    HDFC Bank — SETTLEMENT CLAIM

    I already submitted required document related withdrawal money of my Providend Fund on Dt. 24/May/2007 then due to some reason again resubmitted on Dt. 15/May/2008.
    Still not received any settlement money / status from my prevoius employer.
    Please guide me ...

    I jayaprakash worked as a seniour sales executive in HDFC Bank Nellore branch (0473) andhra pradesh. My employee ID is cv 12464. From the period of 15/12/2009 to 8/7/2010. This is to say that i did not received any PF regarding from my services from the bank. Already i sent two times my PF form but, i did not got any responce from the banks hr department.so, please accept my request and please do process as early as possible.

      I have been given the HDFC ERGO policy with policy number[protected] for both me and my wife with out asking or calling me.This is given on my credit card [protected] . I have cearly told the customer care of HDFC not to renew the policy, but still they taken money from my credit card and sent the policy papers. Please cancel this policy immediately and refund my money back.

          Respected sir,
          with due respect and humble submission it is submitted taht on 19.3.12 while my wife withdrawing money from my HDFC Account No. [protected], the amount was debited from my account but she does not receive any money. This was the incident of HDFC Bank ATM in Shahdra, Delhi (trans yamuna). She immediately bring the incident to the notice of guard, but he said that the same was happened to a man just before her and said that don't worry the amount would be credited to your account very soon. The amount is not credited in my account till date. It is my humble request that kindlly look into the matter immediately. An early action will be hightly appreciated.

          HDFC Bank — account deducted from account but not debited

          sir/madam
          i applied reservation in irtc on date12/10/2010 through online.
          the account had already shown debitd but it is not done so replied by irtc .
          so i want bank statement to proved my debit to irtc

            I am struggling to get my refund cheque of policy ([protected])cancellation from HDFC ERGO Mumbai office. I have made many calls and sent e-mail to HDFC ERGO but not yet receiving satisfactory response. Its been more than 3 weeks now the policy has been cancelled but no cheque received from HDFC. I got response to my service ID[protected] from HDFC on 17ty march stating that I will be informed about the despatch details of the cheque but in vain. When I called HDFC ERGO on 20th March I was informed that the Cheque has already been delivered by bludart courier airway bill number [protected] on 17th March, when I contacted bludart to get the details of the courier, I was surprised to note that the Airway bill number given by HDFCERGO was wrong & it was for somebody else & was not addressed to me. When I informed HDFC ERGO about wrong Airway bill number I was told that they have noted by compliant I will be contacted with further details on the cheque status. This all shows that at HDFCERGO things are not managed the way it should have been & I am being tortured to get my own money back. I am still to receive any response from HDFC ERGO........

              Dear Sir,

              Few months back i transfered my account to another HDFC Branch. The representative who initiated the account transfer said that my old account will be closed automatically after filling this closure from and the money will be transfered to the new HDFC branch account and i do not have to worry about anything. Once the money got transfered, he called me and told me that my old acc has been closed.

              Last month when I visited my old branch for some other work, I got to know that my account is not yet closed and it is running on 0 balance. I told the bank helpdesk representative that i have closed this account months back. She said it has not been closed. And now she is requesting me to pay service charges that is crossing more than Rs. 3,000/-.

              I tried calling the Representative who Transfered my account to the new branch, but he does not answer.

              The bank Helpdesk representative said that he has left the job months back and may be he misplaced the closure form.

              Now is this my fault ? Why should i pay extra service charges to close the account if an HDFC representative had misplaced my closure documents. Please do something about this.

