      AMB due charges refund request

      Hi, This is in regards with the allocated customer number[protected] for the AMB charges due for which the amount for Rs. 708/- was deducted for about more than 6 months, summing up to a total of Rs. 7000/- without any prior intimation.

      There was no communications either via phone, SMS or Email. I kindly request you to reverse the charges for the months that I've not received any notice or any intimation from your end. br...

      Hdfc put a lien on my fixed deposits for a third party (Bata). After lien expiration, hdfc kept on asking more and more documentations to close the lien. Every time the company (Bata) provided no objection certificate, hdfc would raise another requirement.
      It has been 4 months since this process started. Still it is not resolved. I have written/complained to bank management multiple times but to no avail.

      Account blocked due to address change letter undelivered

      I have updated my address by visiting branch on 17th May, 2022. Suddenly after around 13 days I have received an email that my account is blocked because address change letter is undelivered. Visited same branch (Ghodasar, Ahmedabad) but they could not unblock it. Customer service are of no use. They denied to help. All my insurance premiums and emi are due on 5th. What to do? Why was not I informed about this letter upon dispatched? Why...

      Hi,

      I am Preeti Deshmukh, my Salary Account has been blocked for undelivered welcome letter reason, more over i didn't get any intimation, message, form bank or Post office department and form yesterday I am asking to unblock the account but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. Due to which my entire moths financial transactions will get affected as my salary not credited and I will not be able to pay EMIs on time which will affect my CBILL. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people address everything from customer. One of the worst service form hdfc bank. Review the issue and resolve as soon as possible

        Hi, I opened my HDFC account in April, 2022. Till date I haven't recieved my welcome kit. The local branch says it will come directly from chennai. It's not with them. It's been a month now

            I am an HDFC account holder who had my salary account in hdfc bank (Account no [protected]).
            After I left my company, my salary account got converted into a saving account. My account was inactive and I could not maintain required minimum balance of rs 10, 000 and bank started charging amb charges.
            On April 12th 2022, I visited the nearest branch and requested if I could close the account or pay the fee and activate my account again. I was informed by the bank employee that the fee was around 1500 and the account could be activated once I pay the fee.
            I paid the fees and also requested for a new debit card and a branch transfer as I was very much impressed by the customer service of the branch (R T Nagar Branch, Bengaluru Karnataka) and wanted to continue using HDFC products and services.
            The Bank employee assured me that aslong as I maintain my minimum balance I should face no issues with the bank and the account.
            No negative balance and I started using HDFC banking services on a regular basis.
            On the 30th of May 2022, I received a message stating that Rs 600 was charged for the month of March for non maintenance of minimum balance.
            March? I visited the bank in April and had believed that all dues were met.
            On the 31st of May 2022, I realized that a large amount of my savings had vanished Rs 6, 372 (708 X 9).
            This is no small amount, I am a hard working individual and to take away a large amount of my savings is just not right without any prior notice or alert.
            I made sure I had cleared all my dues and wanted to continue to avail services from HDFC solely on good terms and to follow the guidelines for maintaining the minimum balance.
            To charge Rs 708 over 9 times for an account that had zero negative balance is not fair. To lose over Rs 6, 372 overnight with no particular reason as I have been using the banking services for the last month and a half since I activated my account.
            According to me and as the bank staff (Mr Raghu, RT Nagar Branch) suggested me on the 12th of April 2022, there should be no deduction of such previous charges as bank itself assured me that they have removed any such charges and my bank balance had no negative balance.

            I made multiple attempts in reaching the customer care services and they have not been effective.
            Please do look into the matter and reach out to me for my further information.

              Refund not received for Microsoft Xbox game Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and Ultimate Edition Content. I had made the payment by debit card and Microsoft has processed the refund. But after a day of waiting, the money has not come back to my account. Please look into this matter.

                    I have made imps transfer of amount 140000 to my remote back icici to cater critical illness of my family members, amount got debited and not credited or reverted back to the beneficiary bank. I called customer care 5 times but they are not ready to take up complaint and wanted me to wait for 3 days . This amount is crticial for me and hence i opted for imps transfer

                      Hello, My Bank account is HDFC. I have made a withdrawal of RS-5000/- on 13th may from an S.B.I ATM at4.32 PM at Kakinada, A.P. Due to a sudden power cut the money was not dispensed and yet debited even on power restoration there was no response from the Teller machine. So I contacted S.B.I and HDFC representatives out of which S.B.I customer care responded saying it will be remitted back. Later I even raised a complaint with HDFC bank by submitting a failed transaction dispute form but even after so many days there is no response. not even a single msg. All I am getting is stories, so if anyone could address my grievance it would be helpful

                            I have a saving account in your bank account no. [protected] in the name of Navin Bindra. After Nov 2020 I had stop using the account also I had submitted a closure request at the HDFC Panvel Branch but the account was not closed.
                            I have checked my account statement and it was showing -88 rupees, I visited branch and asked them to close my account.

                            I was informed that HDFC is a good bank and you can get a lot of benefits while using the said account. even checked the Hold fund section and it was sowing -88 so I thought will give it a short and will maintain minimum balance henceforth suddenly when I started maintaining the balance around 5000 rupees were deducted from my account.

                            I want you to revert my amount as soon as possible. This such a pathetic service by HDFC and they are looting people with this useless charges. My hard earn money is being wasted because of you guys.

                                I got a msg from the bank that, refund has been credited
                                Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2502 for Rs. 11690 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON 000 on[protected]:16:05:07
                                But I still didn't get refund in my balance, please help me

                                  Hdfc charged 708 rs in my salary account as an AMB charge, kindly help me out

                                  Can anyone tell me is their in charges in salary account its 0 balance account why is this a thing in salary account AMB or any charges.

                                  If any charges levied am closing my entire family account then and their
                                  Tomorrow is my salary credit date its my account is in minus any i can't change my account in one day they have pre-planned all the things in position how, when they are gonna do these things. If any charges levied am gonna take a legal action against this.
