I have applied for Easy shop debit card before month but they send me Times debit card. i was visited badlapur branch but still no any conclusion and response. they are telling we are following only.
Really this is not accepting through HDFC bank.
i dont know this is bank or sabji market like manga Mango to diya apple.

    Hello,

    I, Kirti Kansal, is the present HDFC account holder, have been using your account since November 2019. My debit card has been stolen on 23rd Jan 2020, and 10 transactions sum of Rs 83, 500 were withdrawn between 1:37 pm and 2:09 pm without my consent, and the corresponding messages were received near about 4:30 pm which was quite late to take any action to block the card.
    My concern is how the norms of the bank allowed the transaction of the sum of rupees 83, 500 from a master card from a salary account, this is unbearable. Why transaction messages were blocked for 2.5 hours and arrived late. As soon as I got the messages, called the toll-free number and get the net banking, UPI, and debit card blocked. I have attached the screenshots of the transactions which I received.

    This is a request to return my money back soon as it was fraudulently debited from my savings account.

      Hi..
      I have taken a Dhani credit line of 20k,
      now made the payment for my loan closure using the
      payment link provided by dhani customer support team.
      on 12th and 13th january 2021.
      But the hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees -6209
      as mi revenue hold through gefu,

        I Dhirendra Kumar NImesh is EPFO pensioner holder and my PPO NO. is DLPCM00102568 and I have account in the HDFC Dwarka more Branch and my account no. [protected]. In the said account (Dwarka branch) I did not received my pension amount since Nov. 19 to till date while EPFO office Wazirpur is regularly sending my pension amount in my HDFC account but it didn't credited in my account so I Talked to the EPFO office Wazirpur they told me that ask from the HDFC Headquarter why the pension amount is not credited in my account.
        It is therefore requested you to look into the matter and resolve the problem as early as possible so that I can get my pension amount credit in my bank.
        I will be oblige to You.

          I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 20385 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

            My complaint is for two transactions where i am being charged double (via Fastag as well as cash). Please find the details noted below:

            1. Toll charges were charged twice for single journey via fastag as well as cash. This transaction pertains to 2nd Feb 2020. I have dropped email for the same on the very next day (3rd Feb 2020) followed by several reminders but till date there is no reply neither i have received refund as of now.
            I am chasing for this almost a year through email as well as calls but no result.

            2. Again i was being charged twice for the same journey via fastag as well as cash. This transaction took place on 7th Dec 2020 for which i have also dropped email but there is no reply till date. In this case the fastag system was not even working even then the charges were deducted for it.

            After a year of transaction i received FIRST call from HDFC Fastag team asking about the issue and the executive also informed they have never received my email complaining the same. After describing the issue, the executive said they cannot raise refund request as it is more than 40days. The first mail communication was sent on 3rd Feb 2021 (very next day of transaction) from my end. They can also validate the same in the trail mail but they cant raise refund request based on trail mail. Due to some issue with their system (HDFC Fastag) they did not receive my mail, WHY THE CUSTOMER SHOULD SUFFER FOR THIS ?
            I have also shared all the required documents (as and when asked by customer care executive). Inspite of sharing all the documents they are not ready to refund.
            If you did not receive my email there should be some other way out to validate. They can also check call recording where i have called several times to customer care chasing for the same. But they are not even ready to refund based on call recording.
            I need your kind intervention, as HDFC Fastag team is not at all ready to provide customer support.
            WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH HDFC

                I had purchased my IPhone 11 in 23/Jan/2020 (It's been a year..!!) and the cashback supposed to credit in 2 months in my account. It is untrustworthy that its been a year and HDFC bank has not credited money. How that is possible.

                Its customers hard-earned money and we are preferring HDFC Bank for its trust. Please look into the matter urgently.

                  Almost a month back, I have raised a request o[censored]pdating the vehicle number with RC Copy with Wallet ID details but still I didn't any response from the team and everytime I call them with response of within a day it will be done like that but it never happened. I have never cross such an irresponsible team who doesn't care about customer value. I would suggest don't go for HDFC Fastag.

                      I, Devraj Surendrabhai Desai have a savings account with HDFC Bank and on January 14, 2021 there has been an amount of Rs 7.11 transaction towards MIREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU. I'm not aware why the bank is making such transactions without my information and want a permanent solution to this.
                      This is the second time it has happened and I don't want to everytime get into this.

                      Please ensure that the bank remove the transaction and not unnecessarily iritate customers.

                          Hi,

                          Amount was deducted from my credit card for reversal of payment due to problem in auto debit feature from Bank's end and GST was charged on top of it. Amount is reversed back from the bank for their mistake but GST is not reversed.
                          It is a mere disappointment that bank did not reversed the GST amount for this amount due to technical glinch their end.

                            Why the hell this HDFC Millennia Prepaid Card has been issued to me, neither i have requested nor enquired about this prepaid card. By mistake my parents received this courier else I would have rejected this. After fighting 5 months with you people I have closed my hdfc credit card recently. Immediately close this. why the hell are you people sending these cards without seeking my approval.

                                I have two outstanding refunds yet to be refunded.

                                1) Refund from ccAvenue for Rs 3660 which was initiated on 25/01/2021. Order id provided by ccAvenue( 183838_[protected]

                                2) Refund from SWIGGY for Rs 503, which was initiated on 26/01/2021. I even received an HDFC SMS that the amount is reversed but still no change in my account balance.

                                        I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                                        Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 8004 for Rs. 378.00 has been credited/reversed by Flipkart Payme on[protected]:19:09:19

                                        I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?
