Last month my credit card bill was around 12855, i pay my amount even before due date.
Then also amount is not updated yet.
And they charge me fine of 295 rs plus they added 12855 amount in this month bill.

Plus there customer service is worst, they dont have any number to connect with human executive, ivr is sending you here and there only loan option can connect.but non other option will help you, so where should i file complain.

I need everything to be clear need help.

    I have been trying to add a Beneficiary account of type "Transfer to other bank / Credit Card Payment (using NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)" to my HDFC Account using netbanking login but in vain.

    When I choose adding beneficiary, I am able to enter the account number of the beneficiary but unable to add the IFSC code. I tried searching with IFSC code alone, by adding bank name & branch code- It simply says "no records...

    I want my money back which is deducted 318 at time of covid 19 this is very bad thing do.

      The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 1720.00 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

      Ifsc: HDFC0000044
      Branch: GURGAON
      Account type: Savings account
      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

          Ay I Request You I am Regular customer in Your Hdfc Bank janak Puri Branch New Delhi-58( Branch IFSC Code- HDFC0000129). Sir I am this time Job Less and after lockdown situation is very critical, yesterday my salary 3 month hold before lockdown hit in my HDFC bank account Saving Account. Rs 30000/- & Rs 32000/- But Sir bank Hold My Fund 40000/-( Aprox).

          Yesterday evening I called my Account Relationship officer( MINAKSHI KUMARI[protected] and she told me no issue. Please visit any hdfc branch for resolve. any branch to power in this corona time to customer's problem resolve. today i am doing a conversation between the Account Relationship office Minakshi Kumari to my branch Clerk) .

          Today I am Going to My Home branch and told him about my hold fund. The bank Clerk told me it's not a bank folt, the Credit card department holds your funds so dear please go to Vikas puri New Delhi Credit card hdfc office. Then I say ok and I went to Vikaspuri, their cleak Reply is that your fund holds your concern branch like revenue hold and other things. Please go to your home branch. Your credit card Oct 20 month balance is 17-18 thousand approx. and all payment is clear, Credit card and branch clerk both told me the same reply.

          Sir i am Job less and not any option with me my credit card outstanding oct 20 month is[protected] mid. Sir Credit card is autopay in my account, but i am pay counter cash payment last time 32000/-, Note Sir i am serving at this time in very critical moments if you do not release my hold fund then i commit suside.

          So Sir Kindly Request you please take the issue seriously and release My fund immediately.

            I am kiran vasant tamireddy, i was charges 6000 rupees for non maintaining the account, But i was not aware about the bank account because as this account was opened in previous company and the same company i left two years back..so i am unable to pay this much of amount..so can i get some waive off amount for the same so remaining amount i could pay and close the same..

            please assist me here..

              One of the ####S from collection agency NAMED GAURAV[protected] called me and was very rude while talking. I know I have to make the payment which I was supposed to be done today OR Max by monday. But his words and the way he was TALKING WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. I WANT SUCH ### TO BE REMOVED FROM THE COMPANY AS THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS WHOSE RECORD WAS CLEAN BEFORE THIS PANDEMIC. THIS PANDEMIC MADE PEOPLE CHANGED THEIR LIFE DUE TO LOOSING THEIR JOBS. AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ME SO THAT MADE DIFFICULT ME TO PAY ON TIME.

              DON'T MAKE SUCH ### TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS AS THE PEOPLE IN DEPRESSION CAN COMMIT SUICIDE.

              I WANT SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THIS #### AND WANT UPDATE ON THIS ASAP.

                The amount of Rs 2721.04 is debited from account towards my credit card (FUND TRF DM) without my knowledge and its happening from few months. I have not enabled auto debit. Issue is not that you have debited the amount. I should have been told that if due date has passed then HDFC will do auto debit. I was not told/ informed about this. This means that HDFC will do its own will and start taking amount from my account without my permission??

                  Refund of inr 2310 was initiated from swiggy on 2/10/2020. It was supposed to be credited in my account by 3 working days. Its already 17th.

                          I have received a legal notice today (15/10/2020) stating I am liable to pay Rs.11, 675/- in lieu of the notice period not been cleared. Adding to this I had been receiving emails from HDFC Bank regarding the same topic, to which I had been replying again and again but received no response in return.

                          Even I have replied to all whom it was cc, but no one replied to me back. I am confident that i haven't signed an offer letter. Therefore, it doesn't bind me to pay any dues. So if in case you have my signed offer letter or any document which binds me to pay the dues, then please send me a scanned copy as proof as well as for my reference.

                              Still not solve problem by your side I dont want this member ship now it's showing 1535 amount unbilled in my card what the hell are you guys doing. Is it the way you solve customers problems. I strictly told you that I don't want your discount or anything Just give me back my 1535 as soon as possible. And in my account you mark my problem as solve but it's not solve what in the world guys you think you solve this problem. First it's 1399 ruppes unbilled showing now it's 1535 ruppes showing. Give me back my money and Cancel your Goddamn services.

                                  Credit card - not giving sms

                                  The hdfc bank regalia credit card is not giving sms after a transaction. Today I made a transaction for rrs.16749/- and I did not even get a SMS. So there is no way of knowing whether actually how much was deducted from account. Their pathethic website If i login i cant see that transaction in unbilled transactions also, such is the quality of their servce. If i call customer care there is no one to pick up and they say reason is covid, then...
