I have called customer 3 times and the reason for that is mentioned below:
All the time the customer care representative have put me on hold by saying that they are working on the issue which I have asked and then they will put me on hold and then will disconnects the call with out giving me the solution to my query.

      This is in regard to HDFC Bank account [protected].
      2 of my RDs got matured on 5 Nov 2020 and the total amount received was less by Rs 2000.

      Please refund Rs 2000 back to my account else I would have no other option than to close my account permanently with HDFC Bank.

        I am writing to this because I want NOC of my credit card from HDFC Bank, last month i permanently close
        my credit card even the customer care people also confirmed that your HDFC regalia credit card permanently close
        and also they provide me request No: [protected] but they not provide me any deactivation proof through mail or hard-copy since last month, even i sent handwritten letter to
        Chennai office but they also not given any response from my application reg NOC of my credit card.
        I want to know the status of my credit card if they are closed or not and also i want confirmation from HDFC bank
        in future they not send any bill,

          On 24/09/20 I order N-Gal Women's Polyester Lycra High Waist Flared Knit Skater Short Mini Skirt from Amazon by payment method cash on delivery then i return products on 1/10/20 and Amazon initiate amount 395rs on 3/10/20 and by according to mail which i received from Amazon i will receive amount in bank on 9/10/20 but still i don't receive my refund amount

            Myself Mayank Recently I opened a savings account in HDFC Bank through online mode, but when I visited the Bank branch on[protected], i.e ( Dilshad Colony, Delhi) for KYC Mr. Radhey Singh assisted me and he denied doing my KYC mentioning the reason that I don't have any surname, so he cant do my KYC with a single name. All the documents that I provided to them contain my single name only.
            Due to which I requested the Backup Branch Manager to close my account, in return to this they said we can't close this account and it will get close after 12 months automatically.
            This type of behavior is too unprofessional and creating a negative brand image.

              Hdfc deduct my 80.79 rs on 5 nov 2020 as a name adhol chrgs stmt whenever i dont go to bank and i dont request for any adhol statement.how they charge this amount from me. wrost staff wrost

                Hi team, I have done with my hdfc credit card settlement with the amount of 80k in the given time period of 6 months but at the end paid hdfc team telling that paid 400rs less in the given time, so asking to pay full amount again asking me to pay 70k... due to COVID situaion I lost my job that's why gone for settlement, now again asking to pay 70k for the amount of 400rs.
                I request hdfc credit card team to resolve the issue by taking 400rs and support me to overcome in this Pandemic crisis situation.

                  Hello there

                  Today I check my credit card statement it shows there is a transaction from HDFC bank credit card of Rs. 1899/- to one assist plan. It's totally unfair, it's done without my permission and there is no notification or mail from the bank or Oneassist as well. This is totally illegal How can anyone deduct any amount without any notification and transaction i'd.

                  Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                      I paid fees for ibps rrb officer scale I application form but on logging on the site it is showing unpaid fees status, my fees amount also got deducted from my account Paytm payments bank account. But it is still showing unpaid fees status and requesting to pay up the fees.

                        Sir,
                        I want to inform you that an autopay option has been enabled in my jumbo loan that i availed through credit card.Also i am not able to cancel the autopay through net banking.

                        I want to deactivate the autopay for this purpose i have sent autopay de registration form to HDFC credit card division.

                        But till now there has been no single response from HDFC bank.

                        Please de register the autopay option. As earliest as possible.

                          I have hdfc credit card holder I have using past 2 yearyears. I have using the credit card properly on every year, I could not pay the full amount within the credit period before due date. Hence, I have paying only the minimum due every month. So, my outstanding balance increased due to the interest which I could not afford and pay. Hence, we decided to close the credit card and we were planning to convert as emi.

                          I tried to contact the person regarding the issue. I have contacting customer service continuously. But they told many time, offer is not available in your card and offer will be provide later untill wait. I need my outstanding balance amount to convert the emi option which is possible amount of my outstanding amount. Please consider to my obligation as early.
                          due to covid 19 i want pay my whole outstanding amount but pay in emi not able topay full amount..plz convert my outstanding into emi

                              I have paid my jumbo loan EMI on 3rd Nov 2020 and on 4th Nov 2020 EMI was auto deducted again. I did not even received message on mobile about the payment.

                              Then after I visited near bank and informed them about the issue. They called the customer care and and he said that system is not showing about deduction and asked me to talk after some time.

                              Till now I have not received deduction message.

                              Pl help to refund the amount.

                                  this is in regarding my fastag wallet balance refund. below is the detail for same. i have applied for deactivating my current fastag as it was not working well. it got de-activated on[protected] and i was suppose to get my refund within next 8-10 working days but till now i've not received any update on same.
                                  now requesting you to process the same as soon as possible without any further delays as already 10-11 monnths are gone and i've not received any update.

                                      I have been resigned from the company on 4TH SEPT 2020 and still company has not paid my FNF salary, PF, VPF, pension part. I have mailed to HR but they are not replying, and called on HR LANDLINE NUMBER BUT NO RESPONSE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER COMPANY IS ACTUALLY INTERESTED TO PAY THE FNF, PF, VPF

                                        I have been making payments using my hdfc credit card. I see additional charges to it. I have been writing emails for long, calling customer service for long. No one calls. They respond with inadequate information once a week and then again I write and this has been in practice for very long time now.

                                        I don't know how much they have charged from me till date.

                                        I have been so obedient that I pay my bills the same day when I make transaction. I don't wait for any last day or anything. I trusted HDFC bank for so long and they have cheated with me.

                                        I have never opted for EMI feature till date. My transactions have been automatically converted and then constantly charged. I have asked to stop this service for so long. But no action.

                                        They have been charging me for months and even after asking to stop the service. They continue to do that. I need all my money back. All my money that they have eaten up in the form of interest.

                                        I could have added screenshot of calls that I made, all the emails that I sent for all my issues faced. But no such option available here
