I got this below SMS today that a mandate is issued for Rs 99999.00 with the Reference Number HDFC[protected],
I haven't created/requested/approved for such mandates.

Kindly cancel this mandate and ensure no money is being debited. Also let me know how this mandate is created and how to secure my account.

      Hi,

      I am Azhar Ansari (HDFC bank salary acc holder) raising this request on the behalf of my mother's (Nurjahan BIBI) saving account.

      Recently contacted by your bank executive (Bhgvaanth) he had suggested I open an online account for my mother on the witness of my account and he provided false information, clearly, I have told my mother can't sign so how would you do video KYC, He told it will up to me I will do in 5 min don't worry sir when I opened an account and paid 5k in my account after that he is unreachable and KYC didn't happen.

      Then I reached my base branch of HDFC Mohania, kaimur Bihar. After reaching there they have told teach signature to your mother otherwise 2 witnesses are required. so i have come back and taught my mother to sign (she is 53 yrs old) .

      After that again visited the branch in the hot summer season which is 18km far g=from my home and KYC working staff told me after submitting the relevant document and got to hoe sir will do it by EOD and you will get your kit in 15 days.

      Unfortunately didn't get anything and followed up around 45 days to do my KYC after that he is making nonsense excuses about missed your documents and you have to come for biometrics that is also not working in the branch.

      my mother is in old age and we are misled by your staff for what you call we are providing every facility from home. same on HDFC bank staff behavior and hole HDFC Bank.

      I urge you to please take relevant action on your staff and resolve my issues ASAP. otherwise, I will go socially and expose your Bank's behavior and services.

        I was holding one HDFC credit card which was closed completely & obtained NOC 4 years back. HDFC failed to report the same to the EQUIFAX credit agency. This account is showing as high credit & write-off status. However 6 months back I have approached HDFC requesting for these corrections. I do not see any progresses. I have raised more than 50 service tickets via HDFC's customer support & their grievance department. I can see HDFC's negligence. They are not even bothering on this. Their grievance department is very unethical. Their behavior is unacceptable. I have been sending to & FRO more than 100 mails for these corrections.

        Because of this kind of behavior with HDFC one of My current emergency loan got rejected & being suffering a lot. I do not have any way to getting this resolved. I tried a lot & waited, but no proper response from HDFC. I tried contacting their social media channels & reported this issue. HDFC doesn't even cares for their social reputation.

        All I want is I need proper justice for all My sufferings & I need this EQUIFAX credit report to get updated with correct details.

          Hi, there was an un authorised amount debited from my account, earlier today at evening. An amount of ₹6000/- has been deducted in transaction to MCTF ATW. I had been at office at that time and my phone and cards were safely secured in my locker.

          Kindly help me in getting my money back.

            I'm an nri, and unfortunately due to time constraints I had to take a home loan on late January from hdfc which is tied to the project when I was in india. I've taken a 2×2bhk duplex. Before starting they promised 6.5 to 6.6% if cibil is 750, and 1 wk approval. I've applied for 1.4cr loan Initially submitted all documentation. After 1 wk asked to split the loan and open a 2nd application as it was 2bhks, I couldn't help myself but had to go with it due to time. I was asked to submit uk cibil score which was 900, Indian cibil 840 - both experian. After 3 wks theve sent approval letter with 6.8%. I've immediately raised a complaint as I was promised 6.5 or 6.6. The hdfc local rep for the project was rude unhelpful and said I dint have eligibility which was very frustrating. I had GPA and id documentation verification done personally at hdfc office. At the time of disbursal, there was a mistake in the GPA done in india so they've asked me to get new GPA notarised from UK and later asked me send 2 notarised copies of each document as I was in UK now. It dint made any sense but they said as it is 2 applications. I tried to convince them but to no use. Ultimately it took some more time lots of money to get the notarised documentation from UK. Finally one day I've got a mail on may6th to my complaints that they can offer 6.5% ROI but I was asked to pay 12500 inr fees which I had to say ok but dint knew any reasons. But without changing anything and as the Rbi hiked rates, they've increased my roi to 7.4% now.
            Although I've raised the complaint but they've not replied it. I do expect the rate to inc by 0.3 to 0.4 % but hiking it by 0.9% will cost me close to 8000inr extra emi and there seems to be no end to their exploitation. Can you please help in addressing this issue.

