Last year, I wanted to invest and did not want any Insurance Policy.
Still one HDFC SL Policy was mis-sold to me by HDFC Bank representative (name can be provided), as non-insurance Investment.

Two Premiums (Rs 50,775 + 50,775) have been taken from me, and I did not know the Policy Number, nor I have the Policy document with me.
Not only this, I had asked to close this Policy within the Free-look period but there was no action.

On various requests and follow-ups, I somehow got the Policy no as : 14505016 , But still don't have the Policy document with me.

Can you help me on this, and take the appropriate actions on this Policy.
I think I have all the right to hold atleast the Policy document, if the premium is deducted from my account without my consent.
Need to take this up with IRDA also.

Everytime I check this with HDFC Life or Grievance redressal cell of HDFC bank, I am provided with Complaint ID, but no action yet.

HDFC standard life insurance — Policy Cancellation

I have taken policy of HDFC Standard Life Insurance (Policy No:[protected] but i have not interested in policy.I want to cancel the policy,,but they dont cancelling the policy.Please resolve the issue...

    I, Dinesh Sharma have an account with the Tonk Road branch of HDFC Bank for the last couple of years. The account number is [protected] whose information was hacked by some miscreants but was saved at the last minute. There were two beneficiaries added to my Internet Banking which were not known to me and were Manoj Kumar Shukla & Pratap Rai, residents of Mumbai and HDFC Bank customers.
    I got two HDFC Alerts about these beneficiaries and that alerted me as well. Proactively, called the Jaipur branch and as per the suggestion deleted these two beneficiaries from my account, changed the password and disabled the internet banking as well. To my surprise I received a mail again on the 20th July morning that the Internet banking has been enabled again....
    I raised a complaint to the HDFC Customer Care on the July 20th 2012 with a copy to Cyber Crime Cell in Mumbai and Delhi but nothing has happened so far. The bank is calling / emailing at regular intervals to find out some information and no seriousness is getting reflected from their actions. The Cyber Cells (both Mumbai & Delhi) have also not shown any confirmation of the case with them, whether working or not etc.
    My only problem not understood is that both being HDFC Bank Customers are still not nabbed either by the bankers or the police. The other possibility is that these are their fake addresses and then it becomes more serious for the bank if they had opened their accounts without proper verifications..

    My Vodafone number [protected] got deactivated while I was talking to one of my friends at about 00:45 hrs early morning of 19th July 2012. I tried to reach Vodafone customer care but to no avail as they were not able to let me know why this has happened but do believe someone from Vodafone was also involved. I spoke to them once again in the morning and they suggested should go for a SIM change as it could have gone corrupt. I did that and the phone was up & running by about 12:30PM on the 19th July 2012.

    I need to bring this to the notice of the Consumer Forum about the laxity from the bank & Vodafone for allowing this to happen, taking the things lightly without any action and making sure that the customers are not attended properly

      Hi HDFC Team,

      Sometime(approx 1 month) back I got a call from HDFC executive, I do not remember the name of the guy, he convinced me to apply for a credit card. I applied and, got each and every verification done positively at my office and home. Even I got so many calls in my office regarding verification. Today, I checked my application status at HDFC website and it got disapproved and the status was:

          I Pradnya Surve bearing HDFC Credit Card, have suffered great headache of fraudulent transactions, which occurred past 4 months. Sir, I have received a phone call from the HDFC Kanjurmarg/Kandivali branch,on in last months 2 months June'12 and July'12 at .

          HDFC credit card department is not sending details of my transaction with bank including my last payment made to them & instead charging inflated amount due against me . Not only this bank blocked my card without any prior sms/information & caused me harassment, humiliation in paying blocked, very negligent careless dishonest & deficient service provider bank which needs to be sued. What should i do when i require an emergency, i think Credit cards are meant for that purpose only, so that client can avail all the benefits in case of emergency.


