We made a settlement at Trichy branch and they issued a letter ref No: H:ACCTS:PREPLET/5583929 dtd 7th May 2014 to collect the home documents/NOC etc on 26th May 2014. While visiting on that day we advised by another representative to send a mail to Mr.Srinivasan and Mr.Mahindran to transfer the document to Trichy Branch. We have not received any reply from either from [protected]@hdfc.com or [protected]@hdfc.com. The email Id provided by HDFC representative of Trichy-Thillainagar Branch

    Hi,
    I received a call from an HDFC agent regarding Solitaire credit card offer. I have submitted the doc on 20th June and they have told me the expect a verification call in few days. Till date I have neither received a verification call nor did I have heard back from that agent. The agent's name was Swathi and the contact no she gave me is:[protected]. I was asked to submit a missing doc to hdfccards.[protected]@gmail.com which i have not being suspetious of the mail ID.

    Please help me track this.

        Myself Abhijit Banerjee, having HDFC Credit Card No: [protected] which was used from period[protected] where my total due was unpaid after that since year 2009 I've settle all due which was lying due in my Card, , settlement done to Franchisee of Credit Card (HDFC) and final settlement receipt provided by them. after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same day all amount debited automatically from my account without any information, which is quite surprising . from that incident time i'm continuously trying to contact them but they mislead me and not providing any support . As a innocent resident and client of HDFC this type of ridiculus services are not expected from HDFC end. nor they are convening me my Actual Due where I need to understand the problem why this happening . So from the above incident I'm frustrated and force to move Consumer Forum for Justice . Pls look into the matter seriously as facing huge difficulty and problem. thanks

        All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009.

        But Unfortunately after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same
        day all amount debited automatically from my account without any information, which is quite surprising . from that incident time i'm continuously trying to contact them but they mislead me and not providing any support .

        As a prestigious Customer Credit Card department has done Fraudulent & Shameful activity to me. Now I'm forced to make complain against your HDFC Credit Card Dept in CONSUMER FORUM, Complain Done on dt: 03.07.2014 against Fraudulent & Cheating Case.

        If the same not waive or settle within 02 working days then I'm bound to complain against your HDFC Bank to President, PM officially for misleading client.

        As a innocent resident and client of HDFC this type of ridiculous services are not expected from HDFC end. nor they are convening me my Actual Due where I need to understand the problem why this happening .

        So from the above incident I'm frustrated and force to move Consumer
        Forum for Justice .

        Pls look into the matter seriously as facing huge difficulty and problem.

        SECOND REQUEST FOR JUSTICE : ( BELOW MAIL COMMUNICATION HAD WITH HDFC CREDIT CARD )

        As per your clarification mail you required some clarification from my end below is detail of Reciept which is issued from Your HDFC Bank for payment of settlement done, pls do check from your end and revert back ..

        "All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009. "


        For your kind information your Representative repeatedly told me that all your settlement done no payment lying in your Card as per Memo Provided, So I feel this is completely Negligence from your BANK for this I'm suffered.

        This kind of Activity done by your Said Representative as a Sincere Customer of HDFC BANK I was satisfied as for your Kind information currently I'm also using other BANK Card and continue purchasing and paying on timely basis, no allegation levied at me by other BANK.

        HOW YOUR BANK WILL DO, , , , THIS MEANS YOUR BANK IS CHEATING AND CONTINUE MISLEADING BY DOING THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY.

        Yesterday, I got a threat call from one of your Executive to pay all amount which is due in CARD within 02 days unless they will take action through recovery officer, if this activity done by your Bank Representative which is quite Surprising.

            HDFC Credit Card, The Credit Card Department do not have any synchronization at all among department, I have raised a query for payment but the last digit's were wrong of my CC on 06/06/2014. The same was gt attention to the concern department of HDFC CC, and they agreed that the fund have reached them via HDFC Bank. And they needed to do some formality for reverting the funds back to my Credit Card account. I have been asked to sign some paper to so for more than 4 times till today, 02/07/2014. They know that money is in with them and it just needs to reverted to my account. But I must say they don't know how to do this in the right way to solve such a small problem. Their behavior is poorer than beginner. I am totally stun with this kind of experience from a bank which name them among the best banker in INDIA. ARE THEY BEST BANK ... I have my question...               Who gave HDFC the permission to have my funds kept on hold ?

