I initiated a transaction of 15000 on Apr1st 2021. Amount got deducted from my account. However, Recipient account didn't received the amount. Also, amount was not credited back into my hdfc account.

Fund Transfer

I initiated a payment of Rs30000 by yesterday and the amount was debited from my account however the same has been not credited into beneficiary account and received the below message. Kindly check and reverse back the amount as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 30, 000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. *********). If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]....

Imps transaction timed out but amount is not reversed

I have done transaction of amount 150000 but transaction has been timed out but it has not reversed.

I have made a transaction of 15000 rs to other bank account. Money got deducted from my account immediately I got message after few hours "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 15, 000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]."
I have checked with beneficiary bank. They haven't received any amount.
Please resolve this asap. Its urgent....

Transaction timed out

I have done the imps transaction of amount RS.1600 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

I received transaction timed-out, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

This is worst issue from HDFC. Why dont you credit it back when Transaction timed out and money debited from account??? What if its very urgent like to pay bills in Somewhere and...

HDFC Fastag Auto debit Rs. 1173

I received an email HDFC Fast-Tag Auto debit alert Rs 1173 on 9th March 2021 and also raised complaint at customer care but no action taken till date. i have not cross any toll after 7th march 2021 still auto debit alert received and no payment reverted by bank

Not refund my money my IMPS

I transfer money 14500 through IMPS, but money not transferred and
i received message as You money transfer of INR 14, 500 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason.(IMPS Ref No.[protected].if thus transaction is not done by you, call [protected]
i tried to call this number there is no option regarding this issue .

I transferred amount from my hdfc account to icici bank account through imps. Amount is deducted from my hdfc account but not credited in to icici bank account. Its been more than 2 hours.
