    This is regarding my relationship manager Chandrasekhar Sen, of branch HDFC, Nikas Chouraha, Ujjain.

    I'm a preferred banking customer, so he was assigned to me automatically.
    I contacted him first regarding the upgrade of my credit card. He made me wait for so many months citing his health issues, his marriage and urgent meetings and I'm still waiting for the update.

    I believed at least HDFC bank is ethical but I got to know the process, when he called me continuously to book a Health cover FD of 5 lacs and told me that he needs to fulfil his target and even promised me that just give me the screenshot and I'll give you a RM recommendation for credit card so the process will be fast forwarded, and even told me that you can break the FD tomorrow. I even did it so that he can at least pick up the call whenever I need him. But after this incident he again became ignorant and unprofessional.

    This is very unethical as HDFC even promotes him and gives him rewards continuously for his unprofessional way of working. After all this, all my respect for HDFC has died.

    I want all the stakeholders to be more aware of the things that is going on. We think we're paying hefty amount for all the services but we are not getting any.

    @HDFC Bank Kindly look to this matter and respond. I desperately want to change my RM or even this Bank if the customers are not their priority.

      This issue was there last year as well but was resolved once I used my Rupay debit card in India on my visit there. The issue has again started as it has been over a year since last debit card usage. OTP for mobile should not be linked with debit card usage. Very stupid policy. Please send OTPs so that one can easily operate one's own account.

        I purchased an AC almost in April 2022 using my HDFC debit card opting for a cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 90 days but it’s been more than that and I haven't received my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the HDFC customer care is not very easy to approach.

                Not only certain amount, it is increasing every month . I want to know why this hold has been placed and why is it increasing

                  My UPI access has been blocked due to security reasons and and now i am unable to do UPI transactions.i visited the nearest branch and did not get any proper response from them and this is very very inconvenient and bad banking experience.
                  I called the HDFC customer care, they were also unable to help me properly.
                  Please help me out here.
                  Nobody is giving the solid reason why the UPI access is blocked & I am requesting you to please unblock UPI access as soon as possible.

                    EMI amount not deducted

                    I have made a payment using the EasyEmi option on coding ninjas website for Rs. 11, 198. Two days have passed and no amount has been deducted regarding this matter.

                    Please look into the matter as soon as possible and reach out to me via text message or WhatsApp if necessary....

                        One Fastag has been issued by HDFC fastag team on 24 Dec, 2021 Wallet ID ([protected]) for Vehicle number DL2FGJ0004 (Owned by Sunil Kumar) and HDFC Team have linked it with my (Ashwani Jain) mobile number ([protected]).

                        I am getting almost daily message of over speeding, amount deduction or charging due to which i have daily getting harrassed.I am also getting calls that your vehicle (having this fastag) has been identified for over speeding and i should pay the penalty amount. However both these things does not belong to me.

                        I have written 4 - 5 emails to HDFC team to get this rectified by connecting with right owner of the vehicle and get the contact number updated.
                        I have also called up customer care 4 - 5 times to inform and resolve the same, but after getting the information they have kept the phone on hold and kept me on waiting for more than 10 min and then call get disconnected with actual action.

                        This is how the HDFC Bank Team actually works and shows their services against their customer. All these HDFC Bank customer care executive are useless and they are just doing body shopping (front facing with no resolution).

                        I have also raised a service request (SR[protected]) on HDFC Fastag customer portal on 20th May 2022 for suspension of Fastag with message to activate only when right owner share correct mobile number.
                        But unfortunately customer care didnt even bothered to go through the service request for reason of suspension and just activated the Tag.

                        I am daily getting harassed due to these messages and calls and HDFC bank team is not getting this resolved. I have deactivated the wallet / Fastag using the portal once, and also kept the remarks, but HDFC team has again activated the same without any proper resolution.
                        Please help me with the quick resolution.

                          My salary account got blocked without any message or intimation. When i asked the bank employee they told it's due to undelivered welcome letter . I changed my address in the netbanking still got blocked. They told me it will take 3 - 4 days and it has been 15 days since my account got blocked i don't know what to do for my daily expenses I'm really frustrated that i cant use my own money because of the bank's problem. I'm really disappointed by the service and they don't took this as serious matter . Please do take action regarding this matter as soon as possible.

But I did not use the card recently abroad. An amount of Rs 3586 was deducted from my account on June 15. I would like to know why it was charged?

                                    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful
