He said me that he is calling from citibank delhi he told me that you have an od account in respect of life insurance policy amount rs 35000/. Now he refused to do as he said please cancel my policy and refund the amount as soon as possible because i urgently need money for the repayment to money lender.
                          I would be thankful to you if you send me a written confirmation that my request has been registered and the cancellation procedures are under your process. Once the policy is cancelled, you are kindly requested to send back all the documents and papers that i have submitted with your company. I also request you to refund the unused portion of my policy premium and terminate premium amount.

                            We have asked one time settlement for hdfc for wife credit card, in the month of jan, since i have to go abroad i have asked them to kindly reply asap to settle it, since reply came 1 day late, i have payed the amount more than requires by rs 500, i have paid 95% of the amount, then the real thing started, your executives tell me that since i have paid more than required amount i have to pay full, since the remaining amount was rs 7, 000/- i asked them is there any discount where i can clear the amount, but none of your executives are not responding even after repeated mails, msgs, whatsapp etc,, now comes the night mare after exactly 24 days your exceutive are calling and threating us to pay rs 12000/-
                            Now my question how can you charge so much interest in 20 days, why dont you people have minimum courtesy to send the statement no one is bothered to send us statement or even respond to our earlier mail, i have all proofs what we have commuinicated with you exceutivesbut you people are least bothered about customers, all you want is sucking blood from customers not addressing real issues, i want to take to civil court for negligence your huge interests you charge customers.

                              On 23 st feb, rs 236 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst . I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                              We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 236 + 236 levied to your account on February 23, 2018 pertains to third-party cash transaction done on February 14, 2018 & February 15, 2018 for Rs. 40, 000 & 40, 000.00 at Shikrapur branch. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                                I have purchased an insurance policy 19063049 last year. Now i have to discontinue my policy.

                                I spoke to hdfc life insurance executive he said we are unable to discontinue the policy as its on auto debit mode an you need to inform us 15 day before of expiry date. Now you have to pay if dont have sufficent fund in you card we will charge when ever you have amount in you card.

                                No one inform me when i purchased the policy about the renewal things. This really pathetic no one even help me resolve this.

                                Still awaiting to resolve this.

                                Hi, the auto debit mandate was active in our records basis the mandate form received by us. However, now the mandate is deactivated and no further premium amount would be auto deducted from your account. Further, incase the premium amount is not received by us towards the aforesaid policy, then the same will be made to discontinued as per terms and conditions. For more clarity, kindly write to [protected]@hdfclife.com from the registered Id to provide the information on discontinuance clause.

                                Just to inform you that i got a call from HDFC LIFE (Ms .Geeta) and she is pressuring me to continue this policy. This policy is become a nightmare for me if some one do not want to continue the policy because of fund issues then you people start harassing your so called customer. Even though i already put a complaint against the renewal.

                                Now she is saying that we will not refund your premium as it was your fault and even she is not putting all this in mail.

                                This is really sad. Request you to kindly look into this and process my refund.
                                Pathetic service ... not recommendable to any one...

                                Hi, kindly get the no. blocked from which the call is being received to continue the policy. As per our records, the auto debit is deactivated.

                                  I am using your bank credit card and due some reason i am unanble to paid the pending amount and its got delayed with 10 to 15 days. One of your credit card customer service executive call to my father's number ([protected]) on dated 23 feb 2018 and misbehave my father with very rude voice. He is a senior citizen. I request you to take strong against in this regards.

                                    I have applied the home loan to sales person mr farook ([protected]), but when i proceed with legal documents they told we cannot able to process this construction plan. So you can move from your local branch, when i checked with my local branch they told that this file was cancelled by mr daniel ([protected]). Without my notification they cancelled my file before 10days, but in the mean time i was processing through my home branch. They cannot called even a single phone call to followup my loan process, when i called they won't attend my call.

                                    So i advise you to all don't apply or give any documents to the above persons. They are all belongs to chennai anna nagar branch.

                                      I have my credit card dues pending. Due to some unwanted circumstances i did not pay the amount. Now my family members and relatives are getting calls from hdfc bank team and my relatives are getting harassed. I have been put through shame and this has affected my mental well being. I am totally ready to suicide if this harassment does not stop today. I am the one who is responsible for this due amount and my family members should not be harassed at any condition.