                Pls note that the loan was sanctioned to me form HDFC on basis of my Sincere Payment track record, (Loan No: 1121941), and after several months tenure payment (more than 6 months) , I wanted to pre close the same & contacted the Bank , and they had (Bank Customer Care Executive) confirmed the final pre closure amount Rs 92106/- stating It is All Inclusive of pre closure charges on 27/09/08 upon my Request No 050150 dtd 27/09/008, (3% Pre Closure Amount & Service Tax, etc) & immediately that day itself I have deposited the cheque (Cheque No: 981798 dtd 27/09/08, Rs 92106/-) in favor HDFC Loan Account. And also confirmed that the closure letter will be sent to me within 7 days. After that instead of closure letter I got the statement mentioning additional amount to be paid which was no acceptable from my side because I had taken the confirmation of pre closure amount form the bank and the same has been paid to them. They can see the track of my payments made to the same earlier. Apart from that, at that point of time itself I had requested your executives to reverse the fees charged on my account as there is no dues & close the same matter. But it couldn’t happened and they have keep on charged the late fees on it and extended the same. Pls note that this is clear case of misguiding (harassment) & claiming extra money from the customer, when the customer has cleared the amount as per the HDFC EXECUTIVE commits the pre closure amount. Again after making payment as per the confirmation of HDFC Executive words, if asked to pay more means this is complete inaccuracy of the Bank for which customer should not suffer. In this regards I had informed earlier also to HDFC. Hereby attached details for reference. This is the mistake from the bank, apart from that, they have put this in CIBIL which was not acceptable & clear case of harassment form the bank..

                  Reason :- I requested a home construction loan from HDFC bank dated 31st December 2011 which they promised they will sanction in 15-20 days as my papers were clear and also I had a salary account. Later on after a month (around mid Jan) they said they cannot sanction this loan due to some problem. Now they gave my documents back and then said processing fees refund will take some time. Now they keep on telling you will get it in some time.

                        Fraudulant transcation from net banking to Vodafone billdesk
                        Sir,

                        I am holding AIRTEL MOBILE regularly do bill payment for these number through my net banking from HDFC BANK,
                        I have noticed 6 fraudulent transactions to Vodafone billdesk on 07th MARCH 2012 .I contacted HDFC BANK to provide me details , The bank in turn asked me to contact Vodafone as the payment has gone to Vodafone billdesk, Details attached with this email.

                        I have been following up with Vodafone since then, They made me waiting close to 7 days with a reply that all these details can not be shared with you and advised me to contact Police and start the investigation . I have already lost 12,002/- quite a sizable amount through these tansactions and again to process this investigation have to spend some more amount.

                        I request you to investigate this matter and help me in getting this details from Vodafone.

                            CURRENTLY I AM NOT STAYING IN CURRENT ADDRESS BECAUSE THAT HOUSE DOES NOT BELONG TO ME, THE HOUSE IS ON MY ELDER BROTHER'S NAME AND THE PROPERTY IS ON PAGADY SYSTEM, I WAS STAYING ON RENTAL BASIS. NOW DIFFERENT FAMILY IS STATYING IN CURRENT ADDRESS. THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY NOTICE FROM CHENNAI STATING ABOUT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND TO SEAL THE HOUSE AND MOVABLE AND IMMOVABLE PROPERTY. MY BROTHER CALLED ME UP AND SAID THAT THE HOUSE BELONGS TO HIM THEN HOW CAN HDFC CREDIT CARD COMPANY CAND SEND SUCH A LETTER WITHOUT ANY INVESTIGATION THAT WHETHER THE PERSON IS STAYING IN THAT PLACE OR NOT. SO HE IS GOING TO SEND NOTICE TO HDFC BANK REGARDING THE SAME. DUE TO THIS I AM FACING LOTS OF FAMILY PROBLEM.

                            CURRENTLY I AM JOBLESS AND MY FINANCIAL CONDITION IS VERY BAD BUT STILL I AM READY TO DO SETTLEMENT IN RS.15000/- BUT THEY ARE NOT READY FOR THE SETTLEMENT AND KEEP THREATNING ABOUT SEAL OF PROPERTY.

                              I am Datta Jogdandkar, 26 Mumbai resident. I am having salary account with HDFC Bank Ltd. for last 2yrs and also having good records with bank accounts. I am working reputed company and even we have 2 own rooms in Mumbai and my permanent home address comes in Dharavi area. In last 2 yrs i am had applied 3 times credit cards with HDFC bank with bank approved but every times bank reject my request due to i am not match with bank's internal Policy code. my complaint it about the same with bank if i am having very good records with bank working with reputed company and having owns rooms in Mumbai then why my application every times rejects i am really afraid with this all, i need anyhow credit card because i want shop my wedding shopping with cards. Even my all colleagues having cards with same criteria. i am writing every day mails to hdfc bank to meet some top management but they wont be reply and some day i got called some of officer he saying that we will not approved your cards i[censored] want do anything we wont be fear about you. request you that please grant my complaints against the bank.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,



                                My name is Prashant Pati and I have a serious complaint against HDFC Life Insurance Corporation.

