I don’t know why your services are getting pathetic day by day, I registered for an Ipo through zerodha and tried accepting the mandate from Bhim upi app, that got stuck in between, now the transaction failed but the bank has hold the amount, I am trying to reach customer care executive but not getting any otp to validate.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am jency paul and I hav a hdfc credit card ending ***0156. I got a statement of Rs.1394 for the month of january and I have not been using this card for 5-6 months due to my loss of job. I don't need this membership and kindly please deactivate and refund my amount to my account.

      I am Jency paul and I own a credit card of hdfc card ending *****0156.I got a statement of 1394 and it was mentioned one assist MFEE.I have not been using my card for 5-6 months as I lost my job due to pandemic and how can u ask me to pay this amount. Kindly please deactivate the membership and refund my amount asap.

        Hdfc has converted three of the Amazon refund transactions into EMI to fetch illegal processing fee, igst and installment amount from me.

        Even after the first complaint, hdfc is not giving proper information about credit card statement and asking for full amount payment.

        As I am salaried individual, I cannot afford to pay whole 44000rs of credit card bill completely. The statement does include improper charges like Emi processing fee, gst for emi which I have not availed. I am demanding to the bank to give revised correct credit card statement with proper amount to pay end of the month.

        There is no quick response from hdfc for grievance readdressal. like you put late payment fees the very next minute of late payment the same should be the speed of response towards customer complaints.

        As discussed on call with vijaykumar j. I have paid 20000 rs against improper bill of 44000rs towards hdfc credit card bill. The phone conversation happened on 1st February 15.32pm.
        According to that vijaykumar j has agreed and committed that hdfc will not put any late payment fee. I will raise a concern if any late payment charges are put in February statement.

        Two people Mr Suriya and mr Vijaykumar j are not answering the call and not replying to the mail. Please take action against Mr Vijaykumar J and Suriya manager of customer service dept

          In Forgot Password option not receiving OTP on mail while on Phone it is being received properly. Contacted Customer care yesterday 2 times, they have no clear answer.

            I visited the HDFC Bank branch on Chandigarh Rd, Sector 32A, Ludhiana, in May 2019 to know my customer id and they offered me Money Back credit card. I asked the officer there that can I convert the amount spended in to EMI, she said that you can do.             The Bank has charged me Rs 590 for Depository charges on Demat account which was not being used. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. We were forced to take the demat account and mentioned like its free of cost, now charging the fee which was surprising to me.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am writing to inform you that my current income is dependent on my father's Income Only, He is a Hand Loom Weaver is not enough for me to be able to make any payments towards my alleged debt at this time. I am writing to explain my last missed payment, and also to request some leniency in regards to my outstanding payments.
              I have just lost my job, and have no income coming in. When I purchased my house and took on this loan, I had over 30, 000 INR coming in every month, and paying my bills was not an issue. But, in my current situation, I have no money coming in, and making payments is becoming difficult for me.I am writing this letter to inform you that I am temporarily out of work, which has caused serious financial difficulty for my family. I have workers’ compensation as well as unemployment in this Covid time, but these are just enough to pay my mortgage and feed my family. Because of my hardship. I expect to be back to work and receiving my full salary by that time. If I am able to work sooner, I will inform you and return to making the usual payments.
              I prefer to deal with you directly and not a collection agency. I fully intend to pay my debts, but I need a bit more time. I also request that you withhold any interest on my debt.
              If at any time I am in a position to resume payments on the alleged debt, I will contact you immediately to make appropriate arrangements. I thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. This communication is provided solely for the purposes of notifying you to communicate in writing only and does not constitute an acknowledgment of the alleged debt described above.I am requesting a reconsolidation of my debt so I will have an easier time paying it off. And also sometimes applying the EMI based loan for Credit Card.I have just lost my job, and have no income coming in. When I purchased my personal Loan/Credit card and took on this loan, I had over 30, 000 INR coming in every month, and paying my bills was not an issue. But, in my current situation, I have no money coming in, and making payments is becoming difficult for me. My All EMI like Loan and Credit Card payments going very well, Unfortunately, due to covid-19 I lost my job. Myself and My Friend to start a business in the textile certification field, Unfortunately, we are facing a very struggle in Covid time, we do not get a business in that time so not able to pay by credit card/personal loan payment as properly. So we are facing many calls and many emails and advocate notices receive from Bankside. The bank employee call to me taking a very worst Conversation with me, it’s really disappointed us. Also, receive many letters received from advocates stated that words really panic and fear. Some time they bank person calling to my friends and my ex-company to telling to my matter. It’s a really suffer to me. Enclosed letter for your reference. I settle my pending due month-wise, once I get a job.
              Please Help me and resolve the issues. I have some critical situation so only unable to make the payment on time.

                Applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/03/2020 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

                And also mailed the required docs to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on sep/ 23 / 2020. No actions were taken still.

                        I am S Raghavan Iyer, aged 58 years.

                        This is regarding my credit card with number ending with 0807.

                        Due to the lock down, I lost my livelihood, and I have an outstanding amount against the card. I had to change my residence to reduce the rent.

                        I could not update the bank regarding change of residence and address. But I have responded to each and everu phone call from the bank,

                        Now, the bank's agent is harassing my brother-in-law because I an not available at the previous address. Even after I updated the bank's agent about my new address, He continue to harass my brother-in-law.

                        The bank's agent threatens to harass my brother-in-law if I don't pay.

                        I pray that the bank's gent be stopped from harasing my brother-in-law and his family/

                          So i visited my nearest branch in india and updated my number to my international number after confirming from the bank that i can receive otps on my international number.
                          However after coming over here i am not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries
                          I am struggling to do any transaction due to this.

                              I have detection of Rs. 590 once in every three months. I have approached the bank several times and they couldn't solve the issue and stop my deductions.

                                I recently got my fastag acc and then travelled from indore to bhopal. Payments were nice but the other day i got a notifiaction that u have been debited by 371rs for adjustment entry. I dont get the deduction. Pls take this form into action asap.

                                  I have applied for a hdfc fastag on Dec 27th 2020 and the application reference number is HR[protected]. Till now it hasn't been delivered and i have no clue whom to reachout. When i call my relationship manager it always say busy. Please help me to deliver the fastag ASAP.                                     I had Ordered a Product from Moglix.com on EMI on my Credit Card.
                                    But due to their Delay in Updating the status i had cancelled the product. This happened twice. The amount deducted from my Card was credited back by Moglix. But now when i checked the statement its showing the same amount was deducted both of the time from my account right after it was credited under the name of MER EMI, LOAN PRECL.
                                    AS per the Loan Detail in Credit Card Tab both the EMI has been closed. Detail of the cancellation of the product and its EMI is as follow .
                                    1st ORDER placed on[protected] Cancelled on 5-1-2021 IMG attached
                                    2nd ORDER placed on 6-1-2021 Cancelled on 9-1-2021 IMG attached
                                    Now the amount Debited under the name of Loan is showing in my Unbilled amount of Credit Card.
                                    its a sincere Request from me to Please resolve the Problem.
