I had decided to buy a bike with HDFC two wheeler loan. While approaching HDFC loan agent(Karthik) had processed the loan and I got the bike.. during the processing time he took one month EMI from me in person as a advance EMI. Also told that it will be normalized in the upcoming EMI's.. also he told that the receipt will be received with the loan documents in courier.. I had waited for 4 months but nothing received yet. so I raised the complaint in HDFC website. HDFC manager had called me and told that he is no more working with HDFC and You have to get the money from him..
Please let me know how can I get the money back.. And is there any way i can book complaint against that person.

    Hi I am customer of hdfc bank i hold a bank account on your bank, my consumers loans and also going with you and i had credit card of hdfc also ..i already taken a credit card restructring on my card and paying me that amount also .. i have missed 1-2 emi just because of covid-19.. but i dont any such loan that has been pending with hdfc but Your Collection Executive Name Called Rahul Choudhary Mobile No [protected] Has Harrassing Me And Abusing My Friends, My Family And With My Female Friends.. He dont even telling me which loan amount he want to recover from me just he is telling your loan is pending from 9-10 months but fail to give me the details of that loan he is just abusing me and my family and friends .. first of all i dont have any such loan from hdfc bank which is pending since 9-10 months .. then why your collection people abusing me and my family is this the way of hdfc bank to recover money to abuse your customer and defame him, harass him in public and insult him .. can you please tell whats going on hdfc bank team !! Can you please take some action about this guy who abusing me and tell me which loan he is talking about give me the details i am ready to clear i any such loan is there .. stop calling my family and my friends ..please help and revert me asap ..

    And tell that guy stop calling me and family rightnow otherwise i will file case and complaint against hdfc bank .. again give you his number rahul choudhary mobile no - [protected]

      I applied online and also submitted all paperwork through a local executive, but no one was willing to edit or executive her name, Ms. Vennila of the Chennai branch, after I paid Rs.3540.

            I purchased a laptop in september 2019 from reliance digital, chembur and i made a payment via hdfc emi option (i am not a hdfc bank account holder).
            that time the salesperson told me that i will recieve a Cashback of around 4-5 thousand after the successfull payment of 3rd EMI.but its been more than 1.5 yeas now i have not recevied my cashback, i tried eveything but the customer Support team is not at all co-operative, they are just ignoring my complaint.
            My loan account number is - 7049915.
            please look into this and help me out.

              Your executive called and told about the HDFC Bank to join and asked 500 rupees without telling you have to further submit more money at each step and hence through that she attracted us towards the job option but when we refused to proceed futher because they where asking more money to further start the process and now we are asking to refund the amount they are not and they clearly mentioned during the call ki aapka agr process nhi hoga paisa wapas ajayega 24 hours main and now it's going more than 24 hours and then are taking to receiving call not replying of my messages and not talking properly aadhi aadhuri jankari deke customer ko dhoka de rhe hai

              I have shared the screenshot of the amount which i transfered it two times

              But what you guys are doing is just wasting our hard earning can you imagine the feeling the right now it's so regret full and painful at the same time that money I earned through lot of hardwork

              HDFC Bank doesn't charge applicants any recruitment fee for gaining employment / ask you to deposit any money for giving you job offers; authorize any third party (such as vendors, placement services, recruitment agencies, etc.) to make any employment offers to applicants/candidates and does not collect any fee/registration/recruitment charges, etc for referring and placing applicants/candidates with them. If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee/charges/payment to them.

                  I am really not happy with the Relationship manager Lavanya for my account. Kindly request you to check and remove her as a manager for my account or put me to a genuine manager.

                  She is really pathetic, this is the fourth time I applied loans several times she said u cannot get loan, I tried with other banks I got it . Last year in 2020 when I applied she said your company is in cat c not applicable, and I applied in other bank I got it? I think she has some problem with my account, pls request you to remove or you can check my credit score am a very loyal customer of HDFC since 7 years .

                    I opened a new account in hdfc bank and no bank in history has deducted money for debit card but here is hdfc bank, deducted 500 rs + taxes i.e. 590 rs for which i didn't even got a transaction message .i get too knew after checking my statement . This is not a professional practice by the most reputed in our country. Hence loosing trust of its customers by doing these practices . In future i can't trust hdfc bank because they don't inform a customer before deducting money, doesn't give any prior intimation for these large amounts to be deducted for free services like debit card. at last when you log a complaint they will tell you they will create a docket no which is of no use along with a time period of more than 7 days with no status on mail wasting customers tine as well as money.

                      Initiated a transfer of 3000 on 20th of july 2021. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been t+1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

                        This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                        Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 20th July 2021 under the name of depository charges.

                        Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

                        Please do the needful as earliest.

                          The amount of 1415.94 is been on hold because of this stupid reason that is Mi Revenue Hold Through GEFU. I cant able to get the information from the customer service.                               Sir I A.Ramesh from Puttur Andhra Pradesh, as my wife went to withdraw money from your ATM, one of the customer rudely behaved to enter and another followed by him, as there is a rule only person at one machine, at this time of corona, I told them to go one after another, but they said they are late to their work, then I told the security guard(from AGILE GROUP SECURITY
                              SERVICES) WHO WAS WATCHING MOVIES IN HIS PHONE, to tell them to go one after another, but the security guard says he is not HERE for telling the customers to go one after another, he is THERE TO WITHDRAW MONEY FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW TO WITHDRAW, AND SAID TO COMPLAINT TO WHOEVER I WANT. HDFC ATM IS ONE OF THE BEST ATM, , then I am sorry to say This is WHAT a security guard is really for ATM. Anyway I hope you people will taken necessary action against the understanding and purpose of SECURITY GUARD AT ATM. PLEASE TEACH HIM WHAT WORK AS GUARD AT ATM.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have made two transactions on 8th of Feb, one is for 350 and 324.

                                  I received message after my transaction of rs 350, says that available balance is 382050.42 and curr o/s is rs -2050.42.

                                  After my second transaction of rs 324, received message says that available balance is 379326.00 and curr o/s is rs 674.

                                  The second is totally wrong, you people are providing me the wrong information about my account balance and credit information.

                                  I have raised the above complaint with HDFC bank on 8th Feb, still now they are not able to solve the issue.

                                  One of the manger have confirmed the mistake is from bank side.

                                  I have done mutiple calls and sent several emails to bank to solving the issue, my time and energy got wasted totally for which i required compensation of Rs. 5 lacs.

                                  And also once they rectified the issue, they need to inform all credit card customer about the issue.
