Complaint regarding misuse of my mobile number and causing mental harassment

On January 15 I received a statement regarding the deduction of an amount of 842.70 Rs from my account. I don't know from where the hell this amount got deducted. Currently I am a student and this amount of money means a lot to me. And contacting to customer care is even a cumbersome task as every time they ask for card and account details.
