I had a salary account in HDFC in 2017.i left the job due to some personal issue and had to settle in home town..later the salary account got converted to savings account without any prior information..now the negative balance is -7300.and each month 600 is charged due to non-maintenance.i am not able to go to the home branch it is far away from my place and my family condition doesn't allow me to go now..I have not used that account since 2 years and it feels inconvenient to have a dormant account..acc to RBI guidelines bank shouldn't impose penalty on inactive accounts..I am not able to pay such large amount as I am not financially able..please waive off the negative amount so that I can close that account in any nearest local branch, because with negative balance they can't help me to close the account..

    I am not able to pay my credit card bill because of my company his shed down with out paying 3 month salary. Now its very difficult to live only. And also i stopped using credit card from last 06 year and am not received any single bill copy or mail copy but now people start calling & forcing me to pay the very big amount of bill which am not used that much, and also almost they deducted from my account more then i used credit card, i called many time customer care people they also not helping to the canceled the card, now i sincerely requesting to you cancel my credit card and due the need full please,

    But i stopped using my card from last 6 year and card dropped in the HDFC BANK ATM drop box centre.

    Now am getting continues call and legal notices.

      Hdfc bank first without informing/warning me, they converted my salary account to saving account. And then after that they charges 600rs. Per month as charges for non manintainence minimum balance. Total negative balance till now( from april 2019) is more than 7000rs.
      Company opened my salary account in hdfc(as per their rules that bank account should be in hdfc) after 1 month (june 2019) i left my job and start concentrating my further studies then after some month hdfc start charging 600rs. Per month. I visit my home branch noida (hdfc branch c-25 stellar it park, noida) but they also didnt help me regarding this.
      How can a bank change my salary account to saving account just to charges non maintenance of minimum balance without my consent and without informing me? (But they didn't forget to remind me 600rs. Charged every month)
      PLEASE, GIVE ME JUSTICE.
      Now i am requesting to hdfc please close my bank account completely as i am not able to maintain minimum balance in bank account.

      After complaining my overdraft reduced 1400rs. And now showing total overdraft of rs. 5970.
      But i want to complete closure of my hdfc account. Pls help regarding this.

      More than 11 days of my complain...but i get no resolution...pls help sir as my charges increasing 600per month by hdfc. Pls see the seriousness of the complain and my situation as these continuously giving me a headache and mental disturbance.

        My daughter had a minor account with HDFC Bank. She turned 18 years in October 2020 so the bank has blocked my daughter's account without any prior information. We visited the branch (Shastri Nagar - Delhi) on 4th March 2021 and submitted all the necessary documents for KYC of my daughter for the conversion minor's account to major account. We were told that we will receive banking kit within 2-3 days but it has been more than 10 days and we have not received any kit or any information regarding the same. The account is still blocked. We tried contacting the branch but we got no response from them. Then, we tried customer support and they said that they have no information for the same except that this account is blocked.

          I have bought an iphone 11 from iTech Patna on 24/11/2020 using hdfc card .I was entitled to receive a cashback of Rs 5000 within 120 days from the date of purchase .its been more than 120 days but I haven’t received any cashback.pls help me out here .

                I applied for home loan under NRI category at Pune Baner office.
                Did verification of all mandatory documents in person at Baner office.
                HR verification done, home verification done, 7 months salary slips, overseas bank statements, 7 months NRE bank account statement, clear loan history all, done.. Still hdfc is not approving home loan..

                They should not waste genuine people time and money..
                HDFC should refund entire loan fee and some compensation for 3 months as I could have approached another bank and got things done. Mr.Grish and his team is not professional at all, probably following hidden agenda for HDFC to capitalize on non-refundable home loan fee.. Indian Government should take note of these hidden things which big companies like hdfc is doing in India..

                  I tried to take a policy for my son application[protected] clicktoprotect income plus policy online. The portal give option to prefill data by entering pan, or user id. Otherwise manual entry i. E donkey work.
                  Aa) i used the first option of pan card and was shocked to see my parents data in the prefill data fetched incorrect. My fathers name is shown as wife name and as per the portal i have gay parents!!! When i wrfite a complaint to all concerned it will never be responded since the it team appears to be college students!!

