      Dear HDFC Team,

      My HDFC bank salary account and current account bearing customer ID No:[protected] have been marked lien due to reasons stated in my account mentioned below:

      • LIEN CR CARD – [protected]XXXX7397 -B2.

      The lien is been marked for non-payment of credit card dues in the year 2012-13 and for your information, Rs 62000 is been held in my salary account currently and for your information the same credit card is been settled down with HDFC Bank third party agency in the year 2015. The receipt is missing as it's been almost 7 years.

      Now request you to currently provide me with an appropriate resolution for the same as this is the unauthorized activity by HDFC to hold my entire salary and put a lien in my corporate salary account without any intimation. Your action had affected me personally and emotionally due to holding my entire monthly salary. Expecting a positive and appropriate resolution to my query from your side.

          I bought an AC using HDFC debit card EMI loan. I paid all my installments on time along with an interest of 16%. Still for the last installment they charged Rs.531 for delay of 2 days where 95% of the amount was paid, 5% was not paid so for that 5% o[censored]npaid amount I was charged Rs.531. These guys are blood sucking, they can debit any amount they feel like to get. Please take action for this soon.

              It has been 5 years after my constant follow up with bank to get NOC against my credit card after clearing settled amount 21, 000 rupees on October 2016.
              Bank executive has promised to send me NOC on my mail ID, but still I am waiting to get the same .

              First of all bank people make me fool to agree me to settle the card, while I was ready to pay the complete amount, as per them they will negotiate a good deal with bank and I don’t have to pay complete amount . Then drop me under defaulter list .

              Now I am waiting for my NOC, which I never received .

              This is my second last resort to get NOC, before filling an official Police complaint against bank for Mental torture and making me sick for five years and not providing me NOC for my paid money .

                    Hi,

                    I have opened my hdfc bank account when i was doing a job. At that time i told that we are giving you this account in free also opened that account in 0 rs. When i left a job, i was not getting a salary in that account. Now they have started a deduction every month. I was out of india for a few months and when i returned i got a message that you have to give some money because of your account balance in minus. I also contacted the bank they told me to give account closer form at the nearest branch. When i visited the nearest branch i was amazed they told me you have to visit your home branch also have to pay 9000 Rs for account closure. Why??

                    I have the details that saving account have no any rule to do negative balance. Kindly help to solve the problem.

                    I went to the home branch and they did not help me.They told me to pay the full amount. we can not help you.

                          This is with reference to my debit card ending with 6204.

                          Due to security reasons, my previous card was blocked permanently, and my net banking and UPI was blocked temporarily. I applied for a new card on 20 October 2021 and also completed the paperwork to reactivate my net banking. The procedure was done at Gumasta Nagar, Indore branch as it was the nearest to my permanent residence. On the same day, I also applied for a branch change as my old branch was Kurla, Mumbai and I no longer live in that area. After all the formalities, I was informed that my debit card will be delivered to the Gumasta Nagar branch within 7 days and I will have to collect it physically.

                          After 4-5 days, I got a call from the courier service that their personal was standing to deliver my card at my old address (606, Premier ExoticaII, Premier Residencies, Kurla, Mumbai). I requested them to report back to the Kurla branch as it needs to be delivered in Indore.

                          I visited the Gumasta Nagar branch again on 27 October, informed Geeta Singh about the whole situation with my card. My Net banking was still blocked at that time even though it had been more than a week. I again filled a form to reactivate it. Meanwhile, Geeta wrote an email to the authority requesting the status of my debit card. I was assured that the issue will be solved in 7 days.

                          On 6 November, I visited the Gumasta Nagar branch again to collect my chequebook and my debit card. Amreen from the branch was dealing with me at the time. She gave me my chequebook however, had no status on my debit card. They did not even issue me a new card on the spot. My net banking was also still blocked after more than 15 days of back and forth of paperwork and continuous requests. Amreen assured me that she will be able to give me the status of my debit card and net banking in 2-3 hours and convinced me to go back home. She did not call me the whole day and has not picked up my calls since. Geeta Singh has also not been responding to my calls.

                          I am really struggling to manage my finances for the last 15-20 days with no debit card, and zero access to net banking and UPI. I don't think that the bank and their representatives understand the challenges I am forced to face and no one seems to be of any help!

                          Not sure why it is taking such a long time to reactive net banking and deliver a debit card.

                          I am sincerely requesting the authorities to look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.

                                I have not converted any amount to EMI .But still unnecessary amount I'm paying to HDFC bank and thier is no coustomer care also to resolve this issue, it's a very bad situation as there is no one to one contact to resolve this issue, without knowing the proper reason I have paid upto 2k as Offus Emi .This is very bad as a Customer I am facing lot of issue to resolve this . Hopefully I will receive my amount back from this consumer complaints site .

                                  There has been 2 credits to my HDFC account of 5131 INR (Saturday 3:23pm) & 2897 INR (Sunday 7:43pm), however these credited amount is not reflecting in my account.

                                  I have also received message from HDFC Bank stating that the amount has been credited to my account but I do not see the amount reflecting in neither the mini statement nor my bank account.

                                    I opened a new NRE bank account with HDFC in sept 2021. I have not received the welcome kit for the same. I have tried contacting the bank representative who helped me in opening the account but he is not responding to my message. I contacted support through mobile and email but they have not been able to provided any resolution for the same.
