My IMPS transfer failed due to Transaction Timeout.The money got debited from my account and not received by my beneficiary. I had sent mail to HDFC Customer support. But no reply from them. I'm blindly waiting for the money, don't know when I get it. This is also one more unwanted headache I need to go through.

Please try to respond to customer need. Kindly address this or else you lose customer.

    I did IMPS Transaction of 50k on 2nd April 2021 to Indian Bank, Money debited from my Acc but Beneficiary didn't receive the Money. Got a message as ( UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 50, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].).
    Beneficiary Bank has clarified they have not received any Transaction.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My money got deducted and received a message saying, the transaction is timed out.

      I did three transactions which got pending, please settle as soon as possible as there is a medical emergency.

        I have a salary A/C [[protected]] in HDFC BANK and I transferred RS 10000/- using IMPS on 2nd April 2021 to SBI (IFSC Code: SBIN0004295) A/C: [[protected]]. The IMPS Ref No is [[protected]]. The amount was debited from my a/c but not yet credited to
        the recipient. I got a message that it has timed OUT due to technical reason.

        Please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

            The mapping of fastag of my car no. mh 01 by 4531, has been pending since 10 th march 2021. (hbl no.[protected] dt 10th march 2021). Repeated phone calls to the official customer care no.[protected], has got me the same response - "We have a back end problem and your case has been escalated."
            I heard this response for the first time on 12th March and was asked for 2 more working days for the fastag to be activated. I now don't recall how many times I have called the customer care number and am fedup of hearing the same story.
            On 19th March I was promised a call back from the department, within 4 hours. This call finally came though on Sunday 28th March at about 330pm. One Mr. Sanjay had called and profusely apologised and promised that the tag will be activated by Wednesday 31st March, evening. Needless to say, it is not yet activated.
            I again made a call on 2nd April around 115pm and was again assured a call back from Mr Sanjay or someone else in 4 hours. It is now approx 24 hours and still no phone call nor is my fastag activated.
            I have already spent nearly Rs. 1000/- as penalty during my travel between 15th & 20th March.
            Please help to get my fastag activated without any further delay.
            This kind of inefficiency from hdfc is shocking.

            The response to my complaint from hdfc is the same standard response that I have been getting since 12th march 2021. Let us see what happens on or before 8th march 2021 as mentioned.

                On 10th march 1899 rupees was debited from my HDFC credit Card, it was mentioned as One assist Mfee, without getting any permission the amount was debited from my account. I want to get my debited amount back and moreover please delete that one assist account.

                  My imps transaction failed due to timed out reason on 2april 2021.
                  Money is debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account.
                  Also money not returned to my account.now 24 hrs completed still money is not credited to my account.

                        On 5th April I had applied for password reset by filling offline form and submit to the home banch with the address changing form. But at present time I had received only call from home branch regarding my complaint and explained the process to me, how my problem will get solved. But before that conversation I had already done all this steps and even after that I am facing the same problem. Kindly send password reset kit to my home address on urgent basis.

                          I did an IMPS transfer of ₹24, 000 on April 2nd 2021 and it says transaction timed. The amount was debited from my account and not credited to the beneficiary bank. Beneficiary bank customer care claims amount was not credited to them and to contact HDFC instead.

                          Apparently at HDFC Customer Care all representatives are too busy to answer the call from 2nd April. Kindly resolve the issue because I transferred the money for a reason and now I am left with no access to that money.

                                I performed the imps transaction of amount 12500, from my HDFC savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                                I received a transaction timed-out message on my registered mobile number, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                Message received:

                                Update: your money transfer of inr 12, 500.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].

                                I would like you to either refund the amount or complete the transaction.

                                    Dear HDFC Bank, am begging you to credit my amount which is kept on hold due to your worst technical glitch, (timeout while imps), I have a emi in other account, if not paid on time lot of penality for me.

                                      I h have done the imps transaction from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                                      I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                                      I contacted beneficiaries and they confirm their bank didn't received the amount.

                                      Is HDFC such a small bank that they don't have provisions to credit back the amount which is not transferred?

                                      This is pathetic process from HDFC.
                                      EVEN I COULDN'T CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE or personal relationship banker.

                                      I really have to rethink if i should continue with HDFC or move to another bank who can atleast givev proper response.
