In below attached bill statement, the amount of Rs.11407.73 (20/09/2020)has been charged.

So I want to know, what is it for and why its been added into my current bill.

Please help me in understanding it and send me clarification to further associate with credit card services.

Cheque Book not received dispatched from 6th october

I requested for cheque book from HDFC bank net banking on 5th october and HDFC bank dispatched the cheque book on 6th October.As per HDFC bank tracking details cheque book need to received by me on 8th October.while writing this message today is 19th October and still i am not received any cheque book.Please look into this matter....

Reversed refund is not showing in my credit card statement

Hi HDFC

I have cancelled order on Amazon, which i had done with my credit card. I immediately got a msg from hdfc that
Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending **** for rs. 14220.51 has been credited/reversed by Amazon on 20-10-17:13:54:52

But when, I checked the online statement, it is not credited into my account.

please help me with this....

Bank not support for refund processing fees.

I have order one phone model no. Redmi note 9 pro from amazon dated on. 8 Oct 2020 on credit card EMI.
But order was cancelled by amazon itself by stating "phone is having internal problem" and delivery boy took phone from me. On dated 13 oct 2020 i have received refund amount of Rs. 13406₹ but processing fee & GST% got debited from my account which has not received.

Hello sir/madam,
I am Beenu Sharma customer of your bank for last 4 years holding account . I purchased a mobile phone via Amazon due some technical issue they cancelled my order. I talked to the Amazon customer service, they said that my amount has been refunded on 9 Oct 2020 . But amount is not credited to my account.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible .

Amount is not credited back to my account

Hi, i have made a transaction to AMAZON and i cancelled it later. i got a message from HDFc that: Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 9309 for Rs. 1799.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:21:44:31

But I have not received any amount in my account and also HDFC customer support on call are helping properly.

Its my humble request to please solve it as soon as posiible...

Refund not credited

I have made a transaction thru debit card for Amazon after I have cancelled the order. I got sms from HDFC that amount is credited/reversed from Amazon to account but could not received refund till today....

Insurance discontinuation

I have dropped mail 2 months ago asking to discontinue insurance account since I was misled into taking that insurance along with HDFC home loan. But I have not received any response instead I am flooded with emails asking me to pay premium....

Reversed transaction not credited

I have cancelled order on Amazon, I immediately got a msg from hdfc that

Amazon prime account

I have traveled Via Kumbalam Aroor Toll Plazza thrice in a day and they deducted from my fast tag for each travel.

usually which is taking 40 rupees for one side and the return amount 15 rupees but for this time they deduct 40 rupees for my intial travel and return travel taking the same amount, unfortunatly I need to cross the toll again in the same day and they deduct 15 rupees.

Kindly help to refund the amount...

Regarding amazon refund amount

Hi sir/madam,

Credit Card application status & Delivery

Myself POOLASARI KISHORE, I applied HDFC credit card by online and submit all required documents to bank executive. Bank confirmation call & bank person also came to home for confirmation. But application status showing application decline. I tried to call bank persons, their response was poor. Why decline? Still not known. Kindly solve this, application approved or declined? Last month my credit card bill was around 12855, i pay my amount even before due date.
Then also amount is not updated yet.
And they charge me fine of 295 rs plus they added 12855 amount in this month bill.

Plus there customer service is worst, they dont have any number to connect with human executive, ivr is sending you here and there only loan option can connect.but non other option will help you, so where...

Unable to add beneficiary as it doesn't search for IFSC code

Hi,

I have been trying to add a Beneficiary account of type "Transfer to other bank / Credit Card Payment (using NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)" to my HDFC Account using netbanking login but in vain.

When I choose adding beneficiary, I am able to enter the account number of the beneficiary but unable to add the IFSC code. I tried searching with IFSC code alone, by adding bank name & branch code- It simply says "no records...