                                I have bought one flat on my native place (Bhubaneswar) and paid down payment of Rs. 350000.00 and after six month again I have received the letter from builder for next instalment of Rs. 193000/-. I unable to arrange the money, atlast I have decided to withdraw my HDFC policy (Policy No.[protected] and on 25th Feb, 2012 I have given the request for partial withdraw in Boriwali Branch and when I told them the reason of partial withdraw, they ensured me that within 7 working day money will credited on your account. I have given my new account detail (account No., cross cheque and filled application) but after 7 days also I did not received so that I have made a call to HDFC costumer care, they replied me back that there is some mistake in my NIFT detail. I said I have given all the detail to Boriwali branch so please release my cheqe but I did not received my cheque till 7th March, then I threatened her saying that I’ll complaint to IRDA. Today I have received the cheque but on the cheque the wrong account No. is mentioned.

                                After receiving cheque I have made a call to HDFC costumer care but CC Exe. Replied that we can’t help you on this please go to nearest branch and to get fresh cheque it will take another 10 days. There is no branch in Mira Road, so I have to take leave from my job and to visit Boriwali branch.



                                I need clarifications on :



                                1. HDFC kept my money (Rs. 188394/-) for 14 days, but there was interest given why? Why IRDA not interfering in this point because insurance companies utilising our money for their benefits and are suffering. Request you to look into the matter.

                                2. Because of delay from HDFC, I could not make payment to my builder on time and now he is demanding a penalty of Rs. 20000/-. So will HDFC will pay this penalty.

                                3. HDFC company has made mistake(wrong A/C No. on my cheque) so they should issue a new/fresh cheque to me, why should I run around them, spend time & money for their mistake. Please look into the matter because HDFC company literally harassing me to release my money. While issuing the policy they (HDFC) commits all wrong thing but when we need our money back, they creates 1000 new rules to hold our money.

                                4. I have spoke to many customer care executives regarding my complaints earlier also but there was no response from HDFC.

                                  My personal loan account no is. 22755350. My first emi started on 07.12.2012 and i paid my last emi on 07.12.2015. I cleared all emi in time without any delay. Already 20 days have been passed still neither noc received by me in my present address nor sent to my e-mail id. Hdfc bank branch at sf road siliguri (Wb) instructed me when i approached this branch in oct-2015, noc will be sent to your email within 18 days from the date of last emi paid even after i paid my last emi at the nominated date (07.12.2015), please sent noc.                                     I am an existing customer of HDFC bank and holding a credit card with ending ****5625. I have been making the payment on time. But, suddenly due to some very bad financial issues I am not been able to make the payment on time since two months. I had blocked my card to get rid of all the taxes. Some of the debt dept. people who are calling me for the same but, I am trying to make them understand about my current condition. But, yet they are treating me like anything… and started abusing me and harassing my parent also by calling them. I have been telling this people that I am not in the condition to make the payment right now but they are not ready to listen to me and started abusing me and its happening several times a day. One of them named Amit and some lady employee who call themselves as HDFC Bank Managers with PH. no. 61396300/ 61396400/ 33016900 and 30552300/ 42254900 etc. etc… Also they keep sending those messages from “MM-Dolph4” saying that it’s from HDFC Bank Manager and will take legal action and so on…
                                    I request HDFC to please close my card so that there will not be any more added tax. I want to make the settlement as soon as I get out of my current situation and I will be in touch with HDFC Bank directly.
                                    But please stop harassing and abusing me including my family members.
                                    These types of foolish behavior from these people may leads HDFC Bank and their services to a very bad impact. I believe the concerned dept. will have the proper justice and give me the right solution if they really care for their customers.

                                    HDFC — Credit Card/ Harassment and abuse

                                    Dear Sir /Madam

                                    I have been constantly harassed by the collection department for payment before the due date and additionally no bills have been sent to me. I have received a life threatening call from Mr. Samir, Ashish Kantharia number [protected] at 1200 HRS dated 17/06/2008 insisting make the payment or he will send extornists for collection from . I have made a formal police complain for the same at MALABAR HILL Police station and the recording of the same handed over. My lawyer will seek further action. Considering this treatment Im not making any more payments and seeking to file legal charges against HDFC. I have informed HDFC on the same email. I wish to press harassment charges against the bank.

