Address: 801, Hamlin Apartment

This is regarding card no [protected], there was a transaction in Dec 2019, reported to the bank on 29th Feb 2020. Dispute form for this was deposited in Sector 29 gurugram branch in March 2020.
Mail for the dispute form was sent on 23rd July 2020. many reminders where sent but instead of resolving the issue. The bank is harassing me to make the payments.
I am ok to pay the outstanding once the amounts charged wrongly are reversed with interest.
The amount in question is INR 24, 529

    Hello,
    RRN number # :[protected]
    Customer identification number :64129504
    Transaction Amount : 20, 000 rupees

    I have done a transaction of Rs.20, 000 on 09 Oct 2020 .The transaction got timed out but the money has been debited from my account. The transaction got failed because of the timeout error which happened at the hdfc bank’s end.

    Receiver has not received the amount. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap. This is urgent and high priority please

      I am Amrit Raj holding an hdfc bank account in Hyderabad India. I have sent Rs.20, 000 to my friend and the money got debited from my bank account and I received a message that my transaction has been timed out but the recipient did not get credited with the amount .



      I sincerely request you to refund back the amount to my account immediately .It’s urgent for me.

        Cancellation of One Assist Membership

        I am an HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8962 without my concern on date:09/10/2020.           I made a successfull transaction of 799 rps through gpay app on 29 sept 2020 which was requested by avenue india pvt ltd to order on max fashion app.I made transaction but my order didn't placed and money got deducted from my bank .I have even registered a complaint to ccavenue but they are saying please contact to your bank as they have refunded on 30 sept, but it is not showing in my account .

              Ofus emi or any other emi it usually cuts my amount stating that and my unbilled status is not always updated only few payment it shows because of that i have to wait for full month bill summary which create issue when any refund amount credited but not shown on the card status its application mobile app does not work properly. Everytime recieved non sense advice of calling thier helpdesk while when i call they only give machine response i have never reached customer care. I hate these bank made autodeductions i want proper otp and all. Even my netflix amount got autodeducted sayng it was new facility with hdfc i dont consider it as facility.. And please deduct emi when i ask for it

                          Robbery and fraud of hdfc bank loan branch amritsar
                          Actually hdfc sanctioned a durebel loan for me under the conditions as mentioned below.
                          1) rate of interest 0%
                          2) cash back up to 5%
                          But
                          1) bank charge intrest @15% from me
                          2) not give any cash back
                          3) extra charges rs 531/-
                          4) one more extra they charged me rs 258/ which is totally injustice with me.
                          This all scam is done by sumeer and sahil who is bank representative and didn't provided me all dacuments so please take a suitable action and get me justice.

                                  The hdfc bank has put a hold on funds 492.75 inr as mi revenue hold through gefu.

                                  First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lots of time and ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate.. After all the effort of customer service is not helpful.

                                  The same was happened in few months before as well.

                                  I have sent mail as well but no received any mail.
                                  Could you please look into and refund the amount asap.

                                    Really very worst service by hdfc bank and seriously i will sue you people in consumer court because with out sending any proper information about amount deduction in my account i kept money for my son treatment u people deducted money now he was in serious position and now also i dont have money to pay hospital fee also really hdfc people are stupids a d i dont have any word to tell u people really blady fellow really you people cannot understand relationship you people running a bank and your no1 in the world really not no1 really u people are "0". You people have only interest to collect money only in this lockdown time we didn't receive salary also i took this money from others for interest for hospital but u deducted money from account with out permissions how dare to deduct money from account my salary account not map with loan account. The amount settled for 5200 and i received call on 21st of march 2020 i requested them give time for 2days after that lockdown. On that time also blady fellows speaking as their wish and used unused language and i wrote mail also regarding that.

                                    I have 1 small doubt really u people know relationship between customers and bank.

                                    I thought that u people have interest collecting money in from customers and i have to close the account also and i never step in to hdfc bank my total family will do suisaid and i will keep vedios on social media and i will teach a lesson to u people.

                                    1) as per rbi rules with out info should not deduct any money

                                    2) u people really stupids because now also showing -11700 in my account

                                    3) really u people have commonsense give my money back and if possible give 2 emis i will pay in 2 months

                                    4) i wont leave my money to any one and when i am taking loan no one told to me about cheques bounce charges

                                    5) when i am taking loan on that time ur executives not telling all just begging for signature only

                                    6) i have "n"number of options in the market ur executives only insist for taking loan

                                    7) finally i want my money back which deducted from my account 14132+1100+560 in a 10days why i am giving 10days u people only have "corona"

                                    Shameless fellow really in hdfc bank how you people deducted money from account in lockdown time
