    Hello there,

    I checked my credit card statement and I found out that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I was not informed about that service before debit and I didn't get any SMS regarding this. HDFC bank also didn't mention about this. I don't even know the company ONE ASSIST and this kind of charging without informing me & use of my credit card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. called and informed ONE ASSIST customer care but they are not ready to cancel the membership & when I talked about refund they were giving excuses.

    I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

    Please deactivate the service and refund my money asap.

      My account has been debited by ABQ SER CHGS INC GST OCT-DEC 2020 amount-rs 3563 RS.

      Why has been the amount debited HDFC? Please let me know the reason.

      Every three month of the year debited some amount by any charges. rather than I maintain a minimum account balance

        I have an Salary account in HDFC bank and it is showing negative 767 amount against MiRevenue Hold through Gefu; held by HDFC Bank.
        As far the information I have collected, this hold get generated when a cheque bounces or any credit card payment is due.

        Till now I have never issued any cheque to anybody and also i do not own credit card whose bill is due, so why i am liable to pay such charges.

          My Wife has been trying to apply for a Home Loan but there is no interest from the Bank to make us understand the T&C. There are charges which we are unable to understand and no one of their Sales People we have interacted with us had no idea about the product. They always wanted to talk to their seniors and get back to us. Whereas they never get back with an answer. As I have a salary account with HDFC I am really concerned about customer friendliness of this Bank.

            I am form sirsa(haryana) .Sir i working in DSA of personal loan office. They make fake emploee id and didn't give me joining letter and they haven't any name on their office and not even company name. They make fraud on the name of hdfc. I have proof . My employee id is made in ms world.I join this DSA office on 1 december 2020 . And i login files maximum 20 lakh to 30 lakh and there were disburse... But in which office i worked the senior sir Vikram wont give m salary and incentive today I leave the office because vikram sir had fraud to many customers and he even lie to me he didn't give me salary and my incentive. Sir please take action they does fraud to their customer as well as employees.

              I purchased 15k worth of clothes from the US Polo store, Hyderabad Srujana Forum Mall on 29.11.2020 12.35PM ending with my card No:0349. At the time of purchase, we have been told that there is a Festive Treats offer of 10.% cashback on HDFC credit card. Cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days in my credit card account. But now it's been more than the said duration and still I haven’t received the cashback on my purchased amount. I complained to HDFC customer care so many times but there is no positive response & every time they told me to wait a bit more. I request you to kindly provide me the cashback at the earliest. i already sent mail two times but there is no response.

                I have purchased phone they said interest free for 6 months EMI
                I made my payment now when i got the bill hdfc is charging

                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                  I was in maternity leave and havent used my hdfc bank account for more than a year and when i checked my hdfc account last week, it was shocking to see more than 10000 rupees have been deducted from my account as "AMB CHRG INCL GST" . I havent received any email notification on this in las one year and was not aware of this transactions.
                  Please help to refund the deducted amount and going forward I will make sure to maintain the required minimum balance.

                    Dear Sir,
                    HDFC Bank account no.[protected] debited total rs. 900 +taxes as reason not maintened minimum balance in account for Dec 2020 and Jan 2021.

                    Money deduction message directly received without any prior intimation by telephonic call/SMS or email.

                    As deducted MESSAGE received I am immediately credit rs.10000 for maintaining criteria.

                    It requested to solve and refund this deducted amount as soon as possible

                      Amount 29.5 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                          I am not sure why have I received the below SMS today?

                          "Alert! Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to HDFCLTD with value Rs. 32162.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing."

                          Can you please clarify and send meaningful SMS to understand easily with appropriate details to avoid panic.

                              HDFC BANK Credit Card Has a Haux System called Jumbo Loan Division. Which has No COntact center. Company official Calles and Books the loan for you and then they send the Courier through some hox Courier company called UWEX courier. which you cannot find anywhere on the internet or any. HDFC Bank does not provide any information about the Courier company or the courier via SMS and starts deducting the EMI Without Giving the loan. Thanks to Mr. Deepak Parekh to PRovide such a BEautiful Gift of Harassment to us. once a Finest bank now doesn't know what to say.

                              The mail received by the Reply from the Company is as mentioned below. the courier has never come since almost last two months.

                                      Hi

                                      I am HDFC customer from a long time. I have gone through a lot during the Lock down as being in the Tourism Industry I was jobless from March 2020 to Dec 2020. I have just started working in Jan. It had been a tough year. However the govt helped with the Monatorium for a limited time. When Monatorium was over the calls started coming in and I told them I am Jobless then I came to know that they are going to convert my salary account to saving A/c as salary was not credited... how can it be possible when I am Jobless.
                                      Next thing was that since I did not pay the Credit card amount which was 128000 it became 141000( I can understand the various charges) but then they kept my account in negative balance of 141000 because of which I was not able to pay the ecs payments of my other loan and I had to make alternate payments through my friends Account to ABFL.
                                      Then they did restructuring of my credit card and that too without my consent or in written. And I had sent mail also that I dont want restructuring and give me some time and I will arrange fund and make a payment as I dont want to pay another 3% for preclosure. I again paid 499 which was a minimum due of some emi of the same card. Then finally I get a call from them to confirm the cancellation of restructuring and then the next morning I start getting call from the recovery Agents and harassing me by keeping on calling me. I attended one call and one women spoke to me and said that I have to pay 27000 on urgent basis and I told at the moment I can't coz I just started my Job and arranging funds.
                                      She told me that I cant wait and all and I said also repeatedly that I cant talk on phone during working hours so she said give me alternative number I said i dont have then she insisted on another number I said call me on my number. And then they still kept on calling. I dont have my phone with me during working hours but it keeps ringing and same thing happened today and I reached a point to complain.
                                      Oh ya I forgot to mention now my account was on negative 5200 as charges coz of bounce of ECS why it happened?? Cos they had kept my account in -141000 and it is not that I did not pay the dues I have a good repayment in ABFL ...
                                      Pls help me with this anyone as I cant handle this harassment and injustice from the Bank even after being with them for so long .

                                      While updating this complaint I am still getting calls I lost what I was typing and I have to type all over again. These recovery people are torturing me . Please HDFC CCare. No one from HDFC has reached me by email or call I'm sure they will have my details in their system I have mentioned my customer Id
