Dear Sir,
I applied for home loan at last year April then i submit all the documents to hdfc representative Mr.KrishnaKumar and he processed my document after processing Technical department reject my file so that i ask to refund of which one i paid to hdfc for processing fees Amount of INR 8989 Via Check leaf but they said to contact to Mr.Satheesh at Adayar branch so that i went to branch and meet Mr.Sateesh and request to refund my money then he said to process this refund but very long days after e is not processed my file then again i visited branch i meet Sateesh he said need letter from me then i gave request letter also after some days i called to them he said request letter mentioned Doc No wrong so that he said send for request mail that one also i sent again he is not processed so again i visit to branch that time branch manager Mr. Vipin sing meet me and e agree to process my document but after 3 month completed still it is not processed it is very disappointing me because i am one of the customer of hdfc they are not responding Existing Customer also refund my Processing fees it irritating to hdfc home loan sanction department at adayar branch

    Hi teams,

    This is vinod here and i am totally fed up of complaining several times to your team about sending me unsolicited sms to my mobile number.

    My customer id is 21133993 and my mobile number is.

    Previous instances were reported under pno[protected]ma, hbl=[protected]hbl=[protected] and through several other different complaints.

    Today (10/03/2016), i received a sms from vm-hdfcmp at 03:17 am and the message reads, "dear customer, now recieving funds instantly on imps and chillr just got simpler. Use this pre-generated mmid 9240039 for your hdfc bank a/c no. Xxxxxxxx0549."

    Could any of you explain to me the need for sending me an sms at around 03:17 am just to inform about some bloody crap that i am not even bothered??

    I believe the best way ahead is to strictly terminate the biggest fool on earth whoever decided to send such an sms at midnight. Please inform your management that such rascals should be thrown off immediately as these are serious impediments to a bank like hdfc. As a customer, i seriously do not care about the hierarchy, if it is a senior person, please escalate this to the executive heads of hdfc including the chairman and ceo of hdfc so that such fools are sacked immediately without a second thought.

    Was someone at my home critical or is it that someone at your office was in a critical condition that an sms was sent almost around midnight. These are the only scenarios when people will expect sms or calls at midnight or early morning hours.

    If you do not stop such instances, then i will be forced to goto consumer court and report the stupidities of your bank

    Please remove my number from all your lists and do not send me any sms apart from the transactional sms. — thanks and regards,

      I had done a transaction through internet on mobile on 8 th Jan 2016 at 3 am approx to add money to mobikwik wallet from my Hdfc bank customer ID 60112112 while amount debited the same was not credited to mobikwik...I complained on same day and contacted more than 10 times but didn't get my money back...date of resolution given many times and extended without reasons..

        Hi,
        I am HDFC Bank Customer. My Salary account number is [protected].
        on 24th february there was a deduction of 858.75 Rs/ from my account as Debit Card Annual Fee .This is my salary account and I have talked to a HDFC bank executives also and he mentioned that there are no such deduction made from the banks. Kindly refund my all deducted amount as soon as possible. Also revert me back on my mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com and Contact number is [protected].

        As i have complained on this forum, immediately i got a call from [protected] and the person asked me all the details of my hdfc card saying that he will refund the same amount immediately.and he asked me otp several times and hence my 2000 amount has been deducted and thereafter again 1000 was deducted as from oxigen wallet. and he didn't refunded any amount as such and 3000 got deducted immediately.Please see to this serious issues immediately and call on my no [protected].

            I have an account in hdfc bank bhuj branch. In this account charg AMB CHRG INCC ST Charge deducted every month 684 ruppes since last 10 month so tatal charge deducted 6840.I am farmer not any businessmen or servent so I have not sufficient money to reserve at bank . Priminister say open at zero balance account but charged duducted in it so I request you to that do needful and protect consumer rights

              My HDFC Bank account no. is [protected] is on Hold.

              The reason told to me is non payment of minimum due of my Credit Card (New)No.[protected].

              I have old credit card no.[protected] valid from Feb, 2013 to Feb, 2016.

              There was amount due in my old credit card and new card was on process.