          Whenever the collections person used to call me up i always used to say them please send me the hard copy where i can see the usage of my card, the representative tell me "yes madam" we have already couriered the statements but the courier fellow says always the door is locked, i don't understand when my credit card can come through the courier, my 2 months statements can come through courier, then why don't the remaining statements can come through courier.

          Collections people call at my cell only Rs 1500/- amount is pending and after 2-3 days collections person call me and say Rs 76000/- amount is been due don't understand in this
          First and foremost thing i would like to suggest the"HDFC Bank Manager or the director " do not hire people who don't know to talk politely or respect fully to the clients.

          And one more thing how dare they can call at my residence[protected] and talk to my parents very rudely and abusively, saying that "Agar paisa bharne nahin ata hain toh fir card kyun use kartye ho" just cant expect this thing from HDFC Bank, if this could have done by any National bank representative we can understand, but HDFC doing this was not expected

          Not only this HDFC credit card department representative do not know how to talk to a customer,
          I found that someone (I don’t know who) used my Credit card to make online purchase for Rs. 76000.00 during the period from March'12 to July'12.where my limit was Rs 30000/- only Upttodayys dates from MArch'12 to July'12 i have already made a payment of Rs 15000/- i havent recvd any reciept from HDFC Bank through an email or via sms.

          Why HDFC Bank is not done action . This amount of Rs. 76000.00 is disputed and urged and retrievals. Having no cocern of any type with these I am totally in full stress how to deal with it. I hereby request you to help me to come out of this.

              Credit Card — Late fees and Finance Charges

              I am ABN Amro bank credit card customer, card no [protected] for past several years and had rarely been defaulter . In Sep09 , I received a statement dated 10th Sep , for Rs 3415.05, with due date of payment to be 29th Sep. I made a payment vide cheque dataed 23rd Se09 and dropped it on 23rd Sep in ABN AMRO'S drop box.on 23rd morning. For inefficient clearance system , they received payment on 2nd Oct 09. In my next month's statement . they sent me a bill for my purchases of Rs 8460 with additional , latefees and finance charges totalling Rs 9268.26. I tried to register a complain in their cardservices ,e mail stating the facts , asking for a waver of the late fees and finance charges as i was not a defaulter. I received reply that matter is being refered to the concerned section. But I could not wait for their reply , so I made a cheque of Rs 8460 and informed them that late fees and finance charges are not acceptable to me, so payment of only actual purchases is made.
              Subsequently , I received several mails repeating the same story, and not waiving the late fees .Now I have received a mail that statement for the current period is due , for rs 1025.55 . I have not done any purchases in this period using this card .Perhaps earlier late fees is added with anothrer financing charges. I have more than 2000 credit points , on the card .
              Am I bound to pay these? Can you guide me . I am a retired , Sr Citizen.

              Credit Card — How much have been charged for EMI interest & Other charges

              Dear Sir,
              I hold a credit card bearing no.[protected].
              I have availed a credit of 148198.50 from last week of March 2009 and paid till date 149170. I was told that the EMIs shall be simple and maximum bear 11% interest. I donot understand the details of the statement I receive. I check my availed credits and payments made.
              This morning while i just evaluated the credits and payments i found that the last statement asks me to pay Rs.20700-00 this month.
              I just want to know what are the charges i am paying and how much.
              Previously i was paying the credits availed meticulously on the next month. Since March only i availed this EMI system by the intervention of your credit agents over phone.

              Will it be possible for you to send me a brief statement showing the interest, service charges and any other charges till date charged and the total balance amount i have to pay, so that i shall try to clear the same by 31.12.2009. I am submitting below the figures i have accumulated. If there is anything wrong also please let me know.

