      Credit Card Not delivered

      I am holding savings account with HDFC bank and I recently applied for credit card with the advise of hdfc representive stating some offers ongoing. It got approved but delivery attempted to my old address and returned to the bank. I am trying to reach the bank customer care and the representative to explain the issue and get the card reissued to my current address but unable to get them on call.

      I got my mailing address corrected...

      I was trying to access UPI since months now.

      I am not able to use the UPI either Google pay or even HDFC UPI. credit is working but debit is not working. I contacted bank support several times but they are not of help.
      I think my UPI debit is blocked which needs to be activated. I don't know why it is difficult for HDFC support to do it.

      My account with customer ID: 55068608 has been blocked for any debit transaction indicating a low severity memo present. I have visited nearest HDFC branch with the KYC document but according to them no issue as such. really frustrated and HDFC bank simply just froze my account for any debit transactions as well as account statement generation. This is unacceptable as I am unable to spend my money when in need. I have visited the home branch. As per them there is no issue in my account and KYC is already done. I have called to the customer care with no resolution in this matter.

        I was done a transaction at HDFC bank an amount of 10, 000/- on 02/05/2022 at time 17:39PM, amount got deducted from account I did not received a cash from the bank but I received a slip from that ATM saying that transaction got declined. I thought I get the money to my account automatically but that does not happen, so I took the transaction slip from bank trash slip and called icici customer care on the same date.

        They have request with HDFC bank with request id SR[protected] can you please respond. please find below details and attachment.

        My account Bank: ICICI bank
        ATM bank : HDFC bank
        Transaction Date and time: 02/05/2022 and 17:39

        Transaction slip serial number: 3209

        We regret the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your ICICI Bank account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. However, we request you to contact ICICI Bank.

        1. Your bank will raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC Bank) seeking the disputed transaction status.

        2. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

          KYC not done and Welcome Kit not received

          I have opened my salary account in April, and due to some reasons I didn't receive my KYC link so I visited the Dunlop branch HDFC and completed all the formalities of KYC. They told that I'll be receiving my welcome kit within 5 days and also the KYC will be done within 3-4 working days.
          But it's been more than one month, neither my KYC is completed nor I received the kit. Though after contacting the bank's representatives and visited...

          I purchased Iphone 13 pro max and was supposed to get a cashback around 5k-6k which I never received
          was that a scam ??.
          I checked that similar complaints are registered here. Please resolve it
          it's more than 6 months now and it should get credited with in 120 days

                Hi team,
                I have two ongoing debit card emi loan and payment for emi was made still payment return fee was charged amounting 550+99gst totally 1298 for both the accounts.
                Please waive off the charges as payment is been made on due date for the accounts.
                I kindly request to return and waive off the charges.
                Also there was sufficient amount for the day before the end of the day and yet charges have been levied.
                Please do the needful as the penalty amount is 50% of the emi and that is too much for me to bare.

                    Credit card bill paid twice from app

                      In the month of Oct 2021 i have purchase an Iphone 13, at that time there was a launch offer with cashback of 7000 rs which will be credit upon completion of 120 days. regarding this i have called customer 3 times in which 2 times they have said that it will be credit on upcoming month. i got upset and on 3rd time i have asked them to raise complaint and all of the sudden they are asking me for proof. With what proof they have said that it will be credited in upcoming month. and after asking this question they are asking me to check with Merchant. In this case Merchant is so clear offer is provided by bank and it is no way related to us. HDFC is making advertisement of cashback making people to buy the product and they cheat on this kind of Cashback offer.
                      My point is so clear HDFC doesnt have any data base on cashback. they have all my data in one touch do they need proof.

                        मैं आपको ये बताना चाहता हूं कि मेरी एक पॉलिसी HDFC Life ProGrowth Plus Policy 19204841. जो कि किसी वजह से डिस्कंटीन्यू हो गई हैं। जिसको लेकर मुझे आपके कस्टमर केयर की तरफ से पिछले 2-3 महीनों से लगातार फोन आ रहे थे।
                        कस्टमर केयर से मुझसे ये कहा गया कि आपके जो पॉलिसी डिस्कंटीन्यू हो गई हैं उसकी वैल्यू 33 हजार के आस पास हो गई हैं। अगर आप इस अमाउन्ट में से आप किसी भी एक पॉलिसी में इन्वेस्ट करेंगे तो आपका बाकी बैलेंस जो भी होगा वो आपके अकाउंट में वापस कर दिया जायेगा इसके लिये आपको कुछ डाकुमेन्ट भी देना पड़ेगा। मुझसे जो जो भी डॉक्यूमेंट मांगा गया वो मैने ई मेल के जरिये जमा भी कर दिया। उसे बाद से मुझे लगातार फोन आते रहे और कस्टमर केयर से बात हुई तो उन्होने मुझे एक हेल्थ प्लान लेने को कहा। जिसका प्रीमियम 9490 बताया गया। जब मैंने 9490 प्रीमियम पर हेल्थ प्लान को लेने के लिये अपनी स्वीकृति दे दी तो फिर से एचडीएफसी लाइफ कि तरफ से एक वेरिफिकेशन कॉल भी आया। उसके बाद मुझे बकायदा एचडीएफसी लाइफ की ओर से फाईनल मेल भी आया उसी मेल को लेते हुए मैं आपको रिप्लाई भी कर रहा हूं। वेरिफिकेशन कॉल के लगभग 1 हफ्ते बाद मुझे फिर से
                        एचडीएफसी लाइफ की ओर कॉल आता हैं कि आप का जो न्यू हेल्थ पॉलिसी हैं उसका प्रीमियम लगभग 1400 रूपये तक बढ़ गया हैं । आपके बैलेंस एमाउट से काटा जा सकता हैं अगर आप इजाजत दे। तब मैने कहा कि जब पॉलिसी लेने की बात हुई तब तो प्रीमियम 9490 था 1 हफ्ते बाद
                        कैसे 1400 रुपये बढ़ गया। इस बात को लेकर मेरी पॉलिसी नही की जा रही हैं।

                        अब आप ही बताये जब आपके द्वारा ही मुझे कॉल और ईमेल के जरिये 9490 रूपये में पॉलिसी देने की बात कन्फर्म की गई हैं तो फिर कैसे पॉलिसी का प्रीमियम बढा दिया गया। कृपया करके मेरी समस्या का निदान करे।

                        उम्मीद करता हूं कि आप मेरी समस्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए जल्द से जल्द कारवाही करेगें