              Who has given them the authority to hold my account ????

              I'll never seen such a bank, a bank steals money from the customer.

              Are they running bussiness or a small grocery shop.?

              I've spent 14000/- on my card and already have paid 10200 and how come your people charge 14000/- They have put their own charges and then hold my account ?

              They have no rights to hold my funds. Should they not release immediately and battle it in the consumer court.

              Infact I have been writing them mail continiousely asking for a closure and they aren't responding to it. I lost my card long back and wrote to them for release of a fresh card and they informed to clear the funds and only then the card will be issued. They are more concerned about payment not about the customers welfare.

              Never seen such a bank in my life time.

              I've take and completed my loan in ICICI, barclays but a no.1 waste bank and poor bank who steals money from customer's account is hDFC. Are they such a poor bank to do that ?

                Due to I lose my job I was unable to pay the amount of credit card. And in this time some recovery agents behave very badly with me, and giving me threatening calls.
                But now I got a job and want to settle all of my dues. But HDFC bank hold my first salary, so it’s very tough to me fulfill my daily needs. So it’s my humble request to you kindly help me to release my salary and settle the account.

                  Hi My policy number is 15327255. date of Birth is 09021967. We have been fooled by Mr Bharat Kolambe from Kingsway Branch, Nagpur. My mothers investment request was converted in to Life Insurance policy for me. They came to the house and convinced my mother that if I open an NRI account, it will be good for her. I had only signed a document for that. But they forged my signature and locked the money for 5 yrs to reach their personal Bank...

                  Dear Sir, I am a customer of HDFC Bank & my account number is [protected].Due to mistake i have lost my ATM card pin that is why i visit home branch of HDFC Bank NOIDA sector 12 that time applied in written for duplicate ATM pin after that as per the personal banker commitment they was saying you will be receive duplicate pin within 7 working days. After facing lot of problem from bank side finally we receive confirmation message for bank side that your duplicate pin has been dispatched via FIRST FLIGHT COURIER AWB Number B991Q9020206. But whenever checked the status of my courier on first flight courier website that time status showing courier received by Mr. SINGH but we did not received. After that again visit my HDFC BANK home branch NOIDA Sector 12 for the confirmation with personal banker they saying we also not received kindly again applied and wait. Its not any type of resolution & now fully frustrate. No one over there to coordinate with me. Kindly check & do the needful.

                    I had applied for a card through net banking in April 2014 and there was a link which said that i[censored] apply through net banking, your card will be free for the first year. However, the bank charged me an annual membership fee. Further, the membership fee as per the schedule on the bank's website and also the schedule I received with my card states it to be 599 (plus taxes) for a Platinum Edge card. However, they charged me Rs. 1122.48. I sent a screenshot of the net banking screen and also the scan copy of the schedule, still no one was ready to consider my words and they said that the charges is Rs. 1122.48 only. I had to repeatedly call back and enquire about the same as the bank never responded to my calls from their side. Neither did I receive any amended schedule where it stated that the annual charges for a Platinum Edge card is Rs. 1122.48. I had registered my 3 mobile bills for payment directly by the bank through my credit card. After a few days, i received a letter saying that one of the numbers have been rejected from the biller. On enquiry on 18th June 2014, bank informed that one number has been rejected and I will have to make a payment for the same. I once again asked the bank's person to register the same number from the next month and I made a payment on 23rd June 2014. However, the bank also made a payment on 24th June 2014. Again I called them and then they said that double request for registration was made for that number and one of them was rejected by the bank and as such, the bank made a payment against one of the registrations accepted by the merchant. Now they are not ready to refund the amount to me on the ground that this will be adjusted by the merchant in the next month. But as it is bank's fault, why shall i make an advance payment to the merchant?

                      1) I saw my bank statement online. Shocked to see 84.27 deducted under the name of DEPOSITORY CHARGES
                      for MAY-14 .. This is absolutely cheating and exploiting the customer's . I have a salary account at HDFC,
                      NOW WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNT IT WAS TOLD THAT THE DEMAT ACCOUNT WILL BE FREE.

                      2) Also 200.00 is deducted under "Charges for HDFC ERGO Accident Policy" though i don't fill up any kind of
                      Accident policy.