              HDFC Bank — Lost my cheque of Rs. 1,37,000

              I am surprised to see the pathetic service and response of the HDFC bank. HDFC bank CD block pitam pura New Delhi branch received my two cheques of PF on 4th Nov 2009 and till today they have not been credited in my account. the amount of cheques are Rs. 1,18,284 and Rs. 19,370. For first 2 months they were not ready to accept that they have received the cheques even. Now everyday they have new excuse. this is almost 4 month already gone. Now i am moving to the court against HDFC bank and claim against the losses i had to bear.
              Sir, I am government employee and posted in Ministry of Education, islamabad.

              Sir, my id card number is:[protected]. I was draw two loans from UBL Islamabad and NIB Islamabad Bank. I have been paid all the bank loans and they issue me NOC. Last month I was applied for 10 salaries from my HBL Islamabad. But they refused and tell me that I am defaulter and my history is not clear.               I facing a problem with abn amoro company regarding payment dispute from last 2 yrs.

              short summary of case:

              Name : kumar varun

              i am using this card since august 2008 from first bill one thousand amount excess is coming in bill. after complaining in costumer service they wave off same excess amount from bill. same exercise is go throw till January. in January complaint they promise that mistake is not forward in further. but the same amount one thousand is coming in bill . i am paying less one thousand in every month from January 2009. they start putting finance charges on it , second they charge me a royal privilege card RS 4500 .00 . i complaint about the same that i not accepted same card facilities. after few month conversations with abn customer service they wave off same amount.but they recycle all charges and put finance charges on card amount. some fake promise is done by customer service from them they tell me to pay Rs 802 as case closed amount. in October 2009. and they call me in June and ask for rs 400 as left some charges on you . if you pay same all case is closed .

              After lots of complaint i am not getting any solution from abn amro bank. i submitted all corresponding with bills by hand in canught place office on 7 th flour with concern person who is taking care off my case . he promise to get back to me on same . ( i said to concern person that i am ready to pay actual amount what i used.)
              but no reply is coming from them.

              i request you to help me in this case.

              as i complaint abt last bills. u people always look in the jan bill pls look in dec bill . that always revive my charges..

              from first bill my charges is wave off but comes again in second bill with extra charges . the charges is chargs on that amount which is wave off in last bill then i complaint abt the same .

              My name is akash gidwani . I got a call from Sushil he said that he is calling from hdfc bank regarding the credit card offer . He explained me about the terms and condition of the card so, i got agreed with that and than he said that he will be sending a rep to my place to collect the documents and he also told me about wat all documents i have to submit so, i was pretty much comfartable with his conversation happend over the phone.
              Than the rep (Ganga Prasad Cont # [protected]) came to my place for collecting documents . I gave him all the documents which sushil told me over the phone but that rep was really very rude he said no documents are incomplete and we cannot process your request so , i asked him to talk to sushil and cornfirm once again whatever he told me my only submitting those documents . he said he doesn,t have a sufficient balance in his phone so, he asked me to make a call which i did than sushil told me that out of those documents one of the document is missing than to i just got agreed and said i will submit that document by tommorow . so, he said fine not a problem you can give it to us by tommorow but as it is commonly said that (TOMMOROW NEVER COMES) since that day its bieng 12 days nobody came to my place to collect that one particular document but last monday i got a call from (Sushil) sayin that he himself will come to my place to collect the document but after that i haven,t got his call till date and i contacted twice to that rep(Ganga Prasad) to come and collect that document so, that my file should get processed quickly but he was rude on the call he was sayin that right now he don,t have time once he will be free he will come to my place and collect that .
              So, such a reputed bank has such kind of employees who are treating there customers like an animal and i am very annoyed and frustrated with the kind of service which has been delivered to me by (HDFC Bank) . I want immedite action should be taken on my coplaint otherwise i,ll go to consumer court and file a case against this issue.

I have a credit card with No. [protected].On 20/03/13 I made HDFCLIFE PREMIUM payment of Rs22620/-.Same amount of Rs22620/- was credit back to my credit card account on 18/04/13 due to double payment.This was confirmed from Customer call centre ([protected]).I was also advised to pay only Rs.2065/-.Today I have received the hard copy of the bill.Neither the hard copy nor the soft copy of the bill reflect the amount to be paid as Rs.2065/-.The amount due is still Rs.24684.38/-.Please advice immediately the amount to be paid.

