I have purchased phone they said interest free for 6 months EMI
I made my payment now when i got the bill hdfc is charging
offus emi prin nb Rs.6805 and intrest Rs.684 when I ma calling to customer care its not getting connect very bad, now i want this problem to be solved....

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

    I was in maternity leave and havent used my hdfc bank account for more than a year and when i checked my hdfc account last week, it was shocking to see more than 10000 rupees have been deducted from my account as "AMB CHRG INCL GST" . I havent received any email notification on this in las one year and was not aware of this transactions.
    Please help to refund the deducted amount and going forward I will make sure to maintain the required minimum balance.
    Appreciate the help.

      Dear Sir,
      HDFC Bank account no.[protected] debited total rs. 900 +taxes as reason not maintened minimum balance in account for Dec 2020 and Jan 2021.

      Money deduction message directly received without any prior intimation by telephonic call/SMS or email.

      As deducted MESSAGE received I am immediately credit rs.10000 for maintaining criteria.

      It requested to solve and refund this deducted amount as soon as possible

        Amount 29.5 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

            I am not sure why have I received the below SMS today?

            "Alert! Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to HDFCLTD with value Rs. 32162.00 and frequency MNTH is received today for processing."

            Can you please clarify and send meaningful SMS to understand easily with appropriate details to avoid panic.

              bank executive name vinay ( mobile no: [protected] ) . he dont have any knowledge about this, he very rude behaviour, he reply very late amd not helping to recover my money.
              The customer service is not able to give any info on this.

                HDFC BANK Credit Card Has a Haux System called Jumbo Loan Division. Which has No COntact center. Company official Calles and Books the loan for you and then they send the Courier through some hox Courier company called UWEX courier. which you cannot find anywhere on the internet or any. HDFC Bank does not provide any information about the Courier company or the courier via SMS and starts deducting the EMI Without Giving the loan. Thanks to Mr. Deepak Parekh to PRovide such a BEautiful Gift of Harassment to us. once a Finest bank now doesn't know what to say.

                The mail received by the Reply from the Company is as mentioned below. the courier has never come since almost last two months.

                    My salary account has been created in hdfc bank mainpuri branch when I did job in mainpuri but when I left the job and joined some where else so the company transfer my salary account into the saving account without informing me so my account balance become negative due to the non maintain balance so I request you please take action against the company and close my account as soon as possible thank you

                      I Lakshay Khandelwal resident of 32/12 Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi-110060 holds a savings bank account ([protected]) in HDFC BANK. Due to some major issues i was not in Delhi for a while and i was not able to maintain a minimum balance in my account because of which i was charged for ₹600/- I am very disappointed with this and i want the bank to reverse these charges as soon as possible.

                        Hi

                        I am HDFC customer from a long time. I have gone through a lot during the Lock down as being in the Tourism Industry I was jobless from March 2020 to Dec 2020. I have just started working in Jan. It had been a tough year. However the govt helped with the Monatorium for a limited time. When Monatorium was over the calls started coming in and I told them I am Jobless then I came to know that they are going to convert my salary...

                        I received a refund from Zara to my hdfc account, the bank shared an sms stating the payment had been reversed but no payment actually credited nor does it show up in netbanking statement. Please resolve / clarify.

                            My name is Ganesh Gopinathan and I am from Mumbai.
                            I have taken HDFC Fastag as per the rules passed by Goverment of India.

                            An amount of Rs. 85/- was wrongly dedected from my HDFC Fastag Wallet on 5 Dec, 2020 at Toll Palsit at 10:08:30 hrs for the travel I did not make.

                            After talking to the HDFC Customer Care on 5 Dec, 2020 as per their advice I emailed the following things:

                            I have send them 3 emails with the following details.

                            Name
                            Wallet ID
                            Screenshot of email from HDFC
                            Registration Copy
                            Photograph of Car with Registration Number

                            Email was made to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com"
                            The HBL Number I received from HDFC was "[protected]"

                            Since then I have made 8 calls to HDFC Customer Care but am always receiving the following response.

                            "Our backend team will get back to you in 10 days" or
                            "Our senior will get back to you in 24 hours"

                            Date on which calls were made:
                            05 dec 2020
                            12 dec 2020 Mr Rupesh (said will resolve it soon)
                            16 dec 2020 Ms Shivani (said will resolve it soon)
                            12 jan 2021 3rd email
                            21 jan 2021 (told me to wait for 3 working days)
                            27 jan 2021 Ms Elina (told me to wait for 2 days)
                            03 feb 2021 Mr Hussain (told me to wait for 10 days)
                            12 feb 2021 Ms Palak (told me to wait for 2 days)

                            Pls help me get back my Rs. 85/-

                              I have been completely harassed buy the HDFC bank's call centre people . I have made a complain more than 10 time to stop these promotional call asking to take personal loans but nothing has happened .i am also registered to do no disturb service but stiill these call continue. Please save me from these HDFC bank loan department people.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have a salary account in Karnataka, Bangalore, Kartik nagar branch .
                                  My my card is goin g to expire in end of Feb, My new card has been issued to my old company where i wouldn't able to receive. So i went to another branch of HDFC to receive a new card where i got the information that if didn't receive on my mailing address then my card will be back to my home branch(Banglore, Kartik nagar ) branch from where i should go and collect .
                                  Two days before ( 10th Feb) i got an email that my card was undelivered so to collect my card from my home branch But when i went there i got informed that my card went back to chenai . so i need to cancel that card and need to apply for a new one which will get approved by the manager and i will receive that after one week and i had already ticket booked for my home town next week .
                                  When i asked for instant card they told they don't have stock .

                                  I don't have any plans to come to banglore for 3 weeks and end of this month my card will expire .

                                  What ever information i received was wrong .
                                  So i am totally not satisfied with the service, even informed by some of my friends who have accounts with HDFC for alternate option in future .

                                    A KYC was submitted for a newly created account by me. But after 6 months of account creation, the account was blocked without any intimation. When I enquired the branch where I had submitted the KYC, the reason they had stated,
                                    " Your KYC document was lost ".
                                    Is this how a bank is supposed to act?
                                    Loosing vital documents submitted with trust by customers.
                                    Now, I was asked to submit a KYC for the second time.
                                    After 2 days of calls, they initiated the process o[censored]ploading KYC.
                                    Now it's been more than three days.
                                    The account has not been activated yet.
                                    They don't care the time and emergency of their customers.
