I received 2 vouchers as a part of money back offer on my credit card. However, they don't work and an error message says that they have been consumed.

Please help.

Cancellation of one Assist fee on my HDFC credit card
I am HDFC account holder. And also using HDFC credit card with ending no 53*2 .ONE ASSIST MFEE of Rs.1817 in recent debit my credit card .i am not interested in ONE ASSIST MFE . deactivate one assist MFEE membership and kindly refund my amount.

Hi,

I have raised the requested to cancel the ECS mandate from my account on 3rd March and done all the bank formalities to cancel the ECS mandate, the bank executive had given me TAT of 7 days working days but my ECS's are not cancelled yet and the bank is charging the bounce charges unnecessarily.

Please look into this otherwise I have to escalate this to RBI and as well as on social media.

Sir it is very disheartening to say that I have completely lost my trust in hdfc. I have paid 13 installments for my existing personal loan of 880000. Now hdfc employees continuously called me for top-up loan. One of them told me to provide it at 10.49 p.a rate . And I applied for that. I told them that I will not accept loan exceeding 10.49 at any cost. And...

I have bought my iphonw with hdfc bank debit card on 22/12/2020 in Kolkata. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

Every month i am facing the same issue of holding charges and hdfc bank put my saving/salary account in minus.
I paid charges every month and now i am fed up with this and already complained about the same with bank but they ignored.
Please resolve my issue or suggest me for further steps.

Hi team,

I have opened a PPF account online and got assigned to ANNA NAGAR I branch. I don't even know where the branch is.

Earlier they dispatched the welcome kit on my old mailing address but I moved from that address so the kit was returned back.

I want my welcome kit for PPF account on my updated mailing address.

Abruptly 650rs was deducted as overdue charges for the month March 2021 towards my EMI on 7th of every month . On 7th it was showing negative balance and I had deposited money on 7th itself and amount got automatically deducted, but still they deducted overdue amount of 650 rs . And on that again they deducted 236 rs as EMI RTN CHARGES. Please refund all these unnecessarily charges

My credit card statement charges is wrongly calculated. After talking to concern authority, no satisfactory reply is given.
Recently further talking to HDFC concerned authority as per directed by him, I paid minimum amount to avoid Late fee or finance charges but still in recent statement have added both charges.No complaint feedback is replied.....