              I am a regular HDFC account holder since 2013.               I am HDFC Bank Credit Card Customer. I have paid my full dues regularly, but I have noticed that the Bank is charging me interest @ 3.49% on my current dues along with GST charges. The Bank should be charging me interest charges on my previous dues NOT paid within my billing cycle. But I have paid all thei dues within the billing cycle. Kindly note all the info as follows:

                On 14th July 2012 I called on 28564332 HDFC Bank credit card customer services number to enquire about the minimum payment on my credit card, at that point Ms. Beena Pujari HDFC bank customer care executive offered me a cashless card offer. Ms. Beena Pujari explained me cashless plan I liked the offer, in the mean time my mother had a word with Ms. Beena Pujari and wanted clarity on the cashless offer.

                Time when Ms. Beena Pujari offered us the plan she informed us that bank is offering us the cashless offered of INR. 20,000.00/- without any processing charges and bank is giving us the option to repay the mount with in 24months and if we give confirmation to Ms. Beena, amount of INR. 20,000.00/- will be transferred in our bank account with in 48hrs.

                On 16th July 2012 I got the message on my cell phone that INR. 20,000.00/0 is been transferred in my HDFC bank account.

                20th July 2012 I called 28564332 HDFC Bank credit card customer services number to enquire about rewards points, side by side I reconfirmed about my cashless plan, at that point I was shocked for a minute. At that time executive informed me that 12 months tenure period is been updated in the system to repay INR. 20,000.00/- (cashless card),at time of offering me the cashless offer HDFC Bank credit card customer services executive ( Ms. Beena Pujari) offered me the cashless scheme for 24 months tenure.

                I will request you to go thru the communication (call recording) between Ms. Been Pujari , Me and my mother and decide weather I was offered right this or not

                    My account number is [protected] (salary account from Accenture), I have applied for ECS with HDFC bank Sion(Mumbai) branch since about 1.5 years for LIC premiums numbered[protected] and[protected] for amounts Rs. 1021 and Rs. 2042 respectively. In the month of Feb 2012 the last premiums were paid via ECS and thereafter my LIC premiums are due. I have noticed this yesturday and confirmed with LIC company, they said that HDFC bank has stopped ECS on customer request. Hence I visited the bank today to understand the process of stopping ECS, they (Rahul Dudia and Roscoe) said that I have to give a written statement for this in a form without which stopping ECS payment will not happen. Then I asked to check about my ECS status and the issue that I am facing by explaining it to them. After understanding the issue, they changed their response that the LIC company might have stopped accepting via ECS or the tenure was of 2 years. This was not acceptable.

                    Well I am sure that I did not opt for 2 years which actually doesn't make any sense; and also Feb 2012 would not make 2 years by any chance. Furthermore, LIC do not have authority to stop ECS without notifying me. This directly indicates that the problem occurred at your end only. This type of service doesn't show any professionalism which even makes me feel insecured in banking with you. Now I am penalized by LIC just because of your mistake. I would definitely like to hear a response and a solution from you.

                      Hi to whomsoever this is concerned,

                      I had spoke to HDFC Banl Credit Card Customer Care and asked for a new card to be sent as my old card was damaged. Later on i realised that i have not updated my new address. The card was sent to the old address and was returned to the Bank. Today morning 1/8/2012 11:00 AM i spoke to a lady (not sure if she has updated this in the records). She was so rude and not willing to listen to what i was saying. I am a HDFC customer for almost 6 years and did not except such rubbish service. This is mainly targetted to the lady on the phone.

                      Anothing this is i wrote a letter couple of days back to the HDFC Bank Arumbakkam branch to change my address details and they said that it will take 4 business days and also in the meantime i can have the card sent to the branch for me to collect it.

