Rs 199 spent via credit card without opt and pin from Amazon1258399 this is stupid things happening from hdfc and Amazon people . please solve this issue no response from customer care people...

I opened my NPS account on 9th Jan and made contribution through HDFC Bank. The amount deducted from my account dur to this including charges is 1259.60.
The transaction ref no is[protected].
I spoke with the nps customer care and they asked me to speak with bank on this.
Please help....

I received a message that my credit card has been charged for Rs.199 and I did not make any such transaction with my credit card and did not enter OTP or pin anywhere. Kindly get this charge removed....

I made a transaction of 49990/- on 12th January in croma store and the store reverted the transaction because they made a mistake and there was a misunderstanding about the product.
Its almost 2 days and i haven't received my amount back.

I have called my bank and they said there is no refund initiated.

Please help me with this issue....

I recently place an order for Samsung TV on Amazon throughHDFC Debit card EMI option, later I had to cancel the order. However the Debit card EMI has been triggered and sent me messages on EMI amounts.

I have shopped from Amazon using the HDFC Smartbuy portal, still dd not receive any cashback as promised from HDFC Bank....

Even though i have not received the fastag, i received a SMS saying its delivered already...

I am not understanding why this charge was occurred...

Yesterday at noon I placed an order on Reliance Digital store, but because of shortage in inventory my order got cancelled. In the morning I received message from HDFC Bank, that my amount has been credited back into my account but still its not reflected into my account yet.

I have been charged 1899 rs for one assist mfee without my permission which I have paid. I have never asked for this scheme neither bank asked me before charging the amount. I am requesting you to take an action on it.

This is in regards to the HDFC0000016 - Pali hills branch
I stay in delhi and my account for Pali hills needs to be closed. No HDFC branch in delhi is closing it as it is Mumbai branch.
Also they are charging me again and again Rs 600/month for not maintaining minimum balance.
2) They have not requested any KYC for past 2 years
3) Why the account is not going dormant and being charged Rs600...