                  Bb) when i used the user id of my previous matured insurance accounts to take a policyi got message that my filled in data mismatch
                  Cc) finally i filled in the details manually and made payment. Now they show a menu to schedule medical. When u click that i get a message that no application is present. Again the poor work of it team in providing a proper software for clients.

                  I am surprised to not that complaint against hdfc life insurance is marked to HDFC Bank. Error on the side of portal where i placed a complaint.

                      I Have a HDFC credit card and the registered address is of Hyderabad, Telangana. Now I have moved to Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and want to get my registered address changed.
                      I submitted the request for same 3 months ago at HDFC Civil lines Branch, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and the same was rejected. The reason for rejecting address change request was "Signature Mismatch". I visited the branch again and this time submitted my PAN card along with other documents and my signature was verified by the Branch official and they accepted my applicaition. But again the request was rejected on the same ground i.e. (Signature Mismatch). On contacting customer care, I was suggested to submit Signature Change / declaration form along with address change application. So i again submitted the application along with signature change form.
                      But again the request was rejected.
                      Now I am not getting any support either from Branch official or Customer care. They only ask me to submit the application form again.
                      I do not know what to do next. My credit card has expired and I am unable to use my credit card because I can get a new credit card only after my address is updated.
                      I want to get this issue resolved and also HDFC bank should make this process of address change easier. In the age of Digital banking, e-kyc, adahar lined verification and OTP verification, HDFC bank is making its customers run around Bank branch jus for getting address changed.
                      And actually the bank should compensate me for wasting my time in running around branches, preparing documents again and again, and not being able to use the credit card service for which they have already charged annual fee.

                        I applied for fastag (Application ref. No. HFR[protected] on march 04 2021 using my hdfc bank account . By default my office adress " R1RCM TOWER NO 1 CANDOR TECH SPACE SECTOR 48 gurgaon " was set and there was no option to change it. I no longer work there. I request HDFC to use my home adress on fast tag and send me fast tag to my home adress which is

                          Hdfc bank is doing fraud what is one assist mfee why it is being charged it is ### the CUSTOMERs. Without giving any information how can u charge me and i havnt opted for any services i am going to file a case on hdfc please wave of the amount and clear my credit card ending with 0196.

                            My account has been debited twice with Rs 708 and Rs 177 for "AMB CHRG INCL GST" for JAN2021 & FEB2021 without any prior intimation or alert.

                            My account is already crediting with Salary so no minimum balance maintenance is required. Earlier when I visited nearest branch to ask about the AMB charges, they said once your salary started crediting in your account than automatically your account will be converted to salary account which dose not required any minimum balance maintenance.

                            I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges is going to debited from my account.

                            If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about the charges they going to debit, so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

                            This is not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions as soon as possible.

                                  Hi Every month my has account has been been charged almost 1200 rs.without any information .
                                  please note this is not the 1st time bank has charged amount almost in a year my account has been charged for almost 15 thousand (kindly check my account details ).

                                  please refund my all money urgently, this is my salary account every month my salary has been credited in same account and without my information my account has been converted into saving account ..then why there is extra charges .

                                  I have account in yes bank, Kotak, SBI none of the bank is charges this much .please let me know to process to close account .

                                    I have been the the credit card customer of HDFC bank since last 03 years and every year they are charging me the amount of Rs 1397 annualy as one assist fee without knowledge.This is an unauthorised transaction done without my knowledge.I want the refund of the amount deducted till now in the name of One assist and request to cancel this subscription of One assist at the earliest.

                                      I made an online transaction with my debit card to zomato on 10/03/2021 of Rs1224/-. After a couple of days, i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf[protected]XXXXXX0651 citrusp* zom with out cheque/ref. no. I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and to want a refund asap. I see this forum has a couple more complaints with the same description and issue as mine. The complaint has been resolved as well. I want an answer immediately.

                                        There was a transaction in my bank account. I called customer care about that transaction. But customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. But i had called to query not to block my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked. Debit card is blocked.net banking is blocked.

                                        I visited bank to enable my account and net banking and to apply a debit card. They asked me to fill a form. I did. As per them i will get my net-banking credentials in next 7 days. Its almost 15 days and i have not received any message/mail from bank end.

                                        Due to this my salary wont be deposited, loan emi will trigger to the account and bank will not allow to do the transaction. So will pay the penalty for that emi as well.

                                        Now who is responsible? Is it the customer care represntive/ bank/ myself who had called them for a query
