    Respected Sir,

    I had purchased used "Bike " from HDFC Bank Tumkur, and i paid all the loan on this bike to HDFC bank (Loan A/C No :[protected] and received "for closer" receipt from the bank, Now bank team is telling Not able to give NOC due to other loans are need to close,

    After two week when i went for N.O.C, bank is saying your N.O.C is blocked as the owner has already a loan (Credit card / another loan).

    My Complaint is that if all the loan on my car is cleared then why bank is blocking N.O.C of this bike, they have only rights to take action on only the (Credit card / another loan).

    Kindly help me asap...

      Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i change company Recently . and i use my hdfc bank but they cut my 1200 rs without any reason ..i earned very hardly and they cut without any reason and show 300 in negative balance.
      Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on salery account banks not charge even its negative balance.
      I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
      Plz juistice to me.I earned very hard .and salery is also not high . What is the solution?
      What is the action will take against this bank.

        Yesterday HDFC bank has put on hold of my 1410.70 ruppes by stating that Mirevenue hold through GEFU. I don't have any credit cards, loans anything in the HDFC bank. By seeing your pathetic services I have decided to close the account permanently. Release my 1410.70 money as soon as possible. And you has the wrost customer care services. I have raised the complaint on this I have attached my reference number in this

          My account has been debited twice with Rs.708 for "AMB CHRG INCL GST" for JAN 2021& FEB2021 without any prior intimation or alert.

          I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced.

          If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

          This happened third time with me and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with HDFC Bank forever.

            Dear Sir/Mam one of my refund amount 696/- which send to my account on 13th February 2021 From Amazon. In they send to my account the also provide refund reference number The reference number is:-.30005410451034252585804 am waiting almost 27Days extra but the amount didn't reflect to my account. I have complained against on my branch but I didn't get proper solution from bank manager. I have complained against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

            Dear sir/mam I have including refund details with reference number plz refund my money as soon as possible.

            And I am also going to bank but the bank customers are unable to help me and unable to track the reference number and the sites customer are says they didn't help and I am also done 1 rq but they are not give me a proper solution.

            Plz give me my refund I have to pay my college fees.

                I performed my imps transaction of amount Rs 5000 from my HDFC saving account to other bank account via net banking .

                I recieved transcation timed out message on my registered mobile .However the amount was declined from my account and was not delivered to other bank account .plz help

                        Hi its extremely sad that i make multiple visit to the local branch but still not getting any resolution to my problem I am not able to do any transition, even I am not able to withdraw cash from my atm account.
                        It's been 2 month and it's very painful, as soon as my account open I withdraw all my money and close it permanently. Never every want your customer

                          My hdfc account no : [protected].i am using the credit card number starting 5459...ending 5825, my creditcard loan amount Rs. 26, 723 .last date due 08/03/2021for this amount.i made the full payment of credit card bill on 07/03/2021 and next day(08/03/2021) autopay returned my amount of 26, 723 and they recovered the minimum amount due of Rs.2075 from my saving account . but i have paid the full credit card payment due date before ..please don't take any additional charges beccause of
                          fully paid amount on time..it's my humble request ..please check my details and resolve my problem

                                I have availed a housing loan of Rs 2900000/(Account No[protected] for a tenure of 15 years.
                                At the time of filling up of loan application, we were explained the insurance, we were informed and that the insurance for 15 years term is one time amount of Rs 86000/.
                                We duly filled the required forms and submitted all the required documents.
                                At the time of disbursement of loan, we were informed that the tenure cannot be for more than 5 years as I am eligible for a term of 5 years only as I work in Merchant Navy.
                                This is breach of the commitment of HDFC.
                                The Manager informed me that the executive was not aware of the rules.
                                I want the insurance to be covered for the full tenure.
                                Please assist me

                                  I am using HDFC credit card. I forgot to pay bill amount Rs. 588 on 8 February. I Paid 5 days late on 13-02-21. But the HDFC bank charged me RS. 8317.44. So kindly do the needful.

                                      I have applied the business loan in hdfc and it is not approved. I have spoken to my hdfc advisors they said i had some problem in 2020 but they don't know the reason for rejection. Ric team have rejected the request.
