Amount deduceted even itbis salary account...

I had made two transactions on Amazon one for Rs 2000 and another for Rs 187 which I cancelled and they did the refund, I even got the message for the same as has been reversed and credited to my account from HDFC Bank but when I checked my account I do not see those amounts getting credited into my account....

I have opened HDFC salary account in the month of November. And I received a message on 4th Dec, 2020 that my welcome kit is been delivered to Ahmednagar Station Road Branch. But when I went to the branch they said they haven't got the parcel. It is in transit. It's been 4 months approx I have opened the account and still I haven't got my passbook and debit card....

and still not receive any cheque book or hard copy of proof .

Dear Sir,

Hdfc bank is not giving joining after issuing offer letter and appointment letter. I am waiting for joining since May 2020.

It has been already 8 month passed, but not provided joining. I resigned my previous organisation as per their confirmation.
