Fraud transaction done at two tolls on[protected].

1st Toll collected cash of Rs.35/- and also deducted Rs.35/- from my Fastag account (No Receipt available with me)

2nd Toll collected cash of Rs.85/- and also deducted Rs.85/- from my Fastag account (Receipt attached herewith)

Total Rs.120/- was illegally collected by cash, which was also deducted from my Fastag account.

The same was communicated on phone and email address number of times. But no reply and no refund till date

Kindy do the needful to refund my Rs120/- back and also, take action on this toll companies how are making frauds and looting common citizens on name of Fastag

    I returned my order i.e..BoAt Bassheads 100 in Ear Wired Earphones with Mic( furious red) on 25th Feb, 2021 to Amazon. And refund of 758₹ was issued to the same day through amazon but I have not received my refund till date in my bank account. Please take immediate action. Refund reference from Amazon :

      I have cancelled my bharti Airtel fiber that i got i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

      Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 6887 for Rs. 2828.00 has been credited/reversed by AIRTEL1272972 on[protected]:09:48:41

      checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account

        Sir,
        MY saving account no. [protected] in HDFC Samalkha Branch, Panipat (Haryana) and I have paid every month non maintained charge of my account. However bank is hold of Rs. 929.90 as MiRevenue Hold through GEFU.
        In this regard, I have already inform to Mr. Vikash, Branch Clerk of above HDFC bank but no satisfactory respond received from his. Therefore, i humble request to you, please unhold my above amount in my account .

          My name is suyash bafna and I had ordered CASE U (Graphics tablet) of RS.2999 in Amazon on 17/01/2021 and after 27/01/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27/01/2021
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but HDFC Bank doesn't have such policy. So
          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My customer id number of my bank account is[protected]

            I've done two transactions of 12, 237/- and 10, 619/- on date 18/10/2020, also I've credited the total billed amount of 22, 858/- on the same day on 18/10/2020 but still the two transactions have been converted into EasyEMI by HDFC. I've contacted them several times but they are not responding.

            I've credited the debited billed amount on the same day still they are charging me the interest on two transactions for 9 months each....

            Hi Team,
            On nov 28th I recharge my HDFC Fastag with rupees 9979 through BHIM app(BHARAT BILLPAY) but the amount is not credited to my wallet till date.

            More then 50 times i have called you and raised 6 ticket for same but no response from your side and i am struggling for my money
            below is tickets detail with date:

                        Hi

                        I have been a salaried customer of HDFC bank for many years now. Few years back a relationship manager (RM) was appointed to me. After few initial conversations the RM never again spoke to me. I receive text messages from HDFC that you can reach out to your RM in case any issues. I have sent her mails but never responded back.
                        Please help resolve

                            A policy 22857044 is sold to me by Aditya/sachin [protected]/[protected] saying that i will have to pay 50000 per year for 8 years and I will get 8 lakh after 8 years plus i will have medical insurance of 3 lakh for 5 family members plus 10 lakh of accidental claim. Policy papers haven’t received as of now its been 8 months. Hdfc is fraud. These fraud can’t be done without top management all are involved in these kind of fraud.

                              Not receiving otp e-mail to reset ipin.

                              I forgot my ipin and need to reset it. using debit card details method is not possible.
                              To use the method of otp to mobile+ otp to email, iam getting otp to registered mobile number, but not receiving otp on mail.
                              All other mails from hdfc keep coming. I dont understand why this is happening....

                              My father had buyed a mobile for my brother, which had worth of 25000/- rs
                              My father paid 6000 as downpayment and opted for 6 months emi, before pandemic and lockdown, after that due to natch problem and signature miss match they couldn't deduct emi, later we resolved it, due pandemic and lockdown my father has to deal with huge financial loss, and wan not able to pay on time, 3 emi he had paid already 3 emi left,

                              The collection executive named ramaiah called from [protected] this number and asked my brother "where did your dad go and die, did he go to ### my # or what I will ### your # if you don't pay" this was the sentence he used, I would like to inform the authorities that I want the compansation for this insult, I will not pay you one single penny until then.

                              As of proof I have the recording of your employee accepting the mistake if its is not resolved I'm going to escalate it.

                                My fast tag is blackisted even after recharging it with sufficient amount on 27th January'21. Today I again called HDFC bank to remove blacklist issue and they said it will take more time for resolution. Due to this delay, I will have to pay twice the amount at every toll tax and HDFC Bank should reimburse me for the extra charges and unnecessary tension caused.

                                  My HDFC account closed my debit card enabled, closed my credit card enabled, I am not able to use internet banking. Still HDFC collection department call me 50-60 times per day. Why HDFC bank itself not raising mail to the costumer directly with full statement and issue. I spoke to agent that please register my request and send to HDFC bank to raise email to me if any issue. But they denied to do so and said pay money anyhow . Please resolve this issue. this is very bad

                                    I received sms from HDFC bank today that ₹1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