                      This lady said that this is not possible and i will need to wait for the address change. This is utter rubbish. She must be a new comer or just saying some rubbish.

                      Please have my card send to the Arumbakkam Branch. If someone can get in touch with me at [protected]@gmail.com i will provide the details.

                      The lady on the phone is letting down HDFC as a bank is what i felt today. You guys are doing a good job and don't have such small mishaps please.

                        HI,
                        My Name is Tarun Kumar. I had an credit card with HDFC bank. I use that card for a good time also i had a salary account
                        with that bank for almonst good 3 to 4 yrs. I was making payment for same as well.
                        But after some time i was not able to make payment for same. And bank was charging me for same every month. They were adding interest on
                        that every month. One day i got a call and they told me that i can pay an minimum due of 800rs and rest i can pay like that. I paid
                        1000rs on that day. After 2 hours i got a call from Bank again saying that i have to pay minimum due of 1800rs. again. I told them i
                        can not do that. I asked them to give me a EMI faiclity by which i can make payment . Bank said for same i have to first of get the charges below the credit limit.
                        my credit limit was 15000rs. But at that time bill was for 22000rs. I asked them i cant do that. Then, Later in Jan 2012, Bank put a lean on my account and
                        they took my whole salary of 17000rs from my account. I have three loans as well. I have to pay installment them as well. Two loans are from HDFC and one from
                        Fullerton India. After they took money out of my account, I stopped paying their installment for Personal Loan. But still i am paying for their another loan that is for my bike.
                        But on every day they are calling me and abusing me and harrasing me. They are using profanity with my family and with my mom. In month of march i lost my job. Because of that
                        iwas not able to pay thier installment for bike as well for 2months. I was getting call's from them i was telling them i wll pay it when i will get job as dont have problem in
                        paying installemnt for bike. There was a lady calling me every day and using profanity. She was saying" Tum bhukhe nannge log kya kisht doge. Tumhare baap ne yahi shikhya hai "
                        " tumhare pass khane ke paise nahi hai to kyon loan liya tha. Tum apne baap ka naam kharab kar rahe ho.' Aur many more. later i got a job and i told them that i got a job and now i wll start
                        paying it. But they were disturbing me at time of my job as well. Now they are sending me Legal notice for credit card and Personal loan.
                        One more thing i had a Suvidha insurence from them as well for my bike. If i loose my job i will get waiver for 3 emi. But when i apply for same. I haven't
                        got that waiver. They told me that Insurence is valid in case your company will terminate you or if company get shut down. As there was not requirement in my company . So thet asked me to
                        leave the job. AS i didnt had any chioce. Because i have to take my salary and my experience letter from them. Sir, Kindly do something. I am furustated from
                        these calls and these notices. Sometime i think i will go to bank and Sucide their. But nothing would happen. they would just loose their money,but my faily would loose me.
                        But bank would keep harrassing people like us who got some issue and they are ready to pay but just because of situation they are not. They want time to pay.
                        So, Iwould request you to punish them. Take a Strickt action for same.

                        I am amarjeet singh husband of raminder kaur kapoor (card holder) from hari nagar delhi. my card number is [protected]. my wife using this card from august-09.My overdue till today is around 37000/-.. This was the situation of my card till date.and from last one and half year we are paying min due on trhis card

                        on 28/10/10 evening your bank employee Named As, gurvider singh (branch manager) hdfc bank, rajouri garden, ansal claasic tower called at my wife's mobile number.she told him talk to my husband that i am not able to talk to you right know, but your employe start talking on phone . my wife hangedup the phone and your bank employe called me up, I told i want this card to be settled . Hearing this he started talking very rashly to me, started using abusive language related to my mother & father. After hearing this i also got angry & reverted same to him but he didn't stop & start harrasing me saying that i will come to your place, I will come to your office, you beg to someone or you sell yourself but i want my banks money back now only.

