Hello, i am a preferred customer of HDFC.Recently i got call from bank about credit card offer.I went to bank to apply for credit card but was told to apply online.So i applied through netbanking but my application was declined.I was not given reason for this.

    I got a call from a HDFC Life person([protected]) saying that my policy no. 01539732 HDFC Classic Assured Life policy for which I paid 1st premium of Rs 50000/- on March 1st 2013 and didnot pay the later premiums, will get terminated. In order that it be revived, I have to phone up Mr. Rajiv Shukla (mobile no. [protected]) in Mumbai HDFC Life head office who is Customer Liason manager and he will do the needful to revive it. When I phoned this number of Rajiv Shukla, that person said because you only paid 1 premium, , this policy will be terminated and you will be getting Rs5000/- back or You have to go for 1 of the 2 options to get back your total money. Option1: Pay all premiums till date (Rs 4 lakhs plus 45000 late fees) and activate it.
    or Option 2.: Take a new policy from another Insurance company by paying 1 lakh after he puts a request on IRDA portal and it gets accepted and the name of the new insurance company willing to make the policy for 1 lakh comesup. Then this amount has to be paid online and this new policy will then be linked up to this HDFC Life poilcy that is going to be terminated and then a reqiust for premature payment withdrawal can be put and I will get around an amount of Rs. 2 lakhs few thousands after 90 days of taking this new policy from another insurance company. I then asked me to connect with a Delhi HDFC LIfe Branch Manager near my Locality to personally meet and do all this but Mr. Rajiv Shukla said it is not possible to do from branch offices in Delhi, only he from the Head office in Mumbai can do this otherwise let the policy go for termination by 6pm today. I request HDFC Life Delhi office to look into this as my residence is also in Delhi and help me to get my invested money back.

        I have tried to withdraw amount of Rs 10000 and Rs 5000 from the Punjab National bank Atm in punjab But in both cases Atm showed me the message Transaction timed out. But Rs 15000 amount deducted from amount even If I have not received the amount. I submitted the compaint on same day on 25 sept 2021 but still my amount is not credited to my account. My compaint Reference id's are 2422235, 2422231 are not solved yet.

          This is regarding my HDFC account being locked from the past 5-6 weeks. After login into Net-banking, I’m not able to perform any transaction, even not able to see the statement. It's showing error "There is a low severity memo present on the credit account. There is a low severity memo present on the Debit account. There is a memo present on the Debit account."

          Not sure what's the delay to lift-up the lock as I'm really frustrated on chasing the same. All my transaction are pending and even some of the auto-pay have already rejected. The issue started when I changed my address and I was not able to receive the welcome letter and it was returned to HDFC head office. After that when a new address updated in my account, I received the letter and the same I had shared with home branch. They mentioned that they have updated the concern department saying that customer received the letter but still there is no resolution. This case has been registered in my home branch (Hitech City 2 Branch) and they said it will be resolved in 3-4 business days but it been weeks since I raised the issue with them and I am still facing the same issue. I don’t think there is any proper coordination among the HDFC internal department as the associate mentioned that she updated concern department to lift-up the lock and followed-up with them several times but still they have not entertained the request and no one is able to lift-up the lock as of now.

          I never thought this kind of customer service from HDFC bank as I have this account from the past 6.5 years and this is my worst experience ever and I lost trust which I have with HDFC bank till the date. If I’m not able to do any transaction and the account is idle then what’s the use of it. If the issue is not getting resolved soon, I’m going to explore the other option.

            I have received a message that, ach Debit mandate registered for Rs. 10000.00 /- with frequency adho in hdfc Bank A/c No.XXXXXXXXX44826 for Razorpay software pvt ltd with umrn

            I have never opted for this nor do I know that how can it be enabled without my permission.
            I ask you to cancel this as soon as possible.

            And for future, please atleast inform me before enabling any services.

              I have received message stating that "ALERT:Rs.499 spent via CREDIT Card xx9687 at HOTSTAR1436370 on[protected]:19:28:01 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected]."
              Which was not done by me and not authenticate by me.
              Please suggest how the transaction done and is it a fraud.
              Kindly check and refund transaction amount ASAP.

                  Even after raising multiple tickets with HDFC as they mentioned in the comments on specified URL, they are not bothered to work on it. Still nothing is resolved and they cheated me of Rs. 5000 as cashback.

                    Often the OTP does not arrive from HDFC Bank netbanking website for fund transfer to my brokerage account. This also happened to me during change of my password on the HDFC bank net banking site.

                    The problem occurs usually during the late morning and afternoon time. HDFC Bank does not seem to be paying attention to this issue, or even if they are, the problem is not one of high priority!

                    A sad state of affairs by the new management.

                      Transaction Timed out

                      I have transferred 10, 000Rs/ from my HDFC account to other SBI [protected] account on 25 Sep, 2021. Account debited from my account but not credited to recipient. Transaction timed OUT status shows in my NetBanking as Transaction Initiated.

