I have bought my iphone 12 with hdfc bank debit card on 06/11/2021 from Reliance Digital Online . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Store but they said to check with bank. Even EMI is completed still not recieved.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

    Dear Team,
    My new policy application number is 1271xxxxxxxx73.
    It gives me immense disappointment that your customer care executive Mr.Deepak Shetty and his senior advisor Mr.Pratik Lade has been extremely rude and unprofessional towards helping me.
    They were arrogant and non co-operative.
    Mr.Deepak Shetty has a shift in his attitude.
    He was polite till the time we bought the policy. Once the premium was paid, he started showing his true colours.
    He had committed several call backs but never honoured the same.
    His senior Mr.Zaverchand Joshi was been highlighted on this issue, but in vein.
    Also, the most disappointing person was Mr.Pratik Lade, who claimed to be a senior advisor.
    I would request you to kindly listen to the call recording and justify his arrogance.
    Also, such kind of behaviour is unacceptable in a service industry which you belong to.
    If this is the case within 20 hours of the payment, I doubt about the good service in future.
    Hence, I regret being a part of your company and would wish to withdraw my application just because of the misbehaviour of Mr.Pratik Lade and Mr.Deepak Shetty.
    Such kind of double faced and cheap employees are a face of your company.

    If not answered within next 2 hours of the receipt of this email, I shall expose such people on social media and also will escalate the case to the GOI authorities with regards to harassment by your employees to me.

    Highly disappointing.

        My account has been blocked because if the undelivered welcome letter. I haven’t been notified anything about Welcome letter. I got welcome kit. Without any prior notice it’s been blocked.

        HDFC representatives are very irresponsible and now they’re not even attending my calls.

            I applied to open a current account for my LLP, it usually takes 8 working days for them to open that but they took around a month to open it, I thought happens sometimes so continued with them but they have made my life a hell.

            I have submitted them for third party transfer rights (a basic requirement on net banking) on 5th July 2022 and till date (29th Aug 2022) they have not been able to activate it. They have taken the request twice or thrice in between still it has not been activated. I have complained customer care, then escalated to the senior team then to the Grievance Redressal Team and lastly to Principal Nodal Officer but everyone just forwards my email to the branch and replies what my branch says (whom I can meet face to face and are unable to do the work that is why I reached them). They have promised so many times to process it and activate the service but they have never been able to do that.

            Banking Ombudsman is not for these complaints so after reaching to PNO I don't have any one to go to and if they are making false promises then what would someone do. So beware of HDFC bank and instead choose some other bank and mostly be away from Rajendra Nagar branch, Indore (MP) - the bank officials in this branch doesn't know basic banking, I don't know how HDFC even recruited them.

              Dear HDFC Team,

              I, Nilesh Tayade using HDFC Bank since 2014 facing a severe issue with respect to failure o[censored]PI Payment (i.e. Phonepay & Google Pay) since the month of June, 2022 citing reason "Your Bank declined this payment. Please contact your bank for more information" and "You can't make this patent at the moment. Contact your bank with an error code [YC] to resolve this issue, respectively

              I tried connecting your service desk multiple times and also through your branch but still the issue is not resolved.

              Kindly treat this matter as utmost urgent. The customer ID for my account is "49018449". If you need any further details/information, you can reach out to me on my authorised number with the bank.

              Please take it on record, I am highly disappointed with the service of HDFC in this regard. If I do not get the suitable solution within 24 hrs, I will prefer to move all my operations from HDFC to other banks.

                Due to lose of job i was not able to pay 2 dues so the executives are calling frequently and harrassing mental. today morning by 7 they called and said bad words.they are harrassing my family too.please give me some time to pay the loan dues. I will pay once I get a new job

                        I have paid all dues and closed the credit card also bank has shared NOC, but they have marked as negative account in cibil bureus as its been more than 7 months also when dispute raised to cibil bureus, Bank is not responding for the CIBIL Team to get it corrected and remove negative accounts in cibil bureus.

                        I have emailed to banks but they are denying to get it updated.

                        As this is hindering me to get fresh loans and credit cards.

                        Request you to update in all bureus and update as positive account.

                        Please cross check, as while before making payments i have removed the restructured due to covid 19 and made payments for the complete outstanding amount,
                        as the account is showing negative as per the cibil report as the credit facility status showing Restructured due to covid 19, even after dispute raised to cibil bureaus they confirmed the bank has not responded.

                        Request you to check and update and confirm.

                        Note: Please find the attached cibil reports for Experian where it is marked as negative account. Please update in all bureaus Transunion, Experian, Equifax, Crif.

                          I performed the imps transaction of amount 20000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via mobile banking.

                          I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                My loan account number[protected], I raised loan for 19 lakhs only. but given amount is 20 lakhs. from starting onwords i am reqeusting to raise it for 19 lakhs only. but your representative saying will raise for 19 only. after amount 20 lakhs came to my accouting she is saying as dont know how it happend and it is not her mistake.

                                      This is Abhishek Kumar Thakur, a customer of HDFC bank, having a savings bank account in Dwarka Sector 5 branch, New Delhi.

                                      Recently my brother visited the said HDFC branch and the staff working there, without my authorisation, disclosed my account details including bank balance and other customer data to my brother. I do not have any problem with disclosing it to my brother, however, the fact that they disclosed the confidential customer data to a third party, without user's consent is a grave violation of right to privacy and the policy commitments of HDFC bank.

                                      Banks not only holds a fiduciary relation with its customers but are also required by SEBI and RBI regulations to protect customer data. The concerned staff member should be reprimanded or an appropriate disciplinary action should be taken by Branch manager.

                                      I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against such irresponsible conduct of the branch's staff. I would further take this action to higher authorities, if need be.
