    In 2016, HDFC gave me a home loan of Rs 15 lakh in Common Gallery Building.
    Now I'm ready to have a party to sell that room,
    The party works only in HDFC Bank. My deal has been confirmed,
    He applied for HDFC Bank home loan but HDFC refused to give him home loan
    The bank has now stopped giving loans to the Common Gallery
    I have all the documents for the loan, so why did they change the policy and trap us
    I got caught up in changing Bank policy,
    Plz give me solution,
    How can I sold out my flat, , ??

      I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

      1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp

      2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

        I have not opened any investment account with HDFC Bank. But they have started charging me Rs.295 every quarter from Jun 2019. Since I was on maternity I did not check my account much.

        This is so unethical.

        I see many complaints for the same in this sites.

        I need help in getting this resolved. Please help.

          I made payment against my HDFC credit card dues on Oct 29 2020 through the bill desk for Rs 38090. I got confirmation of payment with a reference number which you can see in the attached screenshot. I waited for almost a week but payment still not reflected so I sent a complaint to HDFC bank customer care through Tweeter for which reference number is "HBL=[protected] SOCIAL MEDIA: TW[protected]".

          It's more than 12 days and I am still waiting for this issue to get resolved but no hope yet. I also called customer care a number of time but it seems customer care just throwing the ball here and there and no attempt to solve this issue.
          I am an HDFC Credit card customer for many years but I must say this is the worst service I ever saw. I am sorry to say but your bank just torturing me mentally.

          I hope my issue will be taken seriously and an appropriate resolution will be given as soon as possible.

            Hi Sir,

            I am having Salary account in HDFC Bank, In the Month of October 2020 three times some amount like rs.580, rs590 and rd580 got deducted from my account, again in the November month two time money got deducted, i am not understanding for what reason they are putting this return charges, if its one time its fine but from within the span of a month 5 times money got deducted.
            I have taken loan from HDFC and only once i delayed for paying EMI in this pandemic situation even that EMI i paid with the charges also

            Please help to refund this amount ASAP since i am facing so much financial issues.

              Manual hold charge and overdue charges

              I have a personal loan in Hdfc bank and emi is 23917 per month and my date of debit is 7th of every month. On November 07 morning I have 16000 rs in my account the amount is debited -7000 rs. I have 30000rs liquid cash in my hand but i credited 30000 on the same day in my account .               I've been charged INR295, for using net banking for Mutual Fund. I've never used Net Banking for Mutual Fund transfer.

                    I have bought my iphone SE 2020 and I watch series 5 with hdfc bank debit card on 08/07/2020 in apple store unicorn Aundh road Pune . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cash-back of Rupees 3600 and Rupees 4, 000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      Dear Concern,

                      On date 10 Nov 2020 Without carrying the fastag i got charge in toll plaza sms attached for reference,
                      Even the fastag activated today i.e. on date 11 Nov 2020.
                      I have paid in cash at toll plaza receipt for the same attached ticket no. 1654404 dated 10 Nov 2020.

                      I am surprised without carrying fastag which is inactive i had charged toll amount even i had paid in cash.

                      Kindly justify for the same and revert the amount also.

                          I am having a salary Account (credit card 10+ yrs) with hdfc bank since 2009 .I have been trying reach out to HDFC customer care service several times in last two months. But it will never connect to Customer service guy(it will always loop to main menu). Finally I made many payments with other bank cards. So better to close all accounts loans and credit card and better keep away from HDFC Bank.