                      I have followed up with HDFC LIFE rigorously for my refund. The insurance policy sold to me by Mr. Rohtash Kumar was fraud. Neither HDFC LIFE is not refunding my money. I do not want the useless policy sold to me by Rohatash Kumar of ABC by carrying our FRAUD. I have submitted all the WhatsApp messages and call recordings as well. But still HDFC LIFE is hairdressing me. The complaint for the POLICY 23280584 is HDFCSL=[protected]. I want my money back along with the Penalty of INR 5, 00, 000

                        I have salary account in hdfc bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy . I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                        This type of cheating customers and rbi done by hdf bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                              I regret to inform you that there has been complete failure from HDFC Regalia Smart buy team. Not only their supervisors have lied but they have misinformed too to cover up failure at their end ( whether due to their ignorance or deliberately)
                              It is highly shocking & disappointing that, both of their supervisors I engaged had lied to me during the conversation held with me yesterday at around 730pm wherein, I was confirmed that HDFC had received the mail from Yatra confirming that booking was done under Economy Standard class only & he would be drafting & sending the mail to Vistara over the same mail, instead he had sent mail copying all concerned to Vistara & Yatra over my mail but not on Yatras mail. Had it been Standard, Vistara team was ready to amend as a special case without charges as stated in my all mail trails...

                              Where & how, he could have sent mail as Yatra had never confirmed the same .. Whether Yatra earlier confirmed or not is between HDFC & Yatra but such an unprofessional attitude & a lie is not expected from Supervisor level to overcome their goo[censored]p in the system

                              I have been from the time of booking a ticket hearing from HDFC that booking is under Economy Standard ...

                              Surprisingly, after my several mails to HDFC & Yatra, I received a call from Yatra Customer support team a little while ago stating that they had booked a ticket under Economy Lite ...which is in contradiction to what HDFC team has been claiming . Why such a lie & misinformation ..This really puts me at the level that I would now like to take action against their supervisors & the entire booking team which has been manipulating here for the last 3 days & putting me into trouble .Instead o[censored]nderstanding my exigency for which I wanted the ticket to be postponed, they have tried to cover their goo[censored]p.

                              I am hereby enclosing the mail received from yatra to me stating that the ticket is under Economy lite & not Economy Standard .Whatever is the issue that needs to be settled internally between HDFC & Yatra, I was made escape goat & asked to pay the extra charges which I refused

                              Now, it is clear about HDFC mala fide intentions, unprofessional way of handling, cheating & trying to extract money from their prestigious customer .I have been sending mails over mail asking their supervisor(s) to share email confirming that Ticket was under Economy Standard; he has been not responding instead smartly & cleverly rather, sent a mail asking for charges of INR3200 that will be levied . How can he send mail like this shamelessly

                              I have requested the team of HDFC TEAM TO AMEND MY TICKET FOR 3rd October from 2nd October WITHOUT ANY CHARGES IMMEDIATELY & awaiting the action from their side

                              looking forward to an immediate resolution & revised ticket ..A very soar experience with HDFC regalia card .. I have been holding this card for ages

                                My mobile number is registered on Do Not Call registry. Still I get a call from HDFC bank loan sales department everyday offering me a loan against a car I own. I have repeatedly requested them to stop calling. One salesperson actually advised me to change my number. I have lodged a complaint on 1909 hundreds of times. But they are relentless. This is the price we pay for making the mistake of being an HDFC customer. Now they have my number so they can harass me.

                                  I seek your immediate action, explanation and appropriate on the following case.

                                  On 20th September 2021, Monday, I tried to purchase a Rs. 5000 Gift card for someone from Tata Cliqu. To my surprise, the transaction happened but I didn't receive the GV so I called up their representative for an explanation. She explained me that this happened due to some technical glitch and the deducted amount will be credited to my bank account in some time. Further to that, she suggested to purchase another GV.

                                  As the tata Cliq, is a reputed brand I purchased another Rs. 5000 GV. This time also it got failed and the amount got deducted from my account. (Proof sattached)

                                  I had full trust in HDFC Bank as I'm using their services since a long time but this time I got disappointed with the attitude of the call centre.

                                  Since Monday all the representatives of the bank are misleading me and nobody is explaining to me the exact issue or how and when will I get my money back.

                                  HDFC representatives are not providing me any solution to this problem neither they are willing to resolve the issue. I would request somebody from your team to look into this matter on an immediate basis or I will be forced to go to consumer court regarding this issue.

                                  It's not just an amount but harassment from your side as everybody from the bank is taking me for a ride.

                                  Today, when I called up the call centre Mr Ketul from your team, was not even ready to listen to this case. Please understand I need to explain this entire case to your representative each time I called the bank.

                                  To whom so ever it may concern in your team, please take immediate action and provide some resolution ASAP or I'll be forced to take legal action.

                                    I am a customer of hdfc bank and was very happy with the services of hdfc bank Hinjewadi branch . There is an employee named Mayuri Bhosle if required I can provide her employee id as well . She actually bluff me with her half knowledge and information and offered me a credit card which I not at all required. Still afer her too much of request that she ll get some points and targets I agreed n told her to clear me the details about the card. Without mentioning the hidden charges she gave half information to me. Once I received my bill I found charges in my statement without using the card . I asked her about the same . She told me she ll do the needful n next bill will adjust the amount charged by the bank and she ll make it life time free card n not to pay the bill. But next month bill comes along with the fine and charges. And now she stopped responding calls or mesg. This kind of irresponsible behaviour towards customers for own benefit is not good and will harm the reputation of bank as well. I jus need to be action taken against such employees. Who use the trust of the customers on the name of bank brand..
