Not received demand draft for loan disbursement amount

I have applied a Jumbo loan through my HDFC Credit Card net banking on 16th January 2021 Wherein being a NON HDFC customers I was supposed to get a Demand Draft to my address with in 7 Days i haven’t received the demand drafts yet however the loan emi has started I have received a statement through Hdfc stating I have to pay my bills prior to getting the DD i have tried to contact hdfc customer care for the same but it is not getting connected...

The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 695.44 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

    I am not your customer and i am not taking any loan from you [protected] this my number but i don't know how can you update my number,
    And your staff regularly calling me and abusing me from [protected], [protected] this number, he say any time abuse mother and sisters related,
    So i request to you kindly suggest your staff other wise i will complaints against you in RBI

      I opened an HDFC insta account on September 2020 but video KYC was not succesful. So I went to a HDFC local branch in December 2020 (with address Shop No 9, Tower N2, DLF Corp Greens, NH 8, Sector 74A, Gurgaon-122101 and IFSC HDFC0009126) for completing my KYC.
      I didn't receive any confirmation SMS on completion of KYC. So I went to the same local branch to enquire and was told that the KYC has been completed and for getting my card and welcome kit I have to request through their customer care service.
      I wanted to know when will I recieve my welcome kit

        I'm a Senior Citizen & retired doctor from North Bengal Medical College Hospital in Siliguri, Dt. Darjeeling, West Bengal.

        I want to know one thing, why the staffs/staff of my branch of your so called prestigious bank, doesn't answer my phone calls, doesn't call back & doesn't reciprocate my text messages ?

        How they/he can be so ill-behaved & mean?
        Is this the custom of your bank, to ignore the customers ?

          I have been using HDFC bank credit card for last 4 years and paying all the dues on times. However, HDFC bank blocked my card without any notice. I am unable to contact the customer care also. Worst bank ...! Pathetic service.

          They are charging me and not showing any history of my card on net banking section

          Even i visit hdfc branch and meet with executive to resolve this problem, they just asked me connect with customer care.

          Here i want to first re-activate my credit card and want to see the history of my card transitions done till now.

                  I have been receiving EMI amount (OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980117009132716)on my card statement and I have no clarity as to what EMI it is as I have not opted for converting any payment into EMI. I am unable to reach customer service to gain clarity about this EMI issue.                       I using office number from Dec'2014 onwards. When even i gets call from HDFC, i used to inform them our old employee left the company and i dont have his contact details.
                      Today i got the call from HDFC telecaller. I told her that Mr.Aman Malik was left the organization and i am using that number from Dec'2014. She starts blaming that i am lying. She threaten me that i will get continuous calls till so called Aman Malik clear his dues.

                            I ordered two mobiles from Flipkart through my Debit Card EMI, amount of 40, 344/- but flipkart cancelled the order and amount refund also has been done by Flipkart, but refund was not credited to my account and emi was generated and also first EMI debited from my account, Refund details mentioned below, then why you have genrated DC EMI LOAN, check and close my EMI Loan.

                                My account has been in -1, 30, 987 even after clearing 35000. Please look into this. Just because my credit card is connected you guys have been torturing me mentally with all my cheques bouncing due to your greedy mentality even during the pandemic. You concerned team just comes after you for money saying pay 5k I will get your account back normal. Is useless as even after paying 35000 my account is negative and your people are useless as they don't want to help customer after receiving the money. Such cold blooded people they are. These are the 3 culprits who are useless in their job and I demand strict action to be taken against them.

                                After requesting a callback from your customer service, I received call from a lady who says the effort i put to close the credit card dues is useless and that i should go for a settlement, she was very rude and spoke with a bad attitude and cut the call saying i have to pay such a rude experience and customer service. They are forcing me to go for a settlement when my credit card limit is INR 90000 and right now i have to pay around INR 89000. My Debit card ie my Salary account is in -1, 31, 987. How do you expect a common man with a low credit score to even try for a loan to close it. I request to convert the amount into an emi so that i can pay monthly and close it off. I only have that option as I cannot borrow or take a loan (600 credit score) so kindly do the needful and convert my credit card due into an emi or make my card active and let me pay minimum dues again.

                                This is my bank balance data for this month, where you can clearly see I have available credit limit but my debit card account is in minus close to a lakh as of today when my available credit limit is INR 5, 820.16

                                I have been tortured by your representatives for over a year who make me make huge payments promising my account to get back to being normal but in the end useless. I could have used that money for something better when even paying dint solve anything and I have so much of loss due to multiple cheques bouncing for close to a year.

                                  INT NBR charged on no cost emi explain what is it??

                                  I have purchased a tab from samsung site and it was agreed that purchase will be a no cost emi based.
                                  But now in my monthly credit card statement INT NBR is coming it means interest is charged right??
                                  And also for no cost emi there will not be emi processing fee.

I have been charged twice for single transaction ( by cash and fastag both) on 4 august 2020 on agra Lucknow expressway of rs 595.                                     HDFC completely failed in resolving my issue. If customer is complain about unauthorized transactions due to mobile hacked. Still after investigation bank is telling these are secured transactions. Customers are not fool to complain. Even bank have authorization to revere transactions. I am disappointed by HDFC service, in future will not continue with HDFC.