              I did not know that to make payment to which card( old or new).I visited to HDFC GK-2 branch to clear my doubts and they were unable to clarify.
              I waited for new card to pay my due, I received it late and my minimum due was increased. Now upto March, 2016 my minimum due was Rs.16, 656/- which I already paid on March 04, 2016.

              HDFC hold my whole account, I can not use my money.

              Even after so many calls made to them on[protected]/66668102 /61606161 and many more, all numbers are not working or not piced up by anybosy.

              If I call to customer care, they transfer calls from one department to another but not able to help.

              As I am sincere customer of HDFC paying may all dues of Credit Card since 2013 and also paid my personal loan installments (36) within time, its very unfortunate to hold the account of that customer even the due has been made.

              Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                HDFC bank used to provide a toll free numbers, which they have completely stopped now :

                [protected],
                [protected]

                None of these numbers work nowadays. They have converted all the numbers into paid numbers. Also, there is no direct email support ( except for credit cards ) .

                Additionally, the complaint and greivance forms they provide on their official website are either broken, or there are only options for products and services. There is no option to choose any general grievance or complaint. Many a times you cannot just choose any of them.


                If they can provide toll free numbers for customers out of India, why don't they provide a toll free number for Indian Customers ?

                Sorry, I cannot discuss things with you on any private channel owned by HDFC itself. It doesn't help, as most of your replies are unhelpful.                 Worst service my salary account created but still indint get my salary update and in net banking it telling that there is no current or saving account for my ID and now without any intimation they debit my money 3000rs, and for that no proper customer care number and wasting time with IVR voice my mobile balance is getting wasted no email complaint desk..                     We are not getting proper service from bank as we want. After visiting several times we did not get the cheque book from them.

                        I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 1, 00, 000/- in may-2015 and loan amount was got credited in my bank of maharastra (BOM)bank saving account in the month of may-2015

                        From june-2015 onwards i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs/BOM net banking

                        But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest

                        On[protected] when i am paying emi online through BOM net banking i saw SORRY YOUR REQUEST NOT PROCESSED but emi amount got deducted from mu BOM accout

                        My personal loan accoun no. Is 32647515. The tenure of loan is 3 years.

                        Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail. .

                          Hi,

                          I would like to know the process of closure of bank account and cancellation of credit card, because i am not happy with service provided and the information which was not discussed with me.
                          When I opened the HDFC bank account I was told that this account is a zero balance account. But no one told me that I will have to keep 10, 000 balance if salary is not coming to this account. Because of this reason 515.25 RS were deducted from my account three times in the month of march. I also didn't got any intimation from your side that the account is converted to saving account and I will have to maintain 10, 000 balance. So this kind of behavior is not proper in any sense. It will be rude if I will say that this is one kind of cheating. So stop cheating innocent people like me.

                          I am not satisfied with the explanation given by you people. And I know you people wants to hide this explanation form others, that's why I got a unicast response from you. Can you please tell that this is the proper response. You are telling that without any intimation you can do whatever you want. Means you can also withdraw all my money.                             Please take necessary action on HDFC Bank as no other bank has debited money from savings account. It has debited nearly 1400 rs from the total savings of rs 1624 which was my savings in the bank saying the reason as charged for non maintenance account. This is not fair bank is their to give interest for any savings but this bank is debiting all the money which is saved.

                              I had taken you a credit card for buying a cell fone last year Jan 2015. I was informed my due dates to pay the credit card was 24th of every month.
                              I had been paying as per the usage and after 10 months in October 2015 a person from credit card department mentions that I was paying the amount on a wrong due date hence whatever amount i have paid till date is negligible.
                              Also we have options to pay the actual monthly amount or a minimum amount. I was informed its ok if i pay the minimum amount but it is more important to pay. Hence in fe months i have paid minimum amounts. I told later again that i can never pay a minimum amount as it will again lead my to penalties. My usage was 40000 /- out of which till date i have paid Rs 38, 000 and today my outstanding amount still stands as 40000/- .Reason they hdfc team had been charging me penalties for the wrong due date payments that i was doing and the minimum amount payments that I have done. Also today i did not carry my wallet and hence tried to withdraw cash from my ATM to remove my salary and i get to see that my account is blocked i cannot use my atm also my acounts show negative balanec for non payment of bill for the Month of Dec 2015 ONLY. I am the sole earner of the family and these guys have ruined my life with credit card non payment and today blocking my account. Also i had been in touch with credit cards cst service agents Rama and Jyoti with regards to settlement of the account and today when i am trying to reach them they are avoiding calls. I don't understand whom should i be contacting for all the false information shared with me by the customer support Credit card department. Are these the tricks that they use to cheat people and then take money from them. These is worst experience that i had with HDFC of which i have been a user from last 5 years.

