On 22nd Feb 2021, i tried to recharge my Fastag provided by HDFC
I could not, i trried multiple times which i had done multiple times earlier
HDFC wanted me to download their crappy Payzapp app to reacjrge fastag, i complied.
I wasnt not able to still do it.
I called their cistomer support number, which could not help me and guided me to write an email and that will solve my problem.
No if I have to go out, is HdFC willing to pay the double price when fastag is collected and waste my time standing in line..
cou try is trying to improve but companies like these is pulling it back. Shame on your customer service staff.. disgisting.