                      I am suing HDFC for sure this time. I want my money at any cost.

                      Dear Vijay,

                      Depository charges seem to be OK. Every time you sell shares (on different days), some 28.00 Rs will be charged.

                      Regarding accident policy, you demand from the bank to provide details as to which policy against the said amount is debited. If they are unable to give details ask them to refund the amount. If they give you details (of the policy which they have you fraudulently bought) ask them to provide the form that has been filled by the customer.

                      It should be done in writing. Insist the manager to acknowledge the receipt of your letter. If you refuses to do so, find out email id of the manager and send email.

                          Sir, Despite of RBI notification (Ref.Circular no. DBOD, Dir. BC. 53/13.10.00/20012-03 dated December 26, 2002 and DBOD no. leg.BC. 35/09.07.005/2012-13 dated August 10, 2012 and Part B of the First Bi-monthly Monetary Policy Statement 2014-15 announced on April 1, 2014) the bank has flouted these norms by wrongly charging me Rs 393.thrice on 09/04/2014, 12.05.2014 and 16.06.2014 on the explanation that RBI has yet not sent any official approval regarding the same therefore the reversal of the said amount of Rs 1179.78 is not possible.                             I have requested for a balance transfer on 18-june-14 and when i called the customer care to check the status on 21-june-14 is when i came to know that my bt request got rejected and when i inquired for the reason the customer care staff's had no reason and finally told me that i didn't had sufficient balance.

                            Although i had a sufficient balance of rs 43250.00

                            Further continuing with the call, they have informed that on 21-june-14 i was eligible for the balance transfer request and gave the request and it was promised by the staff that he will confirm me the status of the bt on 21-june-14 by eod or on 22-june-14, early morning.

                            Although i have been continuously calling the customer care help desk on a daily basis for more than 20 minutes,

                            It's been really a very worst and frustrating service that i have been facing with your bank although i am a salaried customer.

                            The person named raj (Rajeev) have confirmed to me on 21-june-14 that he will confirm the status latest by 24-june-14.
                            The person named vinay (Escalations team) have confirmed that he will let me know the status latest by 25-june-14.
                            Now i have called and spoke with staff name gayathri and she told she will connect to the manager as the escalations team members with busy with other calls, after me waiting for about 13 minutes, she has disconnected the call.

                            Although i have called the customer care on a daily basis i haven't got a proper response and its is really a mental pressure and very worst customer service center that i have ever met in my life time?...

                            I very very suspect the person vinay had wantedly delaying my request and also the final caller, ms gayathri has disconnect the call without any notice.

                            Could you please take appropriate disciplinary action among st those staff's, please monitor those calls and you'll understand it!...

                                I have applied for a Home loan with HDFC (Block AC-16, Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 064), and My loan File #[protected]. During the apply the Loan HDFC charge me Rs.7303 as processing fee. The loan got approved on 8th May, 2014. After that all the original document of the property I have submitted to the Bank to get the loan amount. But after that the Bank never has contacted me. Upon sending repeated emails didnt get any answer. Then when warned the bank that I will escalate the matter and register a complaint in cosumer report if they don't respond, then Radha Chatterjee from HDFC immediate reponds me saying that We are cancelling your loan as per your request. What kind of customer service is this, How can an approved loan she can cancell without my request And also what will happen to the process fee Rs. 7303 that I paid already? Because of her negligence she dragged the loan disbursement for so long and finally cancelled it. Please suggest how to get proper resolution to this.                                   I have closed my Credit Card account # [protected] on 30/12/2011 by paying full and final settlement of INR 15300/-(Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred) through DD # 002051 (HDFC Branch Chennai -23) at HDFC Bank Central Building Nelson Manickam Road Amjikarai . Name of the Collector is N.Anandraj. (Id # S07609). And it was closed and signed by SUJIL SAM S1447. Till today I am receiving calls and letters from collection agent.Also there are collections executives visiting for payment.When I showed them the settlement letter, I was asked to pay few thousands extra to get this account closed.

                                      My name is Dr.Srinivas.Recently i have lost some cash from my debit card(Rs8000/-).I stay in hyderabad and i have lost the money from bangalore ATM when the card and the secret code are with me. i was really worried and talked to the bank people but there was no proper response.please help.
