I have an HDFC Ergo Health Policy on my HDFC Bank credit card with policy number[protected], which is on auto renewal and another card protection policy that is on auto renewal and the premium amount is deducted from my HDFC bank credit card under the name Tapasi Pal.The premium amount is deducted from my credit card on a monthly basis on auto renewal.My problem is that I never opted to start the above mentioned health policy or the card protection policy and I have been paying the premium amounts annually.I have contacted HDFC customer care and requested them to close these two policies on my credit card and also a health policy (Policy No[protected])which is the only one I voluntarily opted for.However I am so displeased and harassed by the services of HDFC Bank that I wish to close the existing 3 policies on my card and apply for card closure.I do not wish to be associated with this bank.The customer care agent told me that they received my cancelation request and they are going to merge my existing 3 policies into one policy that will have a premium amount of 18, 966/-annually instead of 36, 760 total, that I am required to pay annually and once the new policy is created the previous 3 ones would automatically close and I would be refunded with Rs 13, 862, for the annual premium that I paid for my policy no[protected].However I got confirmation that the new policy with policy number ‪[protected]‬ with Maxbupa Health Insurance has started on my credit card however the previous three policies are still under operation.A premium amount of Rs 18, 966/- has been added to my credit card statement and after confirmation with HDFC Bank customer care I came to know that the previous three policies are still active on my credit cared.Hence the HDFC Bank customer care agent cheated me to start another policy on my card and made no effort to close the existing policies because of which I could not apply for card closure.My only request is to please ensure that all policies on my credit card are closed so that I can apply for card closure and successfully close my HDFC bank credit card.I do not wish to be associated with HDFC bank ever again.

    I opened my salary account (In hdfc bank).but I am not using this account as salary account.After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not use the debit card also. I logged into my account for some reason on 23rd march 2021 and i see that i have rs -861 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

      Hey,

      I m an existing customer of HDFC saving account & credit card. I was not able to make the payment of my HDFC credit card this month due to some financial crunch.3 days back I received a message from HDFC credit card department for my due payment stating that this is the last update for the payment. Then again today morning i received the message with same number stating " ki ghr bhej rha hu tamasha hoga jab paise dena hai"
      I called on that number 5 times but no nobody picked.
      Attaching the screenshot of the message herewith.

      I want to ask from HDFC that is this the customer service which you are offering to your customer or you have hired some goons to collect the money from the customers.
      I want a strict intervention against this guy or else this matter has to be escalated one step further.
      This is not acceptable.

            Its really shame for me that i am an account holder of hdfc.
            i have raised complaint ref BANC[protected] related issue and continue followup with hdfc phonebanker and mailed details to HDFC support and submitted all documents they asked but also they response worst and irrelevant answers .

            worst costumer service, even call center people talk roudly

              My Myntra vouchers don't work

                      Hi,

                      I have raised the requested to cancel the ECS mandate from my account on 3rd March and done all the bank formalities to cancel the ECS mandate, the bank executive had given me TAT of 7 days working days but my ECS's are not cancelled yet and the bank is charging the bounce charges unnecessarily.

                      Please look into this otherwise I have to escalate this to RBI and as well as on social media.

                        Sir it is very disheartening to say that I have completely lost my trust in hdfc. I have paid 13 installments for my existing personal loan of 880000. Now hdfc employees continuously called me for top-up loan. One of them told me to provide it at 10.49 p.a rate . And I applied for that. I told them that I will not accept loan exceeding 10.49 at any cost. And a lot of times they promised and told me that rate is 10.49 and extra charges are 2359/- rs and 200/- stamp duty.
                        But when final disbursal came, I got only 90355 and customer care told me that rate is 10.75 pa. They never told me about extra charges other than processing fee and stamp duty. But when final disbursal came almost 7000 extra amount deducted and also rate is increased to 10.75 .
                        This is serious matter of concern and loss of trust. This is completely unbearable. This may lead to servere depression and suicide.
                        I request you to rectify it. Or close my loan account.
                        Also the bank personnel not picking the call. They blocked me .

                          I have bought my iphonw with hdfc bank debit card on 22/12/2020 in Kolkata. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              Welcome Kit of PPF account

                              Hi team,

                              I have opened a PPF account online and got assigned to ANNA NAGAR I branch. I don't even know where the branch is.

                              Earlier they dispatched the welcome kit on my old mailing address but I moved from that address so the kit was returned back.

                              I want my welcome kit for PPF account on my updated mailing address.
