I also filed an online complaint with consumer helpline of Central Govt.
Again I raised complaint with this site as well. Thereafter I got mail from HDFC that some person from their team will call me, his no. was also given in the mail, so I called him many times but no one call was answered. Two days before I got email ID of
[email protected]. So I mailed to support as well as
[email protected] with same grivance no. And I received the money debited to my account yesterday i.e. 21.01.2021 as REFUND in my account.
