I've an apartment in Bangalore and have provided the Ad for rent in online platform Quickr and Olx. I was contacted by a person name AMIT KUMAR S/O Bhagat Singh (his ID attached) and he agreed to rent out my apartment starting March 1st. He informed me that he works in the Army in the Rifle dept as Sepoy. He also informed me that he got transferred from Delhi to Bangalore and will accompany his wife and 2 kids. He agreed to provide the security deposit (INR 75000) and the Rent (15000) + Maintenance(2700) + Electricity (2000) = 19, 300 every month.

He gave me all his IDs and prima facie all looked good for me to proceed further. I requested him to deposit the security amount and the rent for the month of March. He made me an offer to deposit the rent for a full year, saying that the Army gives him that facility. I asked him to provide me the advance for 11 months as the rent agreement was supposed to be for 11 months only. We both agreed for the full and final amount of

Total amount due for 11 months = 19300*11 = INR 2, 12, 300
Plus Security amount INR 75, 000
Total 2, 87, 300 to be deposited in my HDFC Bank Account

For the payment to be made, he introduced me to Jora Singh, his CO (commanding officer) - who will deposit the amount in my account. He asked me to add his account as beneficiary. I was very surprised as I was supposed to receive the amount and not send it. He told me that they operate a Army Merchant account (HDFC account) and thus it behaves in a different fashion. To start with, he asked me to send Re1 and then I got credited Re1 twice (meaning I received twice what I sent) and he mentioned that this will happen for all transactions as this is a special Army Merchant account.

As I added his account few minutes back, my TPT limit was 50, 000 for first 24 hrs so the idea was that he will transfer me 49, 999 (the same modus operandi, meaning I send him 49, 999 and he will credit my account twice the amount) - However, when I transferred 49, 999 - I didn't received any credit in my account. Jora Singh informed me, very confidently, that it happened coz he has a limit of 50K from his side and thus he needs to create 2 different accounts without any TPT limit. He asked me to do the same, first to receive back my 50, 000 and another one to reverse back the earlier transaction. After the amount was debited and no amount was credited in any amount- he gave me 100% assurance that the money will be transferred the next day as the TPT limit will be lifted after 24 hrs. We tried this again and I categorically told him that I won't send any money - to which he replied that I'll put in the CODE and would get back all the amount instantly. He shared his ARMY ID to win my confidence and then asked me to deposit 2, 22, 222 which was supposed to be a code. He did a fraud and the money was again debited and no amount was credited back to my account. After this, I was super suspicious of the whole thing and had a gut feeling that something was wrong here. He disconnected his call and was not reachable again.

    I have clear all dues on 17.02.2022.. and written 4 mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com but still it is not done.
    and no one acknowledge myy mail... no one give time line to do this task..
    so it is requested to please cancel my restructuring of credit card..so that i can use it noramally

        Since the evening of 25th February 2022, I have tried a total of sixteen (16) different transactions, and not received the OTP from HDFC Bank. Each time the attempted purchase had to be abandoned.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I see two deductions in my account dated 18/01/2022[Rs. 826/-] and 18/10/2021[Rs. 206.50] in the name of Depository Charges and I’m trying to contact customer executive for the same from months but they never respond to the call after waiting for hours.

          If the customer executive is connected, they will say call will be transferred to concerned department then the call will be disconnected.

          From one of the bank representative I was asked to send a mail regarding this to a Mail ID : [protected]@in.hdfcbank.com, but this ID is a fake one and the mail never got delivered.

          I have never received any communication over mail/sms regarding the deduction.

          It’s not right for a dignified private bank to deduct customers amount without their knowledge. I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t checked every transaction of the statement.

          I have tried raising complain in hdfc portal but that never worked, some or the issue with the portal just wasting my time.

          Looking for the resolution at the earlies as its already long time.

                I have reached out to the hdfc care Twitter account since I am.not in India and am travelling from Ukraine. I specified my situation to the support and told him that my card is blocked and I need it since it is an emergency. I also made the due payment and yet I can't do anything with my credit card online or on atm. I am able to make changes smoothly with my debit card. I am sure they have blocked my card since I haven't used it for over 3 months and they made me wait over 4 hours to tell me please call the bank on a number they provided. Even though after specifying my situation of not being able to call the bank, thus reaching out online. They came with that response after 4 hours, that is how HDFC listens to customers issues and complaints, by not listening. I keep getting : This transaction is currently not available for your account. All the time. Very very disappointed.

                  A recruiter called me and they asked me to pay 1000 rs to get a job and I paid the amount. After that they conducted and interview and told me that I have got selected. I have to pay 3, 500. But I had 3000 rs so I paid it and they said they will send a laptop from company. But still I didn't got the laptop and refund too.. They are asking to pay 2, 000 rs more for refund. But I didn't. So I need a refund or else I will note a complain about shine.com

                      i Have a salary account past 7 years and they are debiting somany charges in 2020 as ach debit return charges. But cleared all the emi's and now they are debiting some amount from my account. Iam very poor. My family situation also very bad. Some peoples are taking loan and gone to other country but you peoples are punishing middle class peoples only. So i request you to refund my amount.

                        This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                        An amount of Rs 814 has been debited on 23 Feb 2022 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN on demat account which I have never used.

                              I Anita W/O Mukesh Kumar having credit card of HDFC bank ( Card No [protected] ). I have made payment of credit card of Rs 90, 000/- on 25.12.2021 through CRED which was wrongly done in Card No [protected]. I reported for this wrong transaction on 30.12.2021 to HDFC Bank kalyan Circle Sikar Branch (Officer Mr. Vikash Kumar PB Authorizer Mo. [protected] ) and submitted also all original required documents. He said that the amount will be refund within 7 working days. But after paying regular visit to concern branch amount not refunded in my account till now. Meanwhile I also contacted to Mr. Shivam Tiwari ( HDFC Card cell Jaipur) but not received any satisfactory reply. After passing of one and half month Mr. Vikash Kumar demanding 10, 000/- for settlement of this transaction which was pending Since 25.12.2021.Afterwards I have contacted to Mr. Ramniwas Godhara Branch Head HDFC Kalyan Circle Sikar on 14.02.2022 and he demanded again all original documents as earlier provided documents was not delivered at Card Cell Chennai and assure to refund the amount within 7 seven working but after passing ten days I have not received the deducted amount.

                                    My salary account (In HDFC bank) was created in my Previous company Falcon force Pvt ltd in 2020 2 years back so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. now my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i also visited the near branch of HDFC bank with they denied to close my salary account and behave rudely ow my salary account in HDFC bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) and i see that i have rs -6500 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank. because as per RBI Guidelines They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
                                    and i don't have any job and i have financial issues and i can't pay this negative amount.
                                    Please take action as soon as possible

                                      my cc limit is 11 lac made by bank in aug.2021, i need pluged registry and i apply to repalce on 25-12-21 bank also make valluation of new plot on 5-1-22 officer told me that your now limit 9 lac according to your registry but till 15-2-22 no reponse has given me and i ask concearn officer, no satisfctory reply given, officer not attending my phone, now on 21-2-22 they say we can not replace it and you can cancell your limit, no i apply to canclell my limit 22-2-22 and also deposit limit money on 23-2-22, but your seniour mr. twinkle no attend my phone till now, no i request you to cancell my limit and send my pluged registry and also i give letter no dues certificate, also shift my account from cc a/c to current a/c
                                      i only ask you like this is the method to harrash the cusomer,
