I had HDFC credit card some years back. I think it was in 2004 or 2005. After using for one year, I discontinued the card with no outstanding, . Still HDFC did not terminated the card and kept sending bills with annual fees. Now they keep sending some vague statement asking thousands of rupees whereas I do not owe them anything, neither I am user of card.

There is no way to contact them. When they did followup, I ask them whether I can put legal action on them for such harrassment, they did not provide any address or contact details. Basically they send statement asking money, but at their end, there is no one to talk to any sense or settlement. I do not ahve credit card number as it was discontinued long back, so it is not possible to make any online complaint in company website, statement do not show credit card number fully.

    Hdfc fastag account freeze

    Address: HDFC

    When I tried to recharge my wallet suddenly I get a message saying its frozen.
    MY HDFC FAST TAG WALLET ID [protected] unable to recharge.

    From past 10days I am following up with the HDFC Fastag customer care, initially they mentioned it will be done in 2 days.
    When again called they mentioned eKYC lite has expired that is where wallet is frozen. Now they mentioned HDFC Bank has to send email. Till now there...

    I have applied the Fastag with HDFC on 22nd Feb but have not received it yet. I have raised multiple complaints and called on the given number but no body is helping and just asking to wait.

      I got a message that an transaction of rs.999 had been deducted without any otp from my card for amazon1258399.

        Cancellation of One Assist Membership
        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has charged me a total bill of Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3336 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and also never agreed with this service to be activated and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-.

            I am an existing customer bearing policy number-PP000208.
            On 8th March 2021 at 3.17pm to 3.19 I made two calls for my query.. The first call attended by an executive who was so unprofessional at her approach to attend customer query. She event lost her decency to extend her assistance further and willing to disconnect in a hurry... In my second time call my query got answered by another executive with proper intention of serving customer with their query.

            Such untrained and ill mannered executive actually spoils the Brand value of the Organisataion.

              My company opened a salary account with HDFC in 2011, but for some reasons I moved to ICICI and had very less transactions with HDFC there after. Also I was asked to take a MF SIP in one of the branches through CAMS and they linked this account for direct deduction of 1000 RS against each SIP every month. I wanted to close that before COVID but neither HDFC nor CAMS helped in closing that SIP

              till covid situation I was able to maintain some balance hence my account was in debit balance. there are two complaints here

              1) Since I could not close my SIP and no balance in account I have been charged 600 per month as ACH return charges
              2) Also they charged me for not maintaining sufficient funds
              3) no intimation of converting salary account to Savings account
              4) also they sent message only from last 3 months.
              5) they expect us to visit home branch only for account closure and in total they moved my account into credit of 13000 rs
              6) How can they expect people to visit Nacharam branch and I stay at Miyapur. no transportation and its my safety concern as well.
              7) now when I went to home branch for account closure they are asking me to pay the amount and then get it closed.
              8) why are the customers being charged in this covid situation and that too without intimations.
              9) we get multiple calls asking if we need loans, why don't they call for these things and get them sorted?

                For my term policy number 22460989 hdfc has not sent the policy documents even after 1 year for taking the policy. I want my policy documents as soon as possible at my registered permanent address.

                  Respected Sir,

                  Sir, as per my Current Month outstanding amount statement show "39460" Rs. Unknown & Unauthorized Transaction in My HDFC Credit card on Date of 05/March/2021. I search and Check all My Transaction related SMS on my Registered Mobile Number, but as per the Current Month outstanding amount statement showing "39460" Rs. to "TATA CHEM CONSUMER CO-OP SAMBHAL", But in reality, I didn't pay the amount, but the same date I paid 390 INR. by the Card vie WIFI mode for fill Petrol in My Activa 125 model Scooter, I Kept the payment slip from the Petrol pump Vendor,
                  I call to HDFC Care center but they told me, We Block my Current Credit card and raised my concern about the Transection, they already sent me New credit card Request but told me to contact the Cyber cell and get FIR against the Transection.
                  Sir, they Confusing me for Solve my this issue.

                      I have joined hdfc bank in 2019 and in 2021 i left or i say they are forcing employee indirectly to quit thier job inspite of doing their responsibility. however as per company policy the fnf is suppose to settle within 45 days but 2 months have gone and they still hold last month salary and earning interest on them . inspite of doing higher escalation, the seniors are just enjoying their wfh and doing nothing about it. only the branch personnel is immuned with covid free concerns and the back end teams and their hrs are having covid 19 concern. i have registered my case under ministry of labor act for non fulfillment of my fnf on time .

                                Hi,

                                This is the umpteenth time the HDFC bank fraud team has blocked my UPI ID for doing regular transactions like paying grocery stores etc.
                                I was not able to use UPI for 2 months and they have blockd it again.
                                I called their Customer Care this morning 5 times and all 5 times they kept me on hold and disconnected the call.
                                I have written to [protected]@hdfcbank.com but they closed the complaint without resolving the issue.
                                What can I do here. Can anyone help?

                                    Today 07/03/2021 at 12:07 pm 999 rs. Debited from my debit card. Transaction message is as follows -:

                                    ALERT:Rs.999.00 spent via Debit Card xx2623 at AMAZON on Mar 7 2021 12:07PM without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].

                                    How this is possible ? How any one can use my card information and make payment without any OTP/PIN. How we believe that the security you provide to your customers ? I want my money back. This is my hard earned money.

                                      I am writing to inform you that 885 Rs. has been deducted from my account under some depository charges, which is not acceptable.

                                      I am using this account only for Loan repayment purpose, Loan disbursement team already made me fool by creating this account, now I have to pay every month 600 Rs. for not maintaining minimum balance, and now this Depository charges, I don't know what charges is this, and I don't want know, this request to you please refund my amount asap.
