I took a car loan from HDFC bank in Mar'11. But now when I need to sell my car they are asking for prepayment charges as high as 5% and they do not have any provision to tranfer the loan on the buyers name provided his credit check is good. This is a clear case of looting from the customer. I feel the RBI should put in some norms where in such looting can be stopped. We are slogging whole day and we are looted of our har earned money by such lenders.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I recently placed a redemption request for my HDFC Mutual Fund at the HDFC AMC located at Borivali West on 9th April, 2012 folio #3709940/57 purchased on 23rd March 2007. Along with the request for redemption I also submitted my new bank details (Citi Bank) so that the credit would get posted to the right account. I was asked to submit a cancelled check for my old account (HSBC) and new account (Citi Bank), which I did submit. I was notified by the bank representative that the amount will be credited to my account on T+3 basis.

    After waiting for the completion of above said time period on Friday ie. 13th April, 2012 when the amount wasn’t credited to my new account (Citi Bank). I contacted HDFC MF Customer Care and was informed that the amount was wrongly credited to my old account (HSBC). After spending hours speaking with different HDFC executives and their senior management team, I was informed nothing can be done about the redemption going to the wrong/ old account (HSBC).

    Since my old account (HSBC) has been inactive for a period of more than 5 yrs the procedure to reactivate the account involves submission of various documents and a processing timeframe of 21 business days.

    The redemption request was placed after holding on the units for 5 yrs at a low NAV in order to utilize the funds for an immediate financial requirement. If it was known HDFC would put me through such a hassle I would have never invested in HDFC MUTUAL FUNDS.

    I would want HDFC to take ownership of the situation and transfer my funds in the correct account as mentioned in the redemption request, rather than just not providing any assistance in this situation. Also this whole delay has caused me a lot of financial and emotional losses.

    HDFC Bank (For Mutual Fund) — Getting wrong response on Mutual Fund transaction

    I am facing problem with my Mutual Fund transaction from last 3-4 months from Beverly Park Branch, Mira Road (E). Every time I got bad experience. First time I was for Renewal of my Reliance Vision MF. I had given application to Miss Arathi for the same. When I checked on the SIP debit date, I came to know that it started new MF i.e. Reliance Regular Savings Fund & my old i.e. Reliance Vision MF has been stopped. This was first mistake. After that I again visit the branch and told that I don’t need new fund I just need to continue.. my old fund. And also told that stop that new fund & redeem all amount from this new MF. Again next month same result, Old one was not continue & New one redeemed amount after 2 months but not stopped, it was continue.. & but still my old fund not continue. Now, I visit recently again this branch for this issue & I again told that I don’t need new fund, I wish to continue my Old fund i.e. Reliance Vision MF, but again I disappointing with the same result. I just checked it & found that old one not continue.. & for Reliance Regular Savings Fund my amount debited from a/c on 18 Feb 2010. This is happening in Beverly Park branch, previously it was proper at Thakur village branch.

        I had foreclosed my HDFC personal loan, but still I have not got any confirmation/NOC from HDFC. Even after many followups, not an single reply from them. But I had received many warnings when I missed an EMI, like "CIBIL, The matter may kindly be treated as extremely urgent!, The last day for payment is 16TH February 2012 TO AVOID FURTHER LEGAL ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!".

        The same scenario happened with HDFC credit card.

        When HDFC is in need, they frightened customers saying "CIBIL & LEGAL ISSUES", once they got what they need they treat customers like............

            Respected Sir,
            I am working with Union Bank of India & under tie-up arrangement between UBI and HDFC Standard Life I had taken HDFC Assurance Policy No. 10348501 in August 2005. Premium frequency is Annual. Since 2006 my premium is paid through ECS on 13th August every year.

            Accordingly, the premium which was due on 13th August 2011 was also paid & I am holding the receipt No.AUS04388 dated 16th August 2011 for the same. In the month of December 2011, I received a call from HDFC asking me to pay Rs. 189/- immediately due to increase in service tax. But my cheque dated 16th December 2011 for Rs.189/- was returned by HDFC saying that the amount due is Rs. 13017 including premium, increased service tax and internal charges. In the last week of December 2011 I received a cheque of Rs. 12194/- of HDFC without any explanation.

            Since February 2012 again I am receiving phone calls that my premium due on 13th August 2011 is not received. After trying their Toll Free Numbers which did not work, I have interacted a number of times through e-mail with their customer service officers. Then I received an e-mail from Ms. Binita Upadhyay, Customer Service Officer that I am supposed to pay Rs. 12383/- (premium of Rs. 12194+increased service tax of Rs. 189) and reinstatement fees of Rs. 250 and interest of Rs. 902 is waived. I sent my cheque no. 100272 dated 17th March 2012 for Rs. 12383/- o[censored]BI which was returned by their Operations Department asking me to pay reinstatement fees and interest.

