I called one of your employees to come at my place to open a bank ac, Charanjit came at my place, to open a bank ac.
He completed all the Kyc documents of mine and my dad for the joint ac.Earlier he told us to provide the cheque for 20k to open a bank ac, later on, My dad gave him current ac cheque for 20k, he denided and demading us for the cheque with minimum amount of 50k.
In my entire life, I have been never saw an employee who put his sales target more than the customer needs.
On the same day, I refused him to open a bank ac he told us no worries i am good with the 20k cheque amount.I requested him humbily to open my bank ac, because I have a flight on 27th may 2022, he promised me everything is done by his side and ac will be open next day.
However, Charan called me on the phone in evening on 26th may 2022, and denied me to open a bank ac because of less amount of cheque from my father current ac.
He tortured me, as I am also working as a financial advisor in financial institution in Canada, We never provide the services like this.
He is a fool guy who doesn’t know how to fulfill the clients needs and helping them out,
I have a worst experience with the HDFC first time.We have a car loan with HDFC we also told him its just a simple process to open a bank ac why are you demanding for the 50k
