Today HDFC mamber miss behave with me and my mother . I am there because my interview is be there i put my resume on linkedln after HR hanisha called my for my interview she gave me the 6 august interview date . When i was there on 6 aug for my interview no one is there if they are absent on that day why they arrange interview on that day the gaurd didn’t allow me in to the main gate this is the respect for your employe, customer, people etc then the gaurd said to me please come 10 august I said ok I will come for my interview on 10 on that day also the same gaurd didn’t allow me to the main gate and he said to me come after 12 then after 12 weekends time then I reported there on 16 august on that day the same no one is there he didn’t allow me to come in . He said to me i don’t have any contact number or any information about any senior sir . Gaurd take my resume he said to me i will give to the sir no call on that day to now today I have to receive my mother for railway station I received her my mother with me . Gaurd repeat the same he didn’t allow me to in my mother and me standing on stairs . Senior sir said to him don’t allow them in and say to them go away from here we will no take your interview. I think the gaurd was liar I said i will meet with your senior . Senior also miss behave with me he said go and report against me to the collector i am not afraid from any one he abused me also about my mother he said bad words .
Please take action against them.

      I just found out that an amount of ₹ 3, 425.40 was deducted from my account as of today. deducted on aug 18

      And what's with the insane deduction?! As i searched online, i see people with just 40 or 50 ₹ issues, but this is staright up 3k₹!

          I have account in HDFC bank I also do gold loan and Fd I applied for credit card bt the reject after bank guys told me to apply credit card against ur FD this is also rejected bank no reason know us and I check cibil score it's also Good more than 750 bt now responding

            I was paid insurance premium paid via GPAY app to billdesk.[protected]@icici and amount is debited from my account but not yet credited in recipient Bank. It's humble request. today more than 60-68 days(2 months) working days are completed but no action taken against of my complaint.Please help and resolve this problem asap.Please help.Otherwise I have too go consumer court with all the proofs and screenshots.I am suffering from problems and need money argently. Or I have to take legal action against you.

              I purchased an MACbook almost 4 months back using my hdfc debit card opting for the 6000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 90 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

                I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-2272. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 109000/-.

                This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount due to bad financial condition. So I want settlement for this Credit Card in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                I can able to give 35-40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues in 4 monthly Payments. More than 35-40% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                Please know your help would be appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

                  I am an engineer by profession and have been using HDFC credit card for last 3 -4 years. I missed my payment this month (August 2022) and made the payment in 2 stages. However the collection agent (dont want to name her) is misbehaving over the calls and talking to us in a very rude manner and threatening us. We would want this to be taken up seriously with the bank else this kind of attitude will have serious consequences to the life of the end consumer. We have been treated badly as if we are the defaulters, please note this and would request for a serious action against the bank. I am jobless for the last 3 years post Covid and still trying to make the payments in time. We would request you to take this up with the Banks seriously

                        I'm a student i opened a student account by saw a add as open HDFC account with no maintenance balance. online and verify via online KYC. The officer on video KYC told that there is no requirement for any maintenance balance. But now there is 707.99. Rupees on negative balance as hold fund. Please release the holds and give me my balance 500 on my account.

                            I have being getting a lot of call with regards to Re-fund of my HDFC Life policy no. 1960236. I have being asked to pay for F&F for Rs. 22, 125/- for settlement of my claim. Is this payment legal. The call which i am getting is from Mr. Sanjay Sharma from accounts section of GBIC. Could you please guide if this is a valid payment to be made or it's a fraud calls.

                                My account is in hdfc bank and it's a salary account since 2019 December, recently they started charging me bounced charges against my on going EMI and in July mother they debited two amounts one is around 590/- and second is 640/- around. Now they charged me again with 1600/- on bounced charges in one transaction and when I checked my account statement they didn't showed about the debited part that they have already debited the amount.
                                When I called on customer care number for 35 mins the call was there and they were not able to. Explain me about this part at all and after that customer care executive said you have visit nearest branch and talk. With them and they will raise the complain for the same and it will SUBJECT TO APPROVAL base he said it means it's 50-50 chances to get my money back.
                                For one emi bounced charges HDFC is charging 1600/- like are they out of the mind.

                                      I have my salary account in HDFC BANK, and while making a payment I saw there is insufficient balance, upon checking the statement I saw 4 transactions in which the following amounts were deducted, ₹590, ₹649, ₹649 and ₹506.25. I don't understand why and how they can just take away my own money without even informing, let alone taking permission. I want the total amount back in my account asap. Please take the required action.

                                        I applied for a credit card online on the 1st of July 2022 with all income proofs, getting no response, on the 17th of July 2022 I went to the HDFC branch HDFC0001093, and the branch executive told me to open a savings account in order to process the card quickly. They assured me that the card will be delivered within 7 days if I open an account. Hence I opened a savings account on the 17th itself and applied for a credit card. After a few days, they asked me to submit income and KYC documents again.

                                        On the 20th of July 2022, I provided them with my last 3 months' salary slips along with the last 3 months' account details of my ICICI bank salary account.

                                        After sending so many emails, and cooperating fully with banks' regulations and policies the application still shows pending. I am a software developer by profession and my current project deals with developing an IOS application for which I had to purchase an apple MacBook as early as possible.

                                        Seeing such a lethargic and careless attitude of the bank I made up my mind to purchase the product without the discount offered by the bank on apple products, hence on the 8th of August 2022, I wrote an email to the Card department as well as the bank's Nodal officer to request a cancellation of my credit card application as an unused credit limit will impact my CIBIL score.

                                        The only reply that I get is an automated email saying we will update you.
                                        I have been waiting for more than 1 and a half months for any update and this has made me suffer mentally as well as financially as I am unable to make a decision about buying the product due to the unknown status of my card application. I feel this is a very nasty process that the bank follows to lure in the customers and then does not give any weightage to their requests or complaints.

                                        According to Transunion CIBIL, my CIBILscore is 796 and I have an impeccable record of settling my dues on time. Do I deserve to wait for one and a half months to get an update on a credit card application?

                                        I am deeply saddened by the services offered to me and do not wish to have any future association with HDFC as a customer.
