On dated 16/1/2016 two transactions done and i come to know from my sms alert as under:
S.No transaction date merchant name amount
1. 16-jan-2016 meghdoot bar and resturent 6, 900.00
2. 16-jan-2016 appayerrs 5, 000.00

Immediate i block my card and logged the complaint with them vide re:'hbl=[protected]' cardholder dispute form.
But till date they are mum and charging bank finance charges for same.
I also want to know how it is possible to make swipe transaction without physical card, when primary and add on cards are with me in kolkata and fraud transactions are done in bangaluru. But bank is mum on this question.

Please see into the matter.

In my account it has been marked as resolved, but very sorry to say nothing has been done. Please do into the matter. I have no fate on the bank. Thanks What kind of cheater are the bank without doing anything they mark the complain as resolved. 14/3/216 No response from the bank.     Dear Mr. Anay, I would like to introduce myself as an INDIAN n am proud of it. My simple Question being a HDFC Customer is as follows -
    1) why Mumbai Cust. have to dial on the LANDLINE [protected] & not HDFC Tollfree numbers 1800*****?
    2) Landline number which is charged for INR 3/minute whereas Tollfree numbers are charged INR 0.00/min?
    3) How possible a Cust. can bear the charges of Call for just asking Repayment Dues etc?
    4) Is there is any direct number to be dialed in case of emergency in Credit Card related queries?
    5) Is it worth for MUMBAI Consumers to pay charges in the name of tollfree while the other states of the Country using BSNL or 1800******* free of cost?

    It means you think that the Mumbai Customers are well versed & must not have any issues in paying for cust. care services whatsoever charged. where it is the duty & responsibility of the Co. to provide absolutely "TOLLFREE" services similar to ALL INDIANS.

            I placed order on 11th august 2015 on amazon app, by which I am eligible for cash back of 15% subject to maximum of rs. 1500, by using Hdfc debit card on delivery.
            I ordered after I was confirmed by both amazon and bank to pay by card on delivery to get cash back.
            Since cash back should be credited upto 12th november 2015 but til now I havent received the cash back.
            When I reported the matter to amazon, they told me to contact the bank.
            And bank phonebanking officers are denying that card on delivery is eligible.
            I ordered for rs. 12758 on 11th august 2015 and received delivery on 15 and 16 th, on which I made payment by hdfc debit card.
            So please help me in resolving the above issue.

                          As HDFC is my salary account, I want to open DEMAT in HDFC only. I think that, as its my salary account there should be less formalities& I will get DEMAT soon.
                          But I am trying to open this DEMAT account from last 6months. I've visited
                          branch more than 10times (for opening NPS/ other things). Every time I've discussed about this, but it is not yet done.
                          My branch is ITPL road, Bangalore (HDFC0001472), I came to know that Mr Vazram will be responsible for opening DEMAT account. I tried in Maratha halli branch too. They also said the same thing. I gave my contact details in ITPL Branch& MarathaHalli branch. Till now I am not getting any call from this guy.

                          I am not able to understand how much time is required to open a DEMAT account?
                          Other banks are in Q for opening this DEMAT account for well earned professionals. Why this HDFC guys are behaving like this??

                              This against my personal loan No : 37361618.
                              My Emi of month March-16 get deducted 2 times, when i called the customer care of laon dept. they are not able to give proper answer, answer from them "Wait for 2 days till our your loan a/c get updated". then what about my 2 days interest (As i know interest is get calculated hourly basis) or what in case any emerncy Can hdfc provide me money?

                              As i am know technical side how it possible to make mistake on production.
                              Inform HDFC banks best IT dept about there non worst services.

                              There phone banking is also worst..for i call need to call 9-10 times then also there is not giving satisfactory answers.

                                I have been a customer of HDFC bank for a while and have a personal loan and car loan account with the bank.

                                Everything was operating smoothly with the emi getting deducted on the respective dates. However for some reason in the month of March 2016 the emi for my personal loan has got deducted twice without any reason.

                                Loan Account Number[protected]. EMI of Rs. 9, 564 per month deducted on 4th of the month.

                                This type of error is not expected from such a large bank. Action should be taken at once. I want a refund of the extra emi deducted.

                                      I have been using my account of HDFC for 2 years.
                                      On 1st March, 2016 I went to hdfc atm near metro heart hospital at sector 12 Noida. while I was making my transaction, there was some technical default and my card got stuck. On asking the guard he told that it will be returned to the bank the next day. when I went next day, the hdfc assistance told me to either lodge a complaint for lost atm else it will be received next week.
                                      I am out of the country next week. When I told him and asked him what should I do. Den, he told me they'll break d card and throw it if nobody comes.
                                      After being a customer for 2 years, I deserve some decency and moreover, some solution for my problem. This is what hdfc bank sector 12 should learn.
