    Hi,

    I have called HDFC bank to get my card settles as I have lost it.
    They provided me a number to call to get it settled, but when i called the, it was an incorrect number, I called Bank again to get another number, but was asked to call the same number another day but still it says incorrect number.
    There is no number to call and get it settled, Please help me finding a number where i can call and get the card settles, as i cannot pay in full.

      I have paid 9000 Rs extra amount to HDFC bank credit card against bill thru net banking of SBI on 27 Jan-2016. When we requested to HDFC bank for extra money refund they are told me that I have reverse ur extra amount thru Visa Money Transfer on date 18 Feb-2016 & provide to me ARN number-74283766048000000000979.But my 9000Rs till now not refund in SBI account as confirmed by HDFC bank. From Feb-2016 to till date wondering to n fro but nobody ready to solve my issue till now, they are always pretended that go to ur SBI branch & SBI representative told me go to HDFC bank.           My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company
          Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me ) I visit my nearest branch in Ramesh Nagar request to close my account as i did not want to use the account but they didn’t help me . Yesterday I got a message that I have non maintenance charges of 620rs then I login to net banking there was 3 months negative balance of -1545rs I request you to please take an action I am not able to pay this amount please close my account.

            At 3:43 am, I received messages from HDFC bank regarding transaction of Rs 44, 700 via debit card from my account. I had my debit card secured with me, still there have been illegal unauthorized transactions done from Kotak Mahindra, Sadar Bazar Gurgaon ATM.
            I have reported the matter to the bank who told me nothing happens in such cases and money is not returned, police will investigate now.
            I filed an FIR for the theft at Vasant Kunj police station where i reside. They also said the same thing. They transferred the case to Gurgaon police station for further investigation like check the CCTV footage etc.
            But i am not getting any concrete information or results regarding it.

              I myself vipul bharadwaj deposited Rs 200000/- in my savings account on 8th sept 2016 and 12th sept 2016 in two phases, and without any prior information the hdfc bank deducts Rs 1150/- from my account .I don't know what kind of deduction is this, kindly provide the actual information regarding the deduction of the amountother wise in can be considered as (loot) from the hdfc bank authorities.

              I am paying bills before due date but HDFC Charged me 572 Rupees. in credit card bill by name of : "RENEWAL MEM FEE INCL ST & CESS" Its really bad. Most of the time I pay the bills before due date but I just see it and becomes astonished. Make sure this will solved quickly.
              NWD is ATM withdrawl from other bank apart from HDFC. its not all but some banks which does not send the message

                In my cibil record my dob is 19/07/1981 which is wrong and because of this i faced so much problems

                actual my DOB is 19/7/1983, my driving licence is missing and driving licence in ur cibil report that is not mine.

                Please resolve this issue as soon as possible on urgent basis.

                    I, myself have deposited 46000 in my HDFC Bank and they have deducted INR 1100 without any prior intimation. When I checked with customer care they are giving th reason for every 50, 000 deposit there will be charges of NR 50 but I have deposited only 46000 then there would be no charges for deposite. There is no answer for extra charges . Even the customer care service is pathetic I had to call three times and wait very long time to raise a complaint. This is looting customers by so called second largest private bank, which has substandard employees in their branches who are not even trained to inform customers about such charges.

                        I am very unhappy about this. If HDFC can not stop this within next 48 hrs. I will shift my salary account to ICICI and will close all accounts with HDFC.

                            I have one hdfc salaried account which means I can keep zero balance. However last month I kept 19k and this month 5k still AMC charges are deducted from my account. Till now 1170 have been deducted without any notification too. I want the money to be refunded to me. Else I will close this account.                               Hello,

                              My name is vijay kumar. I want to cancel my health insurance policy as i never wanted it.

                              One of your executive called me and told me about this policy and i asked him to give me 2-3 days time. Some days after first call i received frequent call from hdfc for health insurance but i told them that i don't need it yet so please cancel it anyway.

                              The Way their executive talk over the phone is very rude and its look like thay dont have manner. They force you to accept the policy.

                              Than your executive told me that it could not be possible to cancel the policy as the amount has been blocked from my hdfc credit card.

                              Than few days later again when i received the call i told him the same to cancel the policy, but he said you can cancel it within 15 days after approval so i gave him approval to proceed. He said if i cancelled this policy within 15 days after approval than i will get my full booked amount back.And afterwards according to the EMI deduction.

                              Please look into this matter urgently, Now i need to cancel my policy, Please cancel this policy. on let me know the way to cancel the policy.

                              I called on customer care to cancel my policy and the executive said, we are processed your request of cancellation of the policy and it will take upto 15 days time to cancel the policy.

                              But on the same day after my cancellation request i received another call to purchase some investment plan. I told to the executive that i am not interested, He argued with me.

                              I just need to cancel my policy and want my money back in my credit card.

                                  I had purchased two mobiles on 8th august 2016 from flipkart availing emi facility. I cancelled one of the purchase and flipkart refunded the whole amount. As my billing date is 10th august 2016 i was charged the emi for that month amount to rs. 3300 (Approx). I contacted hdfc customer care and the response was not upto the mark and they asked me to contact flipkart. I got a response from regarding the same and they told me that everything is settled from their end and regarding emi deduction they asked me contact hdfc. Kindly resolve this issue.

                                    I am Deepak. I deposited an HDFC cheque # 755733 on Thursday, the 8th of Sept' 2016. It was in favour of Prashmita Das, my wife. I filled up the deposit form and submitted the same in the bank. I deposited the same in her HDFC account number. Today I see the status of the cheque was CHEQUE INVALID on her netbanking. The name was perfectly fine. I am not sure of the reason why it got rejected. This cheque has been issued by BAJAJ ALLIANZ and has been provided us by the court as a penalty to the Insurance company. If this cheque gets rejected for some worthless reason, it will be very very difficult to get the cheque reissued again.

                                    Again if something was amiss in the cheque, the teller would have informed me the same then and there while I deposited there. Its the bank's fault and I in no way am going to suffer for your fault.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I Amber Singhal, credit card number-[protected] am writing to you regarding a big concern I am facing..

                                      Around 24k money on hold due to non payment of Credit card due to insufficient funds.

                                      I was making payments of the min dues with the interest every month since last 2years..I am trying to reach the collection department for the settlement of the card since last 10 days but all in vain..Two days back one of the customer care exec took my complain and told me I will receive a call by 7-8 Sep and this happened..No body bothers to receive calls on the numbers-[protected]/02/03/04..

                                      Please release the funds because I don't think its possible to survive without salary..I understand the policies but the bank could have deducted the min dues..why the whole amount and that to without any notification..I didn't make the payment because I was advised not to by the bank..

                                      I really need assistance because I am in great trouble..
