My vehicle fastag is showing blacklisted at the toll booth. However there is sufficient balance and the app as well as NHAI helpline has confirmed that the fastag is active. I am unable to reach HDFC Bank helpline as their number is not getting through and no other way to contact them.

    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder named Katoori Nageswar Rao, with email [protected]@gmail.com. My credit card ends with 4677. Without prior information One Assist Mfee 1899/- was deducted on 23/2/2021. I don’t want that service.
    Please consider this and refund the same.

      Without intimation debited from my account of rs.1899
      Rs-1899 debited from my bank account no - [protected] named SUKHVEER SINGH without my intimation
      This is for your information that on 24.02.2021 rs my debit card has been used by cponeassis & rs-1899 has been debited from my account without any pin or otp no. I am really shocked how does it possible. I also not used any service or demand for it. Then how does these transaction done? I am not interested in this kind off services. So i request you to revert my debited amount in my account, otherwise i will go through legal against your company

      This was happened last year i approached bank staff members call centre but nobody helped me out.
      Now i want all my money back of 2 payments of 1899/-

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/08/2020 in imagine store in jodhpur. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 1500 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine store jodhpur , they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I need a loose cheque book urgently. I am in really bad situation and need the cheques urgently. Reached out to gaur city branch but they are not updating me about the status. I need a loose cheque book as i dont know when my cheque book will be delivered

            I need. My cheque book urgently. I am reaching out to the bank everyday but no solution till now its has been so many days. I request for the loose cheque book as there is too much urgency. No employee is helping me out.

              I am waiting for my cheque book since 2 months . I changed my address recently and i already put a request for address change there. I am in urgent need of cheque book of 5 leaf. I am in medical urgency so i need the cheques urgently for my loan to be sanctioned. I am requesting them for loose cheque book but bank is not giving that option. If anything happens to my father i will lodge a complaint in RBI. Because of the pathetic service i cannot loose anyone. Please provide me loose cheque book .

                  Fraud transaction done at two tolls on[protected].

                  1st Toll collected cash of Rs.35/- and also deducted Rs.35/- from my Fastag account (No Receipt available with me)

                  2nd Toll collected cash of Rs.85/- and also deducted Rs.85/- from my Fastag account (Receipt attached herewith)

                  Total Rs.120/- was illegally collected by cash, which was also deducted from my Fastag account.

                  The same was communicated on phone and email address number of times. But no reply and no refund till date

                  Kindy do the needful to refund my Rs120/- back and also, take action on this toll companies how are making frauds and looting common citizens on name of Fastag

                    I returned my order i.e..BoAt Bassheads 100 in Ear Wired Earphones with Mic( furious red) on 25th Feb, 2021 to Amazon.                       I have cancelled my bharti Airtel fiber that i got i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                      Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 6887 for Rs. 2828.00 has been credited/reversed by AIRTEL1272972 on[protected]:09:48:41

                      checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account

                        MY saving account no. [protected] in HDFC Samalkha Branch, Panipat (Haryana) and I have paid every month non maintained charge of my account. However bank is hold of Rs. 929.90 as MiRevenue Hold through GEFU.
                        In this regard, I have already inform to Mr. Vikash, Branch Clerk of above HDFC bank but no satisfactory respond received from his. Therefore, i humble request to you, please unhold my above amount in my account .

                          My name is suyash bafna and I had ordered CASE U (Graphics tablet) of RS.2999 in Amazon on 17/01/2021 and after 27/01/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 27/01/2021
                          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but HDFC Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My customer id number of my bank account is[protected]

                            I've done two transactions of 12, 237/- and 10, 619/- on date 18/10/2020, also I've credited the total billed amount of 22, 858/- on the same day on 18/10/2020 but still the two transactions have been converted into EasyEMI by HDFC. I've contacted them several times but they are not responding.

                            I've credited the debited billed amount on the same day still they are charging me the interest on two transactions for 9 months each....

                            On nov 28th I recharge my HDFC Fastag with rupees 9979 through BHIM app(BHARAT BILLPAY) but the amount is not credited to my wallet till date.

                            More then 50 times i have called you and raised 6 ticket for same but no response from your side and i am struggling for my money
