With out my consent one assist mfee has been deducted from my credit card, and I am trying to call HDFC customer care number, there are one of the worst and am not able to connect with them....

I thought it is better to write a complaint here about how your employees are behaving when they interact with customers. I just got a call from one of your executives regarding a "Health card".

Today is Friday (Friday, 29 January 2021) - working day.
What was my point is, we are also busy with our job and we are attending their calls in this busy schedule.

HDFC bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 6000/- as mi revenue hold through gefu,
This deducted account actually my salary account since I left the job I didn’t use this account later from 2018 my new company opened another new HDFC salary account.

Without my knowledge or any kind of information they have changed my old salary account as saving account and monthly deduction 600rs.
Couldn’t able to contact...

I got a refund from brand lulu and sky of ₹457 and which was said to be reflected in my bank account in 2-3 working days and it’s been 3 days and the amount is not yet been credited
Please look into my matter...

I Have HDFC bank Sal account and i took a personal loan from hdfc bank.I paid every month emi 3607. But once i couldn't maintain balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charges which is around 590. After 25 days they charge me 236/- for EMI RTN charges.As i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges....

I am not able to receive OTP for bank transactions. Please help ASAP....

I have applied for Easy shop debit card before month but they send me Times debit card. i was visited badlapur branch but still no any conclusion and response. they are telling we are following only.
Really this is not accepting through HDFC bank.

I, Kirti Kansal, is the present HDFC account holder, have been using your account since November 2019. My debit card has been stolen on 23rd Jan 2020, and 10 transactions sum of Rs 83, 500 were withdrawn between 1:37 pm and 2:09 pm without my consent, and the corresponding messages were received near about 4:30 pm which was quite late to take any action to block the card.
My concern is how the norms of the bank...

I Dhirendra Kumar NImesh is EPFO pensioner holder and my PPO NO. is DLPCM00102568 and I have account in the HDFC Dwarka more Branch and my account no. [protected]. In the said account (Dwarka branch) I did not received my pension amount since Nov. 19 to till date while EPFO office Wazirpur is regularly sending my pension amount in my HDFC account but it didn't credited in my account so I Talked to the EPFO office Wazirpur...

I had purchased my IPhone 11 in 23/Jan/2020 (It's been a year..!!) and the cashback supposed to credit in 2 months in my account. It is untrustworthy that its been a year and HDFC bank has not credited money. How that is possible.

Its customers hard-earned money and we are preferring HDFC Bank for its trust. Please look into the matter urgently.

Almost a month back, I have raised a request o[censored]pdating the vehicle number with RC Copy with Wallet ID details but still I didn't any response from the team and everytime I call them with response of within a day it will be done like that but it never happened. I have never cross such an irresponsible team who doesn't care about customer value. I would suggest don't go for HDFC Fastag....

I had applied for a savings account opening on 12th of January, 2021 and deposited the amount required into the account and I haven't received my "Welcome kit" yet after 3 weeks of application. I had informed the Dwaraka Nagar branch of Visakhapatnam that it is very important and urgent because this is my salary account. Please dispatch my Welcome Kit as soon as possible as this is an emergency.

I, Devraj Surendrabhai Desai have a savings account with HDFC Bank and on January 14, 2021 there has been an amount of Rs 7.11 transaction towards MIREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU. I'm not aware why the bank is making such transactions without my information and want a permanent solution to this.
This is the second time it has happened and I don't want to everytime get into this.

Please ensure that the bank remove the transaction...

Hi,

Amount was deducted from my credit card for reversal of payment due to problem in auto debit feature from Bank's end and GST was charged on top of it. Amount is reversed back from the bank for their mistake but GST is not reversed.
It is a mere disappointment that bank did not reversed the GST amount for this amount due to technical glinch their end.
