I Anoop working as a Sales Executive & Commercial Artist in a reputed Organization; For the past 6 year ths I am facing lots of problem by the credit card payment .

I receive call form Amit (Rajori Garden) your collection department Phone No. is[protected] time 5.46p.m. dated[protected]. i had already made the payment Rs. 1100/- dated 28-09-07 Axis Bank Noida Branch. But Amit doing misbehave with me.

please take action other wish i m going to court.

I been able to clear all my bills with the help of [protected]@gmail.com, I received $15, 000 from them immediately after making payment, they are legit

    hi this is mallikarjuna, i hold credit card of HDFC since 3 years. i am not receiving the statement regularly, i informed to customer care even though they have sending statements regularly, and it became lot of problem for making payment. so kindly send the statement by post or to my e-mail address.

    HDFC Credit Card — I still not received my HDFC credit card

    Hi,

    My name is Ravi Kalpande, I have applied for credit card 1 month before, but still i didn't got any cards,
    this is really rediculous, I am working in mumbai at jogeshwari, i have submitted all documents but still also i am waiting for card, see if i will not get it soon i will reject your card, your process is very bad.

    I recently taken yr Gold credit card no. [protected]. I got call from your Nagpur office to pay Rs.35008.00 but no statement has been received so far. I request you to please send the statement though I paid the amount. Please mail my statement and send a hard copy by post.

    HDFC — not received credit card bill

    I haven't received my credit card bill It should be reached to me in time, so that i can pay my bill in time.
    If any late fee and penalty will occur will not be acceptable due to this..

    I got the card three months back with out pin number, Last weak i logged the complaint throug mail regarding Pin Number and Statement (Not receved Till date) I recived sms stating card due amount is 600rupees. On making a call to customer service they are rude and agressive.
    So i request you to please look in to this ASAP

    HDFC Credit Card — regarding statement not receiving regularly

    requesting you to please send me a regulary statement which i am not reciving regulary.

    Sir their is onr request that the payment of september of Rs 845 was paid by me on 01/10/2008 due to bank strick. As well as on 30/10/2008 due to clossing bank is not deposit the money.As well as the money is not deposited on your ATM due to out of service when i had arrived their to make a payment.

    Sir due to this my request is you will not charge the fine on the comming next bill of the month of october 2008 so that i will make you a full payment in octuber as i regularly paid.

    please consider for your geniume customer ( good coustomer )

    HDFC- Credit Card — Monthly satement not received from last three months

    hi,
    Since last 3 months, i havent received any statment from you bank.When i wanted to pay the bill, every time i have to call up and ask for the total amt. which is not supposed to be done.

    May i requst you yo send me a copy of statement for this month and make sure to send it by postby next month.

    HDFC Credit Card — Not getting monthly statements

    For the last 4 months now, ever since I have taken HDFC credit card, I have not got a single statement. Every time, I get only message that your monthly statement sent to your mail ID has bounced. I have spoken several time on the customer complaint section, but to no help.

    How to tackle this problem? This is my second complaint also on this forum but no action have been taken. Is this forum, just for the sake of sharing the information, or some action is taken?
