      Money got debited and not received

      I used HDFC app to trasfer money using UPI but money got debited and it showed transaction failed and money is not received on both end. As both are my account though which I transferred and to which I was suppose to receive it. And no customer care number is available to call on....

      Fraud person call me on Friday and he said that he is the assistant manager of HDFC Bank . He told me that you want job. I said yes. Then he said that there is one job you have to fill up kyc from online . I said ok . Then fraud person told me that you have to register . Fraud person told me give your I'd proof. I gave my I'd proof like hlsc marksheet, Aadhaar card, and passport size photo.fraud person said that you have to pay 499 . Finally I have pay 499 to his bank account . Then he change his word and told me that you have to pay 1499. I said what . Then he said that I told you 1499 but wrong he told me only 499. Please help me.

      HDFC Bank doesn't charge applicants any recruitment fee for gaining employment / ask you to deposit any money for giving you job offers; authorize any third party (such as vendors, placement services, recruitment agencies, etc.) to make any employment offers to applicants/candidates and does not collect any fee/registration/recruitment charges etc for referring and placing applicants/candidates with them. If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee/charges/payment to them.

      I applied for a job for HDFC bank on 28th September, 2021. The consultant (who is claimed to be from the website Shine.com. Excecutive name: Mr. Raghav Malhotra, Phone number: +[protected], HDFC Bank) called me on 29th September that my resume got selected for the job. I was asked to give an aptitude test for the first round and telephonic interview, I cleared both the level and they told me that I got the job. But before that they asked to pay 1100/- as registration fee, and 4200/- for training charges, which they said is refundable. I received my training letter which was password password protected. And i got told to pay another 9000/- for medical checkup which is required before joining the job, for which I denied and said I don’t want the job and I want my refund of Rs.5300 which I paid earlier including the registration and training fee. I called them for the refund but they’re not responding my calls now. Hope you’ll help me out in this matter to get my refund.

      I got a offer from Naukri.com for a bank job HDFC bank for operations profile job on the January, 2023. The Naukri. com consultant (claiming his name:Karan Malhotra and other is Mohit Beniwal (who is claimed to be from the website Naukri.com Hiring. Excecutive name: Mr. Karan Malhotra and Mohit Beniwal,

I was asked for the first round telephonic interview and the interview taken by hdfc customer care number - +[protected] which is official hdfc customer care number that's why i continued and then karan malhotra named person called and taken Rs. 1800 for refundable security deposit and then in documents verification taken Rs. 7000 as a Refundable Security deposit on Hdfc bank branch joining, I cleared telephonic interview and they told me that I got the job. But after documents verification they asked me for 6 month bond confirmation amount from hdfc bank, which they said is refundable. I received my hdfc bond confirmation document on mail And i got told to pay 15, 500/- for bond confirmation which is required before joining the job, for which I denied and said I don’t want the job and I want my refund of Rs.8, 800 which I paid earlier including the registration and refundable security fee. I called them for the refund but they’re saying it will refund on bank branch joining after some days.
      Hope you’ll help me out in this matter to get my refund Rs. 8, 800.

        I have requested for disbursement in Home Loan [[protected]] for 6 L on 19th August. This is the last disbursement and is pending since then. We have absolutely no update - When we call the customer care they say it is with technical department and they are not able to reach them. Not sure why you cannot check with Home Loan Branch and get back. This is very poor service.

        Can you please get back on this disbursement? We have also submitted the NOC from GHMC.

                ASD charges are deducted

                  In the month of june we applied for the incorporation of our company. During the process we selected the HDFC as a bank to open current account for the business process. In last three months we never received any email or phone call from HDFC.
                  First our company is incorporated in Himachal, but HDFC opened our account in Mumbai. Means not even possible to contact anyone.
                  Thereafter local branch guided us that first put some funds and then we will transfer this account. We already added 1 lakh in this account. Still its not operative. Nor we have any kind of access to this account. No ATM, no cheque book, No pass book and no internet banking.
                  All the complaint numbers which HDFC show at website, are just with inbuilt functions, no one is going to take your problem.
                  In the month of August we needed to add this account with RAZORPAY to accept payments for business purpose. But since we dont have even Cheque book, our account with RAZORPAY is not activated.
                  Since in RAZORPAY you can make only one id with all the documents, now we are facing challenge to receive the payments.
                  Now we demand HDFC that either, fix it asap. Or We wont our funds back and compensation for all this inconvenience. Its just unprofessional way of dealing to customers. I think we did mistake by selecting the HDFC bank as bank for our business transactions.

                        I Withdrawn an amount from HDFC bank ATM and out of which a 500 rupees note is torn/Damaged.

                        I was surprised that Bank staff is not validating the notes while inserting in ATM, since the note i received is totally torn in one side, can be identified by anyone easily. not sure it got missed out by staff or devices used by HDFC.

                          Hello, I have made a payment of Rs 45500 to one account but the status shown as transaction suspect.. however the payment has not been reversed yet, nor received at beneficiary end. This is pathetic, how could you hold the amount for 2 days. When we are calling customer care, they are not registering your complaint and telling you will receive back the payment after 3 days. For that also, they are saying if you don’t receive, please call back.. This is horrible service from HDFC

                            My salary account (In HDFC Bank) was created in my first company, since then I was using the account. In January'21 due to changes in the internal financial issues of the company, the Company asked us to open another salary account. Now my salary account in HDFC Bank has been converted to a savings account (Without informing me or warning me). I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as I did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that, I never logged in to my account through net banking. When I logged into my account on 1st September'21 for some reason and to my surprise what I saw was that I have a negative balance of Rs. -50, 919.06 was reflecting in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank. They have no right whatsoever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                              Hi, i have opened a salary account in 2019 . but after 30 october 2020 i was unemployed so i wont be able to maintain average monthly balance, and now i have went to the bank and filled the form of converting saving account to salary and they said it will take hardly 7 days for the procedure, and now its being almost 7 days still my money has been debited twice this month . and i cant see any valid reason . my customer id[protected]