                        when the situation got worsed, I disconnect the call, but he called me atleast 30 times on both my wife's & my mobile number with different number.this process contined next day as well. hole day some other guy also called me and said branch main aake payment de jaoo i said send you excutive to me i ll pay the money, the answer was bank ter baap kaa nukar nahi hai payment to tujhe branch main hi aakar karni padegi

                        I have recorded some conversation in my mobile, but he was aware of allthese things, he told me, "u cant do anything to me, He told me to come in the rajouri branch I will show you" but i refused to do so. He doesnt afraid to anything And shameless about his ill behaviour and abusive language.

                        I want to know Bank has got the permission to abuse his customer .If yes, who has given the permission to abuse anyone’s mother & father & that person is very sure that nothing will happen to him.Noone can do anything about this matter & what he did to me is wright.

                        please revert back with the next action i will have to take or what action you have taken about that employee.
                        If i am not getting any response from you i will knock the door of consumer court, But that is very sure i will not stop with just writing a mail /letter to you.

                        Please take some positive action as I have the proof of his abuse and ill behavior. I expect that you will respond to my letter positively as it has created very bad impression of a reputed bank in the eye of customer.

                          I wanted to cancel my HDFC ERGO health insurance policy : 50649078
                          Ref no : HN[protected] and my rejection reference number is 50649077.
                          First of all I am cancelling my policy because I am not able to make the payments and now I have been told that I need to pay 75% of the premium and only 25% will be reimbursed and they say that it is clearly mentioned in the documents ,
                          But the documents containing the rules was given to me only after buying the policy and that too 18 days after buying the policy and even no document was provided to read before buying the policy nor they told me on call

                          Infact I was fooled by them by giving me wrong information like the insurance can be used even for OPD treatments ( I have the call recorded in my phone and have the proof for the same )

                          So if they tell me I should have read the conditions before buying the policy I would say the documents containing the rules and conditions was provided to me only after buying the policy and that too after 18 days .

                          I just kindly request you to cancel my policy and refund my amount .

                                My two wheeler loan A/c No. 19492661 installment is been paid regularly but this month i.e. July it is informed that there are insufficient funds in my account by your employee and I have payed the amount in cash to clear the installment due as the your employee said that it is impossible to re represent the cheque in the bank, but there are sufficient funds in my account when the cheque is represented, as the bank statement shows.Apart form this they have represented the cheque in the bank and cleared the installment again.After that when I came to know this your employee had said that the amount will be given back, but I have received only Rs.1754/- out of Rs.2204/-.Now I want to know why the amount Rs.450/- has been deducted from the total amount which I am about receive without any information. Kindly respond for the above mentioned complaint immediately.

                                i have taken two wheeler loan in bangalore thru bajaj auto finance in bangalore.they have put ECS for clearing even after my loan amount is fully paid and ECS got bounced since i havent kept any money thinking that the loan is over. there is no proper response from their office regarding any of your querries, ...
                                befor three years i have four credit cards and two loans due to my bad financial position i cant meet to repay credit card bill s and emi on time so that time my emi was bounced badly and credit card payments also has been made to much later in the time period of one year but after improving my financial position i clear all credit card payment with principal intrest panelty and all the charges counted by bank as per their policy and also check bounce charges or penalty charges of loans and now i get clearance certificate noc of all personal loans and credit cards not yet before one or one and half year and in some bank i got loans easyly and somtime i get problem in aproval of credit card or loan due to cibil report so what should i have to do

                                Iam Vidhu .My father have taken loan and cc before one month and now he is heart patient and seetled in native place.When i talk to the call center people for settling the accounts they dont have any idea.Every month field executives comes makes promises that he will settle the accoubts next month but he absconds after that.Call center people dircted us to kanchipuram branch then wht again the same response tht we dont deal with loans and cc u hv to contact call center.frm past six months iam just paying the int without any idea tht account will be settled or not.Please dont go for this bank at all.Bank executuves .They dont have any clue abt the bank.it is waste to talk to call center.