                                I need to file complaint against HDFC Bank officials towards their casual approach while rejecting the WT o[censored]SD$ 6000 which was transferred from US on 4-2-2016. The sequence of transaction is as below:

                                1. WT was done on 4-2-2016
                                2. Money debited from US account on 9-2-2016
                                3. When I have not received the funds in my account for 7 days, I have raised complaint no HBL=[protected] on[protected] providing complete WT information asking about non receipt of fund but no resolution.
                                4. On[protected], I got a mail from Seema Kaka Jor Bagh branch mentioning that they have one WT lying with them which they are not able to transfer as they do not have the purpose of transfer. They came to know about my email id from the complaint which I raised on[protected]. The reason of not informing to Renu Goyal was that the cell and email id in her customer were old and not approachable. They never tried the cell and email from my ID in the same account where I am joint holder.
                                5. I provided the purpose of transfer on 24-2-16 itself and Seems Kaka confirmed that the money will take 1 day time to credit because cut off time has been gone for that date.
                                6. I have not received the funds in next 2 days.
                                7. I tried contacting Seema Kaka for 2 days but she decided not to pick up my phone.
                                8. Then I got a call from Jor Bagh branch that the WT has been returned back to US as unidentified transaction.
                                9. I came to know from the remitter bank that HDFC deducted US$ 50 while rejecting it.
                                10. The purpose of rejection is clear that bank is having the intention to earn charges and they have nothing to do with customer raising complaints for his money.
                                11. Now after 1 month I am out of 78US$ ($28 inward fees and $50 charged by HDFC for their own carelessness.
                                12. In total I lost 5500 (78 USD) + 9000 (forex rate impact) = 14500/-

                                I need HDFC bank to pay this amount to me as the rejection is totally due to their fault.

                                  I called the customer care to pay off the loan I had taken on my credit card. I spoke to an agent (don't remember the name) who verified my details and gave me a pay off amount for which she took a lot of time. She then transferred me to another department stating I will have to place a separate request for closing the loan.

                                  The other agent Namrata Singh whose supervisor is Ranjit Singh located at Mumbai Office verified my details again, made me repeat my credit card number almost 4 times and I was asked for the same details again which I had already verified with the previous associate.

                                  Namrata was very rude and didn't assist me at all. I just needed more clarity in understanding how did she arrive at the closure figure however she got irritated every time I asked her a question. The reason I wanted to be more careful was because the previous associate gave me a different figure for closure.

                                  She also refused to connect me to her supervisor upon request. She finally hung up on me and my query was unresolved.

                                  This is pathetic service I must say. I am really disappointed and will surely close my credit card account once I have paid it in full

                                    Account holder name- Sowmia. R. On 8th feb'16 they have debited Rs.171.75 y from my account without any authorization (AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR FEB2015. Request to refund the amount asap. Am getting the alert message today. How can i keep a track of account balance.

                                      I have found that the HDFC Bank is charged 113 rupees on 08 March 2016 and it was happened previous also saying 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC. I don't regarding what reason they are charging

                                        Mr.Pransanjit employee of hdfc ergo siliguri branch mb no.[protected].
                                        He took my 3 documents for policy and afterba long time he forwarded me the policy being calling him and reminding him lot many time. Original of RC of the 3rd policy is still pending with him and he is making fake promises to return to me neither receiving call nor responsing.
                                        HDFC ERGO General Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        This is the status after you pay your hard earned money for the policy. They seem to neglect us all. They are interested in collecting premium. For Premium they will call number of times. But when it comes for settlement of claims, they will either not respond or send you number of queries that you get fed up and pay the hospital bill yourself
