My name is kishore Kumar ..I have been holding HDFC Regalia Card ending with 4107...I applied for a moratorium from April to August.. In September i got a call from HDFC collection department. One of the guys (i do not want to name him considering that it might affect his career) promised that if i make a minimum due of 21750, my card will not get blocked and will be eligible to restructure. Trusting the banking professional i paid 22000..I clearly mentioned that i need an easy restructure plan as i am in no position to make such hefty monthly payments and interest on interest and late fee...Kindly reverse the late fee, over limit charges and hefty financial charges that has been levied on my card account and restructure my card account ..It is really unfair to leech out from customers during these troubled times..

I have been getting calls from HDFC backend team demanding 42000 payment. If im on LOP, how can you be demanding so much?

Kindly help me come out of this by resolving this dispute asap and provide me the restructure plan..

      Hi All,
      I had made the wrong payment to my Credit card. Instead of giving the acct number
      card ending 8013 . I have paid into account with a card ending 8019.

      I have sent the documents (Indemnity form with wrong payment details, bank statement, and Bill desk screenshot) in mail multiple times
      It has already been more than a month and I have been patiently waiting for a response for the wrong payment done but I haven't heard anything from you.
      I agree it is my mistake .And the wrong payment done amount is huge and no action till now, so I'm very disappointed with HDFC with the slow service you are providing. I have been a customer of HDFC from few years now. and I have been doing my payments on a regular basis. But seeing this kind for ignorance I no longer want any service from HDFC and want to cancel my Credit card. Please take necessary steps.

I tried to call customer care center to talke with the executive in toll fee no. [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected], but not getting any option to contact executive.

        Respected sir/madam
        I am asking to close my bank account
        As I don't have any job to this HDFC bank. They are giving silly reason.
        They are saying credit card is linked with your account where as I never took credit card, after they said it's EMI Loan which was clears in July 24th but still link was not removed. It's been 2 months over every time I contact hdfc they say within 24 hour link will be removed. Now they are fined about 600 rs for not maintaining minimum balance I lost almost 2000 rs in hdfc bank.. still no response. I request you to please resolve my issue..

        I am trying to close my account from past 2 months.. but no one is responding me properly..
        Now they charged 659/- rs for not keeping minimum balance in account..
        Pls let me know should I go to police sration..Or file a case against HDFC bank.. again they will charge for not keeping minimum balance.. I don't know what I m going to do with this HDFC..

        It's been 8 days no response..
        Today November 5, it's been almost 2 and half month still my problem is not solved... Today again I tried to contact the hdfc customer care 10 times but call get disconnect automatically.. nobody is responding properly..Again my 100 rs also deducted.. hdfc I never thought that your bank is like this..

          I have been charged with extra ₹4500 in my October 2020 credit card bill.
          I have mailed to hdfc credit card services mail asking the details. No reply since 1 week. Its already 20 this month. I have to pay bill by next month.
          If i don't pay the bill by time, i will again get charged with late payment penality. But these people won't respond for our queries. Then who will charge them for their irresponsible behaviour.

            I am a regular policy holder of HDFC life. Few days back received the mob call projecting HDFC life office dealing with Fraud. He told me you have purchase HDFC life policy through some Agent who is fraud party and we have blacklisted them now. He told me that since you have purchase these policy from Agent, the commission due to this party can be refunded to you. Since verbal communication do not have any standing I have told him to send me detail mail on communication on HDFC company letter Head. I have a mail from him on HDFC letter hear giving details of the payment. He told me to deposit a amount of Rs 5100 in HDFC life banks acc for some charges. Since the account is on the name of HDFC life I have believed him and transfer the money. Now he is asking me to deposit some more money which cautioned me and report the matter to you. I can produced the document and details of this acc to you. kindly look into matter as it your company reputation also .

              I have a savings account in HDFC which was opened by my current company which has the permit of zero balance.Recently my account balance was zero and it was showing in negative (-2349).When I transferred Rs 3000 in the account it is now showing Rs 649.Now where is my rest of the money gone? I am trying to contact to the customer care number but unable to talk to a bank agent as it is saying due to covid 19 restrictions we are operating with limited number of staffs. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                I had a two wheeler loan from HDFC bank.I had given Canara bank cheque to hdfc bank for clearing EMI.I failed to pay some EMIs on time.So along with those fine charges I have paid full amount on last year december.Bt Now on oct 16 they are collecting unnecessary ecs charges using the cheque I have provided to them.They have remitted Re.6187/- as ecs charges.

                    Smart Pay Problem

                    Hi Sir/Mam,

                    I had added my Electricity bill to Smart Pay service and it got deducted in first month as expected. But in second month the status is shown as active but I don't see the bill in either sechduled bills or Payment history and I got the physical bill for payment and same is reflecting in other apps like Paytm. Please solve this...

                    My account has been charged for 5517 in Oct month without my information .and on single day 4795 has been debited same without information ..Kindly refund my immediately .

                    Please note below points .
                    • This is not the 1st time HDFC has charged several times .
                    • Why jan20 Amount has been charged in Oct -19 although every month salary is getting credited in same account
                    • I don’t have EMI what is this 236*2 charges ..My Car loan was closed in April-20
                    • I have visited khandsa road Bank also and reply is “jab paisa hoga apke account mein tab katege “

                          I requested for cheque book from HDFC bank net banking on 5th october and HDFC bank dispatched the cheque book on 6th October.As per HDFC bank tracking details cheque book need to received by me on 8th October.while writing this message today is 19th October and still i am not received any cheque book.Please look into this matter.

                            I have cancelled order on Amazon, which i had done with my credit card. I immediately got a msg from hdfc that
                            Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending **** for rs. 14220.51 has been credited/reversed by Amazon on 20-10-17:13:54:52

                            But when, I checked the online statement, it is not credited into my account.

                            please help me with this.

                              I have order one phone model no. Redmi note 9 pro from amazon dated on. 8 Oct 2020 on credit card EMI.
                              But order was cancelled by amazon itself by stating "phone is having internal problem" and delivery boy took phone from me. On dated 13 oct 2020 i have received refund amount of Rs. 13406₹ but processing fee & GST% got debited from my account which has not received.
                              Again on 14 Oct 2020 refund amount got deduct along with processing fees + GST without my approval.
                              Again same product was re-ordered by amazon without my intimation amount got debited from my account along with processing fee + GST. And now who is responsible for my processing fees + gst charges got debited my account. Amazon customer care and HDFC bank not support me to resolve this issues. Now m mentally harassment with this both. Kindly help me to resolve this at as soon as possible.

                                I am Beenu Sharma customer of your bank for last 4 years holding account . I purchased a mobile phone via Amazon due some technical issue they cancelled my order. I talked to the Amazon customer service, they said that my amount has been refunded on 9 Oct 2020 . But amount is not credited to my account.

                                  Hi, i have made a transaction to AMAZON and i cancelled it later. i got a message from HDFc that: Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 9309 for Rs. 1799.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:21:44:31

                                  But I have not received any amount in my account and also HDFC customer support on call are helping properly.

                                  Its my humble request to please solve it as soon as posiible
