Hdfc bank has debited ₹ 32, 020 as fund trf dm on 21 nov 20202 from my account without any notice or any call or message.
Even i didn't switch my auto debit action on my account still they debited my money from my account.
This is very bad.
I called customer care but they are not getting connected.
Please i request you to refund back my amount or else i'll strictly file a case against you.
I hope you understand 😇

    From my account . What's happened my account I don't know, please dear all don't use HDFC BANK, this is biggest money robbery happened my savings account.### HDFC Bank cheating my savings money from account.

        Cancellation of One Assist Membership
        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3415 without my concern on date:30/01/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

        i have hdfc credit card, i my account Rs. 2199 was debited for one assist membership with out my knowledge. i dont want the service now, and i want to deactivate the membership and refund the amount back to my accout.

          Complaint about Bill payment to wbsedcl

          I have made a payment of Rs. 287 via Amazon pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of feb'21 - April'21 against the consumer ID:[protected] on 02.02.2021, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account.

          Dear sir,
          On Feb 3rd 2021, i ordered Redmi Note 9 pro max (Aurora Blue, 64 GB) mobile

          Order ID - OD[protected]
          from flipkart. Payment got deducted from my HDFC Credit Card but flipkart shows Payment not yet confirmed from the bank and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for after 24hrs to happen something. I lodged a complain also on HDFC Bank but no response even after 24 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

            Pls find my HDFC complaint Ref ID MUMP[protected],
            i already submit duly filled cardholder dispute form, & FIR copy no[protected], against fraudly transaction done of Rs.10000.00 via Debit Card xx8450 at +DILSHAD COLONY on[protected]:at 15:02:16 by any other person, even card was lying with me, but any other person done transaction. i already lodged complaint, after which my ATM/Debit Card ending 8450 has been permanently deactivated on 09/01/21. Now i need reimbursed for the same as no any mistake done from my end.

              Recently purchased one infinix hot 10 mobile through EMI in Flipkart, Amount blocked in my Hdfc Credit card account but not yet unblocked. I was purchased on December 7th 2020 through Hdfc Credit card 6 installment with 14% interest. As per term and condition you have to unblock my blocked limit with in 4 days but still it is not rectified. Taking extra dues .

                I have been using HDFC UPI payments via GooglePay, PhonePe since 1 year. Recently, On 31st Jan I did my last transaction with a merchant account. Later, that evening I am not able to do any UPI transactions as it is stating "Your mobile number registered at the bank is different from the number verified on Google Pay". I am able to receive money but not able to send. As per HDFC bank employees said my UPI transactions are blocked. I am not aware of how to unblock UPI. Could you please help me on that.

                    I received below message from HDFC bank

                    "Dear Customer,
                    Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs.450 for Adjustment entry on 2/2/2021 7:06:12 PM.Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd."

                    My vehicle was parked at my home. Not sure what is the reason for deducting Rs. 450 from wallet. Can you please let me know the details?

                          I received a call from vijya patel in April 2019, and asked me about my hdfc policy no 16301788 that why my 3rd installment is not yet paid, later they told me that my case is transferred to gbic mumbai. Later they told me that I have to pay 27000 rupees as Noc to get my premium . Then they told me that I will get a slot of 21 lac on this premium for that i have to pay 6.5 lacs, and then they asked for the gst money 5, 35000 . Then they asked money for creating a transaction I'd .. then for opening a TFT account, then also they told me that i have to pay a late fine because of the delay. Etc. Among all these processes they have taken a total of about 60 lacs rupees by me. The people used to call me were Mr Iyer, Mr amrish thakur, Rajendra Desai, Rp singh, akash Rathore, Mr Agarwal. They asked me to deposit money to different agencies through different bank accounts . I always used to pay through NEFT . Now from the last 3 months they used to call once in a month and say that they don't have a budget to pay.. kindly consider my case this is very urgent. Since one they have not contacted me and their numbers are not available.

                            Settlement complaint letter

                            Dear sir and madam,
                            I am Kanhu Charan das and living in Ahmedabad Gujarat. I was using
                            HDFC credit card ([protected]) and have done settlement with HDFC credit card department on date (November 30, 2020) time(5:55 pm) and they were agreed on settlement amount to give my credit card outstanding in 6 month EMI. After 2 days on December 2, 2020, they sent me the message which I have as proof to show that we had done settlement....

                            HDFC credit card ([protected]) and have done settlement with HDFC credit card department on date (November 30, 2020) time(5:55 pm) and they was agreed on settlement amount to give my credit card outstanding in 6 month EMI .After 2 days on December 2, 2020 they sent me message which I have as a proof to show that we had done settlement. In that message, they had written dear HDFC bank customer, thank you for accepting the settlement offer vide ref#9981 .You may contact Ms Avani Dave at[protected] to collect offer letter . I tried to call Ms Avani dave but no one has replied . They sent me incorrect statement and not given me the SETTLEMENT LETTER.

                            I AM CONTINOUSLY FOLLOWING THIS WITH HDFC CUSTOMER CARE AND THROUGHMAIL BUT NO ONE HAS YET REPLIED TO ME.

                              Details are as follow :-

                                  On 19th January 2021 i tried to get cash from a Bank Of Baroda ATM in Falakata, West Bengal, Address - Subhaspally bank road Jalpaiguri, but ATM was unable to dispense my cash. But i can see that it has been debited in my credit card. I want my money back.

                                  Please help me with this issue.
