I have initiated Imps transfer from HDFC to SBI but time out error came. The amount got debited from my main account but didn't get credit to beneficiary account.

Now how much time HDFC bank would need for the settlement. I need the amount to be credited back to my base account or to the beneficiary account.

    Please be note that I have paid two of my payees today about Rs.5000 so after two hours I got this message saying that the transaction was timed out and bank needs to check the beneficiary for the same.

    This is not even acceptable!! I would like to add that both my payees are from different banks.

    How could I check my beneficiary bank if my bank is not responsible for their customer accounts.

    Instead of raising complaints it would be much easier when there is a message saying that your money will be refunded or credited to your beneficiary account within some XX days.

    Quick response would be very much appreciable

      I have started imps transaction for amount Rs. 90000.
      In mobileapp showed its successful, money is debited from my account.
      But money is not credited to beneficiary account.

      After 2-3 hours, I have received message
      your money transfer of inr 90, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call xxxxxxxxxxxx.

      All call center numbers seems busy of HDFC bank.
      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have transfered Rs.20000/- on 1st Apr2021 and transfered Rs. 5000/- twice to two different account. How ever after all transaction successfully message received as " Your moneh transfer timed out due to technical reason". Total Rs.30000/- blocked as benefeciary is not credited . Please kindly advice to resilve this problem. This is quite urgent.

          I have transferred 40000 from hdfc bank to another bank and the transfer has timed out. I have not yet got my money remitted back to my account yet.

          Customer service number for Delhi is unresponsive.

          It was urgently needed.u work is getting delayed because of this. Terrible service. Please resolve fastly.

            I had IMPS 20000 amount from my hdfc bank account to SBI account but the amount is deducted from my hdfc account and not credited to SBI with the timeout msg

            Its very needy amount and i am not waiting for 3 more days

                Hi, I have made an IMPS transaction with Ref No.[protected] from my HDFC account. The amount got debited and after some time I got a message saying the transaction is timed out due to technical reasons. The amount is neither reversed back to my account, nor transferred to the receiver. Kindly check and Resolve the issue as soon as possible

                  I performed the imps transaction of 15K from my hdfc savings account to other babk account via netbanking.After 3hrs i received message stating transaction timedout on my register mobile, however the money deducted & not credited to other end.

                          HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out due to technical reasons.
                          I initiated a transfer of 57000 on 1st of April 2021. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still did not recognize the transaction. It has been 1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

                            Issue with IMPS Transaction - Processor Error

                            Dear HDFC Preferred Banking,

                            I have made an IMPS transaction of INR 50, 000 from my HDFC Bank account to my ICICI Bank account. Later I got a message from HDFC Bank that
                            "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 50, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reasons. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]".

                            When I check the status in netbanking, it shows status...

                            I do a IMPS transaction of rs 16000 rs today but amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.at first show pending from bank after 2 hours msg come your transaction is time out.yet amount not credited to my account or beneficiary account.please solve a problem as soon as possible.

                                I tried withdrawing money from ATM but atm did not have enough cash the ATM transaction was failure and I did not withdraw money from ATM

                                      Today i attempted to perform an IMPS transaction from my hdfc bank saving a/c to a savings a/c that i have at sbi, using hdfc mobile app.I have done this a couple of times in the past and there were no issues.However today morning the transaction failed with a request timed out error but the money was debited from my account