                                  End of the day for the bank means midnight 12:00 AM, this you'll not come to know when you are depositing, The bank will put all the clearance doubts on RBI, and will easily say, whatever delay is there is due to RBI, but will promise you 24 hr clearance when you deposit the cheque. Please don't go with HDFC, worst support on your finances, worst customer care, and people sitting on phone don't know the banking procedures even.

                                    HDFC is the most worst bank I have ever come across, when they need your credit card payment, you'll receive 100s calls per day, but when its a question of your concern, they'll not even bother to reply and will speak of rules and regulations, If you want a service level satisfaction please don't opt HDFC go to any other bank.

                                    Hi,
                                    i'm having salary account in HDFC bank,nungambakkam branch.
                                    Based on my transaction the HDFC employee named Thamarai called me regarding the Loan offer of 104000 at the rate of 17%.So i agreed and handed over the documents to her.
                                    The amount of Rs.103552.got credited to my account three days before without any prior confirmation from me.
                                    and also received a SMS for the EMI payment of 4086 at the rate of 24%.

                                    I need the answer from the Bank manager,Mr.JOHN.immediately.

                                      I am an MBA. I had joined the company as a trainer on a third party payroll. I was told that I would be confirmed in three months and latest by six months. I was hired as a Trainer consultant so they would not have to pay any PF.
                                      After 3 months there was an assessment done and none o[censored]s were selected. We were told that you are being given 3 months on work on your skills.
                                      3 months later I was transferred to another location in Delhi NCR. The cost of living was almost double to my earlier location. The manager over there was more interested in making me resign from the company rather than helping me out.
                                      Eventually I resigned as I did not see the confirmation happening.
                                      ONE SHOULD AVOID ALL JOBS WHICH ARE ON THIRD PARTY PAYROLL.
                                      THEY ARE MEANT TO MAKE A FOOL O[censored]S AND GET CHEAP SLAVES FOR THE COMPANY.
                                      About the functioning of insurance companies - Most of the policies are MIS SOLD. You can Google it or search in similar forums. It is not only HDFC Life but most of the insurance companies.
                                      It was very common to sell ULIPS asking people to pay premiums for only 3 months and withdraw money the 5th month.
                                      There are bizarre incidents wherein agents have convinced people to invest their PF amount or money saved for their daughter’s wedding in policies informing them that it is similar to a Fixed deposit or single premium policy.

                                        I an MBA and was recruited by HDFC Standard Life now HDFC Life on a Third Part payroll as a Trainer.

                                        I was told that i would be confirmed after three months of joining and a maximum of six months of joining.

                                        On completion of three months they conducted an fake assessment and did not confirm any of the six o[censored]s who had joined the company saying that you need to work more and we are giving you three more months.

                                        Three months later i was transferred to another location. The place was expensive and i had difficult time managing my expenses. The manager over their was more interested in making me resign from the company instead of helping me out at the new place.

                                        I eventually resigned from the company as i felt their was no point in continuing the job as the confirmation would be done by the manager and he was in no mood to let that happen.

                                        Moreover most of the policies in most of the insurance companies are mis sold.

                                        It was very common to sell ULIPS telling the customer to pay premiums for just three years and withdraw money after fifth year.

                                        Apart from that their are bizarre cases of regular premium policies being sold as a single premium policy for a high amount

                                        I know incidents where an elderly person had invested his total provident fund amount in an insurance policy, on being convinced by an agent that it was similar to a fixed deposit.

IF YOU HAVE HARD OF SARADA GROUP OF BENGAL DUPED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE BY CHEATING THEIR MONEY, , THIS HDFC LIFE IS ALSO SECOND SARADA.. I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO SEVERAL NEWSPAPERS TO BRING THE NEWS IN LIMELIGHT .. SAY NO TO HDFC LIFE..THEY ARE 100% 420 ORGANISATION.
