    I am not able to do any UPI transactions, cannot able to draw cash from debit card, unable to tranfer through internet banking. From the pas t 3 weeks

      Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, credit card blocked last 6 months, still i am not using any card, not provided customer support and incorrect charges applied, many times mail complaint and called to settlement hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, please give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. Also deduced amount in my saving acount, still acount live, and last 6 months acount opening charges So please to understand my issues and close my credit card acount with lowest settlement amount.

        I was in Bihar on 06th March 2021, and from Sbi atm I withdrawal 9000/-, but amount didn't came out of atm and amount diducted from HDFC account.
        I called Security guard, he told me that within 24 hrs amount will returned or have to complaint at HDFC. Which I complaint to HDFC on 07th March 2021 and I was told that within 07 working days, amount will be refunded. After 7 working days also amount didn't refunded. I called again HDFC BANK, and they registered my complaint with complaint no : MUMC[protected] dated 17th March 2021.
        Now, I called again HDF BANKon 20th March 2021, SENIOR FLOOR SUPERVISOR Mr. Tusar told me that Sbi have reverted back by saying amount was withdrawal from atm on 19th March 2021. And he also told me that only floor supervisor have access to check no agent have that access. Then I asked him to share the feedback to sbi to me, he told not possible sir. You need to contact SBI for this. Tusar have no brains before saying to customer, what should I ask to SBI, how even they will give information to me. Don't know how HDFC bank hires customer support guyz.
        I am attaching proof of photo taken on 06th march from ATM. And also security guard, who was present on that day.
        I want my money back guarantee my account. Amount dispute : 9000/-

        Don't resolve complaint without discussing with me. If my number is not reachable then email me I check my email every 30 min.
        Don't just say we contacted customer, but this number was not in network area.let me tell you I use to receive 30-40 calls everyday as per my work nature.

          I purchased phone on Flipkart by HDFC EMI but cancelled few our later but still amount is added in my billing card offus emi - 1231 + int 143 int

          Why amount is added to my billing statement when I cancelled oder on Flipkart

            My salary comes on 5 of every month. I have my salary acc in hdfc. I took consumer loan (financed washing machine) from hdfc bank. EMI day is 5th only. So last month i had to pay my first EMI. I thought It can b debited when I'll receive my salary as no time was specified to pay on 5th. So salary came in evening. EMI along with 531 rs late charges were debited. Now this month again around 400 is debited for that only ...as EMI rtn charges. Why is this one?

              On 22nd Feb 2021, i tried to recharge my Fastag provided by HDFC
              I could not, i trried multiple times which i had done multiple times earlier
              HDFC wanted me to download their crappy Payzapp app to reacjrge fastag, i complied.
              I wasnt not able to still do it.

              I called their cistomer support number, which could not help me and guided me to write an email and that will solve my problem.

              No if I have to go out, is HdFC willing to pay the double price when fastag is collected and waste my time standing in line..
              cou try is trying to improve but companies like these is pulling it back. Shame on your customer service staff.. disgisting.

                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.

                  I got a msg without otp 999 rs deducted on 19Mar2021 at 20:48:02 but i have not used that, dont knw how that ppl have got my details is hdfc security that low that my card details are known by some other people. Below you can see actual message.

                          My salary account is debited and amount kept in hold for Mi Revenue Hold through GEFU for ₹515.25 on 17.03.2021. I have called bank and raised a complaint but even they have no idea about GEFU or Mi Revenue. Please resolve the issue at an earliest.

                            I have an HDFC salary account and I have taken a personal loan from HDFC bank. I paid every month EMI regularly but once by mistake I forgot to maintain the balance for my EMI. because of that, I was charged with an overdue charge which is around Rs 649. Now, after one month, they charged me again RS.236 for EMI RTN charges. If I have already paid overdue charges then why HDFC is again charging with EMI RTN charges. I sincerely apologise for my mistake, next to this won't repeat. I kindly request to refund my overdue charges along with RTN charges.

                                My account has been debited twice with Rs.602.50 and Rs.708.00for "AMB CHRG INCL GST" for JAN 2021 and FEB 2021on date 18 march without any prior intimation or alert.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have request HDFC Bank to transfer my PPF account on 11th Jan 2021 from HDFC Magarpatta Branch to Axis Bank till today it not been actioned.

                                    I visited so many time to understand why its delay or not actioned they are not sharing an update by themself over phone, last time when I visited the branch I came to know that my PPF transfer request was rejected because details are mentioned on the application however I have wrote the application after confirming with Bank official sit in the branch & 2 weeks back when I visited the branch they asked to write new applcation & mentioned it will take 7 working day to complete the process but till today I haven't heard back from them.

                                    I tried calling their branch number - [protected] but no one answered it.
                                    Now i am not sure what shall I do to get this sorted at the earliest.

                                    I am really fed up with HDFC Bank customer service they are just harassing customer in one way or another
                                    I asked for closing my Credit Card & submit the form on 1st Feb 2021, lady sitting at the helpdesk seat mentioned it will take 1 week to close the card however it more than 3 weeks to action it.

                                    Another issue o[censored]nauthorised transaction of Rs 31000, I got a email from Loan department that I have did that transaction & have to pay transaction amount but when i start probing them they took 3 months to investigate & in the end just come up with a solution that is just an FYI, I don't have to pay any money for doing this transaction & that's on email.

                                    Another case of money deducted from my account in the month of December I raised a case with HDFC support, a representative working on it keep asking for 5 days every time she replied & the last reply was in January to wait for few more days as they are working & now no one responded with resolution or even with a status update.

                                    It seems clear HDFC is just harassing customer