            I am paying my premium through ECS since 2006 regularly. How will I know the increased amount of premium without any intimation? As soon as I received a call to pay increased tax I paid the same which was returned by HDFC. As soon as I received an e-mail to pay Rs. 12383/- I sent the cheque which was also returned by HDFC and converted my policy to the paid up policy.

            When my premium amount of Rs 12194/- was paid on 13th Aug, 2011 and was returned in the last week of Dec, 2011, so my policy was in force till Dec, 2011. Why should I pay the interest and reinstatement fees and how did they convert my policy into the paid up policy? Why should I bear the loss for the glitches in their systems?

            I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately. Awaiting for your response.

            HDFC standard life insurance — waive my charges

            i am amit rastogi my policy no. is 10145129. io have visited yorur baranchso many times in sector-9 rohini delhi 110085 your branch timing are 9.30 but till 10.00 am nobody in your branch and after that i have not enough time to wait there.please check my policy details i have received letter from your side that my policy is lapsed and under spot revival scheme till[protected] i have to pay rs 18053 and after that i have to pay 26182 rs so it is not my mistake because before this i didn;t received any intimation from your side and when i check my account so i noticed that on[protected] i paid 8000 rs online payment and after that i go to branch in sec-9 and fullfill some formalities and pay the upto date premium of rs.9818 by cheque. after this if any dues from my side so give me some time, i mean give me extention for this. because i already visited ypour branch so many times but your staff is not present on time and my problem still same, so i request you to send me all the information also give me some waiwer for this.

              Dear Sir,

              I have applied for home loan in HDFC and hence payed a cheque of amount 11030.00 via cheque. I was also assured for guaranteed loan for the property i have applied for. After that I received a call from HDFC representative for query about the property for which the loan was required. After having sufficient query they simply deny me for the loan saying the property is not meeting with their requirements.

              Now I need my refund of processing fee. They are neglecting my request and are not giving back my processing fee.

              Please help/ Suggest.

I dropped Cheque No.655780 drawn on SBH Gunfoundry dt:28.03.2012 for Rs48000/- ,Cheque No.655781 for Rs.100/ dt:28.03.2012 in favour of the above credit card account on 28.03.2012 in HDFC bank at Himayathnagar Branch and the proceeds have been credited to my credit card account on 04.04.2012. For the same finance charges to the extent of Rs.1,140.69 has been debited to my credit card account though the cheque was dropped on 28.03.2012 and my due date is 31.03.2012. Kindly reverse the entry immediately.

                  I am TARAK .I made a online recharge on 10th Apr through my HDFC BANK on TATA DOCOMO website , while recharging their was error on the screen so recharge was not done but the amount was deducted from my a/c .Now when i contacted bank they are saying payment has been done from their side its s fault of TATA DOCOMO and TATA DOCOMO says their is no such payment reflecting in their system.

                    a used car loan is given by HDFC bank on amount Rs. 189590.00 ,As per their schedule the loan agreement no[protected], the loan is issued on 22.03.2011 , when the Cheque is given for my loan of amount Rs.145000.00, i have told several times why the amount is low, they did not pay any heed. it was also told to given a break up regarding deduction of amount but they are not heard my prayer. i have paying regularly my EMI Rs. 4763.00
                    in this situation i submitted my complaint for resolving the problem, & proper advice regarding leagal action.

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for Home loan in HDFC Ltd in the month of Jan 2012.They have accepted rs 9927 from me as processing fee.After spending more than 2 months for approval of loan they finally ready for disbursement.
                      But,during disbursement process,they have rejected my approval by reason that some issue with my first Agreement Papers.
                      Now,I am asking them for refund of processing fee,but they are not responding to my several mail reminders.
                      My point is that if HDFC is not able to sanctioned my loan they should refund me my processing fee back.

                      misguiding persons for collecting processing fees and then ignoring the applications.

                      HDFC home loan appears to be taking the loan application charges and then not processing the loan. This is another scam to loot the public. They only support "preapproved builders" - apparently those with whom some deal has been made.
                      The same case here as well, till they get the cheque for Processing Fees, they talk nicely and take it ... after getting the Processing Fees, they dont respond to the calls also
                      Hi Everyone,

                      I am also facing the same issue . HDFC Ltd initially did things very fast and took processing fee of Rs. 10, 200 and when i asked for the disbursement, they denied giving some property approval reason, while other banks are funding it .