                                    HDFC — Abusive harassment

                                    Hi, I had credit card number ************2531.

                                    I settled the Credit card amount on 31st Oct 2008. I have the Settlement agreement and the Payment receipt also.

                                    But know for some days I am getting threatening calls from HDFC representatives for the Credit card amount. Even though I informed them that I have already settled the amount they call at my home. They visit my place and thearten my children and other family members. They call at my work place, My wife's workplace and use abusive language. They threaten me for many things which could not be explained here.

                                    They use such a language and words which is not acceptable at all.

                                    Please look into it ASAP other wise I have no other option but to go for some legal actions against HDFC Bank.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have deposited Rs.50000/- in HDFC Mutual Fund in May 2003. Folio No.185811/26. After receiving their statements till 2010, Suddenly in Oct 2011 - after 8 years, my folio has been deactivated. On further complaint to their customer grievances cell and continuously calling them on phone for almost 6 months now, what I get in return is only harassment, mental agony and financial loss. They have asked me to give bank statement relating to May 2003, after initial protest, that big institution like HDFC mutual fund should have their own record and they need not ask small investors, and individuals to keep such record for so long years, even I have provided to them.

                                      To put salt to my wound, now they are asking me to give indemnity bond. I really do not know what system HDFC mutual fund has? They have taken a cheque, given statements for long 8 years, now telling me that it is not there.

                                      Can anyone help? Also I want to warn future investors to keep away from HDFC Mutual Fund.

                                        I Arif Latif Halari Had taken a NRI Home Loan from HDFC Ltd On floting Rate of 24,40,000 (Twenty four lac, Forty Thousand ) I had already made a prepayment in ths finacial year of 13,00,000 from my own Salary source, As per the Agreement of the bank says that if i make any prepayment from my Salary source i will be not charged ant prepayment charges. I had gone to the HDFC Bank Ltd to close my loan from my salary source acount which is with HDFC BANK As well, But the Executive of the HDFC Bank Ltd infrom me that from Febuary 16th RBI Has made a decision that the prepayment charges has to be taken from all the customers no matter what kind nature of payment they have;
                                        I was just wondering why no letter has been given to the customer before the rules are changed, I have a friend who works in one of the bank informed that the Wavier of RBI Says no prepayment charges on home loan with floting rates. Wavier not applicable on fixed interest loans or loans against property.
                                        If you would be so kind to help me as i am looking to close my loan as soon as possible

                                        Hdfc Home Loan — Prepayment charges

                                        Hello Friends,
                                        I am Bhavik a NRI based in melbourne australia. I had taken a floating homeloan from HDFC in late 2007. I was specifically agreed that THERE ARE NO PREPAYMENT CHARGES AND YOU CAN PAY OFF THE FULL LOAN ANYTIME WITHOUT PENALTY. I had reconfirmed that manytimes as I specifically took floating loan to have the flexibility of prepayment.

                                        Now when I have started making significant prepayment, i am getting all sorts of troubles. HDFC started giving all sort of reasons about charging me prepayment penalties and other charges. The reasons they give is not consistent with company policy, like"because disbursement was done after april 2008, you are supposed to pay prepayment charges" other one says"because you signed a contract late you will be charges prepayment charges"

                                        My contract DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT 2 PERCENT PREPAYENT CHARGES WHILE THE RECENT CONTRACT MENTIONS ABOUT IT. I have also been asked to pay extra few thousand rupees to bring my interest rate down as my loan falls between 0-30 lacs bracket.
                                        Now what type of customer service is this? Where does it say that we have to pay extra penalty to bring down the interest rate

                                        HDFC is the worst bank to take a home loan from. ALL NRI residing overseas, take my words, DO NOT TAKE ANY HOMELOAN FROM HDFC. THEY ARE THE WORST IN COMMITMENT AND CAN COMEUP WITH ANY SORT OF PENALTIES ANYTIME.
                                        I am not at all satisfied with HDFC and am trying to get rid of it as soon as possible.

                                        Main purpose of establishment of any financial institute is to loot public. :) i[censored]r agreement doesn't mention about prepayment charges, then I think you should go to court. Due to recession advocates fees might have come down too :). I'll make sure that whichever bank i'll be dealing with, they should mention specifically that THERE ARE NOT CHARGES FOR PREPAYMENT. Thanks a lot for guiding me here.
