This is to bring to your kind attention that i have received a notice from your side on dated 02/01/2016 against “Suspended, status of captioned Cradit card [protected] with a/c of irregular payment of amount due, after reminder bank has placed a’ Hold on Funds ;in my HDFC bank a/c RECOVERED Rupees 12, 416.19 is issued by Officer Mr. Anurag Aggarwal from Legal support team.Land line no[protected], CTAno[protected]/02
Since, i am trying to contact Mr. Aggarwal, but i cannot success because the contact number not responding and no any mail ID mention in notice.
it seems, No meaning of complaint & 20 times reminder against false biling to cradit-card divison along with Grievance-redressal & other supporting team members.my complaint is still pending from 17 march 15 to till date. but sorry- nothing will do by team member. every time i am suffering due to card blocked/ late payment/ waiber o[censored]njustified chargeg to my bill, you will see my all send mails, why it is pendind last one year?
Behalf of the notice officer was forcelly RECOVERED the extra amount ruppes 13, 505.38 to my account on date[protected] & Permanantly blocked to my card by officer without any information as on date.i am trying to custome care no 61606161 but they are helpless due to card is blocked.
KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF EXTRA RECOVERED AMOUNT RUPPES- 13, 505.38 on 18/01/2016, even the sarved notice on dt-02/01/2016 pending amount shown ruppes 12, 416, even, i have spent only 3700 appro. maximum.other chargeg will reflect to my bill is false
Even waiver of extra /unjustified chargeg - (Member fee + late fee + service tax + cess Tax + finance chageg+ paid monthly minimum amount to my bill) App .9800 ruppes is still pending...
I therefore request you to waive off the bill amount related to member fees, late fees etc. I already paid the actual amount to my expenses but a lot of false billing has been made related to my credit card.
Please consider my request & and resolve the issue ASAP

FYI :--1) Why, the company passed the false commitment at a time o[censored]pgrading the card & hidden charge ( member fee amount rupees 5206+562). & extra Late& other fee chargeg included in bill repeated add recived complaint
2) i am holding the Credit cards from year July 2009 to till dt. But i am in trouble after up gradation the card I am an old customer instead of encourages, i can not geating support to company.
3)My previous pending complaint & reference no- :--05/11/15 (Ref No[protected]R0021804)