                      Can we please unite and fight with such kind of organisation .They are generating the revenues by getting the processing fees.

                      United we stand .Please mail me or contact .We really need to fight with this

                        Your employee ( Mr. Umesh [protected] and Bhadresh [protected] ) committed to us for free gift at the time of new life time free credit card account opening 3 week before.
                        But still they are not providing free gift to us.
                        So this is first HDFC credit card impression on us.

                        This is not a question of free gift but commitments by your employee is create a question against life time free card.
                        How to believed this is life time free card from your side.

                              My Saving a/c No. [protected] (Cust Id.[protected]with Dlf Branch,Gurgaon is operational since Dec.2006.
                              I booked two Fix deposits each of Rs.50000 on 15th March 2011(FD No. [protected] and [protected]) for a period of 12 months 16 days @8.50 %.
                              As per FD Confirmation Advice the maturity amount was Rs. 54599.41(FD No. [protected] ) and Rs. 54599.41(FD No. [protected])
                              on the contrary I recived Rs.54486.11 and Rs.54486.12(FD No. [protected] and [protected]) which is lesser amount than the Actual Proposed amount.
                              In such a way I did not recive (113.30+113.29) Rs.226.59.

                              Here I want to clear that I have submitted Form 15G/15H on 15/2/2012 against (FD No. [protected] and [protected]).I am not able to understand as to why TDS or Hidden charges deducted from the above mentioned FD's even though I have submitted Form 15G in advance to maturity of these particular FD's.
                              In such a way I bear a total loss of Rs.226.59 because of your inefficient reception Staff member at HDFC Rohini Sector-8 Branch,Delhi 110085.

                              Due to such a dissatisfaction from HDFC Bank Branch of Sector 8 Rohini I hereby applying for Account closure and final Settlement of accounts.

                              I am forced to apply for account closure through e-mail because the same reception staff member of HDFC Rohini sector 8 Branch has refused to recive account closure form/application with the reason that the account is maintained at Gurgaon and cannot be closed at Rohini sector 8 Branch .



                              I hereby attached the documantory proof of Account closing application due to not getting favourable responce from sector 8 Rohini Branch (same Reception Staff).
                              Kindly Close the Account ASAP and send me the Refund if any after F & F Settlemnt of Account No. [protected].

                                Dispute transaction

                                On[protected] Morning around 02:14, I got 3 SMSs stating that a transaction of 14000 Rs., 15500 Rs. and 18100 Rs. has been done in ETSAFE POS D at NETSAFE on my HDFC Credit card.

                                I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning I called the Customer care and blocked the card.
                                Regarding this, I filed a Charge Dispute Form and did submit to HDFC BANK LTD, Plot No 2, LSC Mandaveli, Fazalpur, Patparganj,...

                                Dear all,

                                Few months back i have received call from hdfc bank regarding making cr. card and after listening there terms and condition i m ready to make card with out any member ship or annual charges, but with my 1st month statement they have charged me annul/member ship fee. after complaining telephonically n by mail there was no action taken by them. so its humble request to all friends dont go for hdfc cr. cards they are big time fraud co.

                                  I have SBI ATM-Debit card[protected]) against my Savings Bank account in SBI, NEHU Branch, Shillong ([protected]). On April 1, in Guwahati, I went to HDFC ATM ( P1CNGWO1)at Paltan Bazar, Guwahati around 3 PM to withdraw Rs. 30,000/-. When I asked for Rs. 15,000/- initially, I did not get any money. When I tried again, it asked for opting lesser amount. So I asked for Rs. 10,000 and I got the money. I repeated the process two more times and got Rs. 10,000/- each. The transactions record numbers are 8146, 8147 and 8148. When I did last time the balance amount is shown as Rs. 166078.14. But after returning to Shillong, when I saw Mini Statement from SBI Bank ATM, I found that Rs. 10,000 is shown as withdrawn six times on April 1. It appears that Rs. 60,000/- is deducted from my account, when I actually took only Rs. 30,000/- from HDFC ATM.

                                  I request the bank to look into this anomoly and ensure that Rs. 30,000 taken from my SBI account is deposited in my account at the earliest.

                                    I Showkat Ahmad Mattoo working as TEAM LEADER in HDFC bank maharaj gunj Branch srinagar jammu and kashmir bearing Employee Code CS08567 has resigned from the services on 31st of december 2011. As I have applied for the PF and other benefits which I have not recieved till date. So kindly look the matter and reply me at early.

                                    As earlier I was told on the phone that my PF and other benefits will be settled quickly and credited to my Account on 28th March 2012, but unfortunately the same has not been credited yet.
