I am hdfc bank holder since i opened account there is not any deduction till Feb2022 after that i have credited my account with Rs. 9000 and i also have some more money in my account then only 8300 is in my account about 603 is deducted for unknown reason this very ridiculous i want my money back or else i will continue with another bank really unsatisfied with hdfc bank services i also called customer care but they didn't answering me what is this for. Please give my money back Otherwise i will block my account continue woth another bank

        Iam having hdfc fastag since 2 yrs but one month ago I lost my fastag due to change of my car mirror.and I ordered the another fastag on replacement process and paid 100 rs at csp center in jammalamadugu my home town.but now completed 30 days but I can't get any fastag replaced. Pls check it up.i am getting many problems to travel with out travel

          I have created salary account in HDFC bank with 0 zero account balance. suddenly I got penalties on my accounts and HDFC bank deducted 4, 500rs from my salary account. Then I researched that HDFC bank convert my salary account into Saving account because I didn't use my salary account for a times.so last month I got a new job, and they cut AMD CHRG INCL GST FROM MY salary account. pls tell me what to do now they almost charge half of my salary.

              I Had blocked my card, net banking, upi id because of some suspicious activity. Then i got a instant card, activated my card and net banking. But still i am facing issues while doing upi payments. But i am not able to send money via upi. I went to the nearest branch but they told me to call customer care and still i am not getting any help from customer care.
              I want you to unblock my upi id as soon as possible

                I have an EMI of 4928 for a Two Wheeler loan and most of the times i tend to pay it after the stipulated date of 4th of every month, hmience they charge Rs. 560 as emi overdue amount and that is acceptable, recently I came to a shock after finding out that my balance had been deducted from Rs. 7000 to just Rs. 769. I checked the statement and it showed that the bank had deducted almost Rs.3000 in breakups of Rs. 236 as EMI rtn charges and 2k as loan ovrerdue(however I have paid my emis+overdue+emi rtn charges). The worst thing is the bank doesn't notify you about the deduction and they charge you without any prior notice. Maintaining monthly balance becomes impossible because of the uninformed deductions hence they charge another Rs.500-600 more as AQB charge(non maintenance of average quarterly balance). When I checked the statement of my previous 3 years the fines sum up to over Rs. 20000 (apart from my loan intrest of 40, 000 for a loan of 1.4 lakh) which is ridiculous. Now, I am a concerned consumer and check my statements but I wonder how many customers face the same issues and they never come to notice their money gone because of the uninformed deductions. R. I. P to transparency in banking. I wonder if it's a hidden agenda of the bank to earn money from numerous customers with their easy to avail loan with hidden charges and uninformed fines. This has put me in a tight spot where I can't maintain AQB, and the uninformed fines have severely affected my CIBIL score. Please help is this ethical for a bank?

                        I was trying to add accounts in the list of beneficiary but as soon as I go to the IFSC column, there's a "click here" link and clicking on that took me to page where I had to add the IFSC no., bank name and branch name. When when I clicked on search, it showed no records found.

                        And I couldn't add beneficiary.

                                I was trying to make a transaction from my debit card on 3/3/2022 on Agoda mobile application. The first attempt failed while the second succeeded. However, the money has been debited twice from my account. Please look into the same at the earliest.

                                I have checked with the merchant & they have received the amount only once.

                                  Hdfc bank has put on hold an ammount of Rs.624 by mi revenue hold through gefu for no reason or may be misleading. I have already emailed them for this issue bit haven't get any response from them.
                                  I request you to take initiative steps for refund my money. In this current crisis situation me and my family are are in no income stage, we don't have that economical condition for paying such unknown ammounts without getting any information about it.

                                      महोदय मैं सुखदेव राम बाबू हूँ मैं एक साधारण और बहुत ही सुलझा हुआ इंसान हूँ मेरे साथ HDFC INSURENCE कंपनी के एक मैनेजर चंद्र कांत पांडेय के द्वारा जालसाजी का शिकार हुआ हूँ जो की बोकारो झारखण्ड के मैनेजर बता के निवेश कराने को बता कर FIXD DIPOSIT के नाम द्वारा ठगी की गयी है। महोदय मैं बोकारो इस्पात प्लांट का पूर्ब कर्मचारी हूँ और मैं बोकारो मैं ही ३३ बरस के लीज पर क्वाटर ख़रीदा हूँ। और मैं यही स्थाई तौर पर रहता हूँ। महोदय मेरा कोई भी पुत्र नहीं है सिर्फ तीन बच्चिया थी जिनकी शादी हो गयी है। यहाँ पर सिर्फ मैं और मेरी पत्नि साथ रहते है। निवेश के नाम पर फिक्सड डिपोसिट कराने का प्रलोभन दे कर मेरी पालिसी संख्या 13836416, 13835799, 13835288 हैं। जो की मिस्टर एस राम बाबू के नाम से है प्लान नाम HDFC PANSION PLAN हैं जिसकी प्रीमियम 120, 000 रुपये सालाना की थी HDFC PANSION PLAN हैं जिसकी प्रीमियम 120, 000 रुपये कि सलाना की थी। मै बोकारो प्लांट से सेवा मुक्त कर्मचारी इसकी प्रीमियम कहाँ से भरता जबकि मेरी पेंशन 1200 के लगभग मिलती है ।मेरा HEART में पेसमेकर लगाना है और मेरा कोई और है भि नहीं इसलिये मेरे रकम को वापस किया जाए आपके जबाब के इंतजार मैं।

                                        I first came in contact with the bank branch with a request to close my account in Nov 2021 and have been asked to submit the closure forms in person. I live out of India and my account status was NRO (Non resident Ordinary account).

                                        I have sent the physical forms so far 4 times and have been lost by the branch 1 time and returned back the post 3 times. All these forms have been submitted to the branch via email as well. Post covid, the couriers are not accepted at entrance of branch premises and also the courier service personnel are not allowed to enter the premises for delivery.

                                        I have been in contact with branch officials for the last 1, 5 years hoping for co-operation on closing the accounts using the scanned copies being sent from authorized email address. But so far no luck; on top the branch started charging me quarterly for ISA account maintenance which has never been charged any maintenance fee from[protected].

                                        Desirable resolution: Waiver and refund of all charges and closure of accounts.
