      Hello team
      Hdfc gave me such a bad experience. They deducted my 531₹ without any prior information. I did a transaction of ₹113 from my account in evening today and they deducted a amount of ₹531 in evening only. Just ₹5 was less from my minimum balance. I was shocked when I checked my amount it was 500 rupees less I had no idea I thought I will put back ₹5 in my account at night . Then I checked my bank statement . My account was having ₹9464 something. And googled it why it's happening. It was a shock for me like is this a joke or what. It's a hard earned money and they are deducting it like it's there. I want my money at any cost . Otherwise I will take next step.

          I get a message from a person who said he is in GBIC, yesterday, 15th March, for refund of my HDFC Life Insurance policy No.21501207, Classic assured plan.

          After I sent the application on what's app (mobile no +[protected] the application(letter enclosed), i receive the following what's app message.

          Second mobile number +[protected] sends me the following message,

          'File process and refund process karne ko. Refundable hai ye aap ka"

          I was asked to make the payment to,

          After I make this payment of 24800/-(confirmation attached), the next message comes as following,

          Another HDFC life insurance agent mobile no+[protected], sent me the following message.

          Again I made the payment of 50, 000/- to,

          Once I did that ( attachment enclosed), the next message on WhatsApp is as follows,

          [3/15, 14:32] +[protected]: But aapki policy mai agent code lga hua aapka 4, 76, 000 ka 40% commission ja rha h direct uske account mai..
          [3/15, 14:33] +[protected]: Hame ye code remove krana hoga..
          [3/15, 14:33] +[protected]: Jisse use koi commission na jaye or aapka apke account mai phuche..
          [3/15, 14:34] +[protected]: Iske liye ik NOC lagegi ...jiske charges honge approx 22 thousand
          [3/15, 16:14] +[protected]: Because kisi ko 2.37 lakh as a commission dene se accha aap NOC clear kra le ..only 22 thousand nd this is also refundable amount
          [3/15, 16:28] +[protected]: Mujhe kal aapka transfer krana h please jaldi btaiyega mam

          And from the second mobile is as follows,

          [3/14, 16:44] +[protected]: Koi problem ni hai with in 3 days sab refund ho jayega
          [3/14, 16:44] +[protected]: Main follow kar lunga aap unse baat kar ke process karva lo
          [3/14, 16:46]. +[protected] Everything in my hand so dont worry. Main within 3 days aap total file clear karva dunga.

          I again made the payment of 25300/- to,

          Branch: Baraily UP

          After making the following amount of 50000/-, 24840/-, and 25, 300/-, to the above mentioned account number, I get a message today from mobile number +[protected]

          NPCI BOND - 46, 000
          TRANSFER SLOT CHARGES - 12, 280
          NPCI BOND AMOUNT IS TOTALLY REFUNDED IF YOU WANT OTHERWISE USE TO PURCHASE IPO HDFC WILL HELP YOU AND SLOT CHARGES IS HALF REFUNDED OF HALF IS PAYABLE...

          And from the second mobile number,

          "[3/16, 09:04] +[protected]: Hello mam, Good morning
          Aap ka payment aaj transfer hona hai.aap ka ek slot fee's and NPCI bond dono pending hai abhi.
          Aap ki GBIC valo se baat ho toh kar ke ye sab 4 baje se pehle clear karva lo. Ku ki aap ka payment aaj transfer hoga 4 baje ke baad.
          Agar ye clear nahi hua toh payment transfer nahi ho payega.
          [3/16, 09:09] +[protected]: Maturity amount-4, 57, 980/-
          Amount- 24, 840/-
          Amount- 50, 000/-
          Amount- 25, 300/-
          This all amount refund today aur tomorrow.

          Before credit please clear Slot fee's & NPCI bond.
          Both amount refundable."

          I have not gone ahead with this bond as suggested by them, and have not made any payment.
          I want refund of my money, 50000/-, 24840/-, and 25, 300/-, which I paid yesterday, 15th March '22, details attached below.

            I have approached home loan transfer through online, executives asked to upload necessary documents, i have uploaded, then they came to physical verification, after i have paid initial payment of Rs. 1180/-

            now the executives told that amnot eligible for loan

            i need my initial paid amount, why they are not checked if am eligible for loan or ineligible before starting the loan process?

              First of all, this company has put so many fees for maintaining the policy without much return; and on top of it, after maturity they are asking to furnish KYC detail rather than transferring the maturity amount to the bank, they were taking the money from.

              Why didn't they ask this information in last 5 years where money was helping their profitability.

              When I raised this to one of the agent, I was told that easy option is to buy new policy; this is so ridiculous.

                  Rs 1000 has been debited from my savings account on dated March 7 2022 without my consent to open RD . credit my amount back as soon as soon as possible. I don't want RD account.
                  Who has given the right to open the RD account without my Consent. I want complete action against such type of activity. I m unnecessarily wasting and spending my time in doing this which I really don't like. So, Please resolve this issue immediately.

                      My credit card was about to expire in Feb and so they sent me a new card, but it was returned from the registered address as I no longer live there.

                      My address change request has been rejected twice already. On applying for address change online on 27th Jan 2022, I got an email saying it will be changed within 2 working days. I never got any confirmation of acceptance / rejection. They have a missed call facility to get a callback from relationship manager. I've already tried few times since last week, but I never get a callback. Only times relationship manager has called previously when she wanted to sell some HDFC product, but when I really need to contact, there are absolutely no means to contact her.

                      Today when I called the customer care after more than a month of my application for address change, I got this confirmation that it was rejected because of address mismatch. The provided address and address in my aadhar card(provided proof) is same though.

                      Customer care says to either visit bank or send a form with new address and proof via email to Chennai. This is pure harassment. Why is the online facility so poor that it cannot properly handle address change ? Even address change in aadhar card can be done online without any hassle and a private bank cannot provide this seamless experience. Nobody even calls or inform when your application is rejected, nobody calls when your credit card is returned, no body seems bothered to help the customer at all. The relationship manager is a sham.

                      This experience has left me no option than to migrate to some other bank's credit card and eventually may have to choose some other bank for my salary account too.

                          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me.

                          Mera sms service bhi unhone bandh kr diya tha ..muje koi charges k msg bhi nahi aate the...me branch me ya call centre me contact nahi kar pa raha help me regarding this

                                  I have loaded 2000 rs into my account from my credit card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

                                    I have a salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip inUNICE[censored]sing auto-pay(ACH) option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of Rs 590, Rs 649 and Rs 649 in a row, between 4th March 2022 and 10th March 2022. Not sure why this much amount is deducted from my account, for a single transaction.

                                    I have called customer care and they told me that this amount is deducted because of payment bounce.

                                    I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance.

                                    Hdfc bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                                    Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me of the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                                    Please please help me resolve this and return my money.

                                      I have a savings account & credit card. This is regarding the credit card Overlimit Charge, You have charged Rs.550 over the limit +99 GST. I have complained telephonically on[protected] and customer care assured me that the charges will be reimbursed to your account in 3/4 days but still not status. This is a request you to do it as soon as possible.

                                        HDFC bank provided me an offer as a thank you gesture for a transaction made using HDFC net banking. That offer is the spykar products from a website called 360inex.com. I purchased a men's watch worth Rs.470 on March 5 2022 and didn't got any details regarding my order from 360inex.com. I made this purchase because HDFC promoted this offer and shopping site. So I requesting HDFC Bank to look at my issue and moreover it's not only my issue. I've seen number of complaints on 360inex.com and now I'm raising complaint on HDFC so that atleast you can look into it.
                                        Please solve the issue at the earliest.
