Hi All,
I had made the wrong payment to my Credit card. Instead of giving the acct number
card ending 8013 . I have paid into account with a card ending 8019.
I have sent the documents (Indemnity form with wrong payment details, bank statement, and Bill desk screenshot) in mail multiple times
It has already been more than a month and I have been patiently waiting for a response for the wrong payment done but I haven't heard anything from you.
I agree it is my mistake .And the wrong payment done amount is huge and no action till now, so I'm very disappointed with HDFC with the slow service you are providing. I have been a customer of HDFC from few years now. and I have been doing my payments on a regular basis. But seeing this kind for ignorance I no longer want any service from HDFC and want to cancel my Credit card. Please take necessary steps.
