Hdfc bank - SI FAIL DUE TO INSUFF BAL

Dear customer care,
Without any information bank has deducted
236/- from my account, I want my money back with reason for deduction.
Kindly reply as soon as possible.

The message I received for refund from Amazon.

Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 6048 for Rs. 3790.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:19:50:52

I checked online there was no increment in my account. Please help.

    I am a current account holder with HDFC Bank. I observed that there is a hold to my account of Rs. 48, 953.83 of Consumer Durable loan, which I never took from HDFC. I also raised a complaint about the same with HDFC Bank and the hold was removed temporarily and after some days again hold of Rs. 48, 953.83 was there attached to my current account of the same consumer durable loan which I never took.
    Now on 21st Dec. 2020 I raised a complaint about the same and it was assured by the bank through e-mail that the issue will be resolved within 7 days but to my surprise I received a notice from HDFC dated 17/12/2020 stating that due to irregular payments of installments the amount is marked as "hold Funds".
    Further Today on 28.12.2020 my account was debited by Rs. 23, 410/- for the same loan hold funds which I never took from the bank. This is really frustrating for me in these trying situations that I did not take any Consumer durable loan, some one forged my documents and the bank officer also sanctioned the same loan and now I have to bear the pain of wrong doing of others.

    kindly take strictest action against those who put an hold to my account as even after raising several complaints with the bank, no one is taking action to cure their own mistakes and on top of that they are harrasing me by debiting my account for the same.

    I also filed an online complaint with consumer helpline of Central Govt. Again I raised complaint with this site as well. Thereafter I got mail from HDFC that some person from their team will call me, his no. was also given in the mail, so I called him many times but no one call was answered. Two days before I got email ID of [email protected]. So I mailed to support as well as [email protected] with same grivance no. And I received the money debited to my account yesterday i.e. 21.01.2021 as REFUND in my account.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Sir,
      I have made money transfer of Rs 15000/- on[protected] from my HDFC account No :[protected](IFSC:HDFC0001631) through IMPS with Ref no:IMPS[protected], to AC no:[protected] of SBI Br chaitanyapuri(IFSC:SBIN0020876), but amount deducted from my account but not credited in to SBI account mentioned.
      Hence, I request you to kindly take necessary action for reverting back the amount in to my HDFC account please.

              From the Amazon refund amount has been credited to my account but I couldn't find it in my Statement I didn't receive it
              They refunded on 12th December kindly check RRf number.

                    I have a personal LOAN with hdfc bank, in the month of November the EMI got bounced but somehow i managed to pay the emi on the same day which is 7th day of the month. But they already took all the charges. And on December emi i paid my emi through PAYTM on 27th of November, emi amount is 4348 rupees, but for the month of December the become less the actual amount was 3888 rs. But i paid excess amount. emi got the emi on time, but this time also they charges me 590 rupees for bounce charges. But they not refunding my excess amount which i paid. And now they charged twice 236 rtn charges without any information. When I tried to call their CUSTOMER service agent, very rarely they rcv the call, it's just a time waste, they simply transfer the CALL TO LOAN department, i dnt get any response and after 15min call will get disconnect automatically. After that I went to my home branch, there also this foolish people they dnt know anything, simply they told me to go to head office where they handle all the LOAN related queries. This ### bad services providing by hdfc. They are just looting CUSTOMERs money without any information, that is how this company gaining their profit.
                    Horrible services.

                      I have cancelled a order on Amazon, after a few minutes I got a message from HDFC that

                      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7528 for Rs. 3199.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on

                      I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the AMAZON has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                        I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7413 on date of 7th of every month my salary credited time is evening 5 pm they next day they debit the 0912 OVERDUE LOAN RECOVERED charges 649/- after one month they charge me 236 re for emi rtn charges what is this charges and what is related this charge without massage hdfc alway problem complaint service and we not choice for other bank sal account

                            I want to add a beneficiary, need to do an important transaction by end of the day. Unable to add IFSC code. Whatever I try it shows no records found. I tried to log complaint, that site is also not working, every time showing wrong Captcha. I mean seriously, how many times can I person log wrong Captcha. Somehow after waiting for 15 minutes, I was able to get in contact with a customer executive person and that person kept saying that there is no issue, no problem at all from their end. I am suppose to send details on a mail and wait for bloody 72 hours to get a response from them. Then after that I'll be able to add beneficiary, which I doubt with this kind of service I'll ever be able to do so. If today in 2020 some bank provides this slow and poor service, there is no point sticking to it. I don't what to do with my urgent transaction need.

                              Hi,
                              I have a HDFC bank account since a very long time.
                              While I was filing my return I came across two transactions regarding inter brn cash txn chgs incl gst charge of rs. 442.5 and rs 2212.5.
                              This is my hard earned money, how can you just deduct it?
                              I have my account in Marathalli branch bengaluru, and I withdrew mu own money for another HDFC branch in Kolkata, it was no other bank, so why is this money unnecessarily...

                              I made a 5-year tax saver FD through HDFC net banking on 19th sept and I need its receipt (receipt no. to be exact) in order to submit as a investment proof on my company's portal for tax saving. I tried with my nearest branch, called phone banking support, mailed HDFC bank but nothing and I am approaching deadline for the investment proof submission.

                                Dear HDFC,

                                As I have sent mail to you but I haven't received any response. There continuesaly 29.5 deducted from my as I am not doing withdrawing from bank. In only single day there is 5 times deduction from account. As I am sending mails to HDFC Sill not received any response.
