A few moments ago, I had a complete talk with CSRM staff - Mr. Ubed Khan about the problem of recurring deposit.
RD Booking Request was collected by your bank executive during my salary account opening and was processed once account was activated with funding. Same RD has been liquidated through Net banking option.
Now my recurring deposit issue has been resolved and your staff apologized for the same.
I don't want to expand on this.
