I was done a transaction at HDFC bank an amount of 10, 000/- on 02/05/2022 at time 17:39PM, amount got deducted from account I did not received a cash from the bank but I received a slip from that ATM saying that transaction got declined. I thought I get the money to my account automatically but that does not happen, so I took the transaction slip from bank trash slip and called icici customer care on the same date.
They have request with HDFC bank with request id SR[protected] can you please respond. please find below details and attachment.

1. Your bank will raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC Bank) seeking the disputed transaction status.
2. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