                  On 20th April 2022, I received a call from an HDFC employee (Ms Triveni-[protected]) from HDFC Sales Team offering INSTA Loan against my Credit Card. I was told that the Rate is 11.2%pm with no paperwork, no GST, no processing fees and the Lock-in period is only one month and loan can be processed immediately. And I took a loan of Rs.1.5 Lakh with a payback period of 24 months. I was told that my first EMI will be on June 9th with an EMI of Rs 7900 from then on 2nd due starts July 9th of 5600. I don't remember the exact figure but the amount is in the mentioned range only. When i checked my monthly statement, it was mentioned that my loan ROI is 15% with and First due is on May 19th 2022. I immediately contacted Ms.Triveni on this and she accepted that it was a misunderstanding from her side and she accepted that she gave wrong information to me. I immediately said I would like to close the loan as the T&C is completely different from what I was promised. Then, I was told to pay my Pre-Closure charges which I refused to do and she voluntarily accepted that I need not do so. Later on, she changed the stand that I need to pay the Pre-Closure charges. Then, I filed a CRM Complaint ([protected]) dated 02nd May 2022. Further to that I received a call from their sales Team confirming these details. I gave all the required information and I was told that I will get a call regarding my complaint. It's been 10 days since I raised this complaint and so far, I haven't received any msg or any call. When I checked the status of my complaint with HDFC Customer car, I was told that the complaint has been as I was not reachable. I never got a call or msg regarding this after 2nd May 2022 and without my concern HDFC bank has closed my complaint. In this modern high speed internet era in a Metro city, having a not reachable situation is never possible. If calls were not possible, at least a msg should have been sent. Its entirely unethical and lying from HDFC that they contacted me. Im ready to pre-close my loan but I will not pay any preclosure charges for the mistake or incompetence of HDFC employee. It's been 10 days that I raised this complaint, so far no solution has been given to me from HDFC Bank.

                    My payment of Rs 856 has been put on hold from HDFC side. it has been hold due to MiRevenue hold through GEFU. what's that type of hold is made by the HDFC Bank. If this hold due to e-Mandate then i cancelled all the e-Mandate which is not useful more me.
                    I request you to look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible and make my amount release.

                        Hi,

                        I made a return for the product that i bought in amazon for 3299. Out of this, i paid 2072.25 from Hdfc bank UPI and remaining from amazon pay balance. I have received the money that i paid through Amazon balance . However, i haven't received the money that i paid from my bank account . Amazon shared the refund reference #[protected] . However, HDFC bank is unable to locate my refund and credit it in my account . amazon is asking me to file a dispute but HDFC bank is asking me to check with the amazon or beneficiary bank . As per amazon, the refund was processed on 1- Oct-2021, however, it is not being reflected till now. Please help me to get back my refund.

                            I have done the IMPS transaction of amount RS.4000 from my HDFC account savings account to other bank

                            I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                As i have paid my HDFC credit card due amount as per the April 2022 statement and after i paid multiple times through internet banking and at last i found that i over paid the amount to my credit card mistakenly when i came to know i requested to refund back to my account but they are asking for another one week time for resolution not even for the refund they still not confirmed, All the time when we have due from my side the banks high in responsive and multiple representatives contacts us for the payment due now when we need a assist they are taking so much of time for a solution to refund.
                                Kindly help me to refund my cash to my debit account.

                                  and we required credit card noc and closure letter for our reference.

                                  we send them regarding noc handwritten letter to them but no response already received them almost 10 days eariler but no response.

                                    I deposited money in zerodha which was debited from zerodha back to my account due inactive status of my account. The money was debited from Zerodha’s end on 06/05/2022 under transaction no. N[protected] and it said the money should be in my bank account within 24 hours but it’s been two days now

                                      Sir,
                                      I have applied for home loan for rennovation work of my house at HDFC, Kottayam on January-2021.Processing fee of Rs.3540/- has been remitted.The property situated in two survey nos. so that two deeds and other supporting document submitted.But every day they are demanding for unusual documents.That also I submitted from time to time.But the loan was not sanctioned.
                                      After 3 months on April last week I decided to withdraw the application.My time and money wasted for this loan at your bank

                                      I applied loan from other bank within days it was get sanctioned.
                                      Kindly see the matter seriously.

                                        Make a transaction of 2000 Rs. through net banking to third party beneficiary.
                                        Amount is debited from my HDFC account but not credit to SBI bank account.
                                        Just to check details i make another transaction of 10 Rs. and it was successful.
                                        Please check whether amount is transferred to someone else account due to some error from my end or it's technical issue."
