Hello, I have made a payment of Rs 40, 000 to one account on 30-Apr-2022. But the status shown as "Transaction Suspect". I waited and also tried to contact customer care many times, but no response. The payment has not been reversed yet, nor received at beneficiary end. This is pathetic, how could you hold the amount for 2 days. if someone is doing IMPS it means its important and you should solve the queries asap.
This is horrible service from HDFC.
