I post credit card closer form through speed post date 1/10/2020 and my form reached in date 5/10/2020 and today is 10/10/2020 they not send me any confirmation mail to receiving letter,
Even without my permission they reissue new credit card and that card is shown as Active card also display Total Unbilled Debits is INR 15, 648.33
even i am not getting any credit card from HDFC and i am not using credit card,
My request is that please clarify above Unbilled Debits and provide my credit card closer status ASAP

I have raised my complaint Oct-10-2020 but not reply from HDFC credit division,
if i raised my complaint before 1 month they not take any action what is the use Of this Consumer Complaints forum. if you people not handle from your end only this platform to display complaint
and comments thats why we raised here our complaint .

    Dear sir,
    It is very sad to say to Sir that on the date-07/10/2020 of 2000 withdrawal from the ATM of State Bank of India, the transmission time was out but the rupee was deducted from my account and I did not even give the slip from the ATM.

      I have applied for DCEMI Moratorium in month of June for June to August.
      Pfa for Screenshot of online applied request.
      Now I have one shot cleared all pending EMI's,
      And Now my HDFC Saving Account balance is showing -7800 rs. as bounce charges.
      Please do the Needful.

        Hi,
        Received a SMS stating :
        Alert!
        Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to CLIX CAPITAL SERVICES PVT LTD GURGAON with value Rs. 55000.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing.

        On October 8th 2020 night.
        On receipt I visited my Home branch on October 9th morning, because I didn't initiate anything with clix capital and HDFC for 55, 000/-. Branch official had no idea.

        Then placed a call to HDFC customer care at [protected]. After explaining everything I was assured that issued has been take note of. complaint no BANC[protected].

        Later on 9th evening I received this message

        ACH Debit mandate registered for Rs. 55000 /- in A/c No.XXXXXXXXX03351 for CLIX CAPITAL SERVICES PVT LTD GURGAON with UMRN No.HDFC[protected].

        What is happening? Who is approving all this without my consent.
        Been trying to reach HDFC phone banker... Without any success

          Address: 801, Hamlin Apartment

          This is regarding card no [protected], there was a transaction in Dec 2019, reported to the bank on 29th Feb 2020. Dispute form for this was deposited in Sector 29 gurugram branch in March 2020.
          Mail for the dispute form was sent on 23rd July 2020. many reminders where sent but instead of resolving the issue. The bank is harassing me to make the payments.
          I am ok to pay the outstanding once the amounts charged wrongly are reversed with interest.
          The amount in question is INR 24, 529

            Hello,
            RRN number # :[protected]
            Customer identification number :64129504
            Transaction Amount : 20, 000 rupees

            I have done a transaction of Rs.20, 000 on 09 Oct 2020 .The transaction got timed out but the money has been debited from my account. The transaction got failed because of the timeout error which happened at the hdfc bank’s end.

            Receiver has not received the amount. Please look into this issue and resolve it asap. This is urgent and high priority please

              I am Amrit Raj holding an hdfc bank account in Hyderabad India. I have sent Rs.20, 000 to my friend and the money got debited from my bank account and I received a message that my transaction has been timed out but the recipient did not get credited with the amount .



              I sincerely request you to refund back the amount to my account immediately .It’s urgent for me.

                Cancellation of One Assist Membership

                I am an HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8962 without my concern on date:09/10/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/- ASAP.

                  I made a successfull transaction of 799 rps through gpay app on 29 sept 2020 which was requested by avenue india pvt ltd to order on max fashion app.I made transaction but my order didn't placed and money got deducted from my bank .I have even registered a complaint to ccavenue but they are saying please contact to your bank as they have refunded on 30 sept, but it is not showing in my account .

                      Ofus emi or any other emi it usually cuts my amount stating that and my unbilled status is not always updated only few payment it shows because of that i have to wait for full month bill summary which create issue when any refund amount credited but not shown on the card status its application mobile app does not work properly. Everytime recieved non sense advice of calling thier helpdesk while when i call they only give machine response i have never reached customer care. I hate these bank made autodeductions i want proper otp and all. Even my netflix amount got autodeducted sayng it was new facility with hdfc i dont consider it as facility.. And please deduct emi when i ask for it

                          Got a msg without otp 169 rs deducted on 4th jan at 21:28:53 but i have not used that, dont knw how that ppl have got my details is hdfc security that low that my card details are known by some other people. Below you can see actual message.

                              Too high interest charged for ecs failure, where sufficiency balance was available in account, hdfc informed on 7th oct that ecs failed and i paid amount online on 8th oct, emi date was 5th oct, they have charged me 523rs for 2 days. Psa snap.

                                  Robbery and fraud of hdfc bank loan branch amritsar
                                  Actually hdfc sanctioned a durebel loan for me under the conditions as mentioned below.
                                  1) rate of interest 0%
                                  2) cash back up to 5%
                                  But
                                  1) bank charge intrest @15% from me
                                  2) not give any cash back
                                  3) extra charges rs 531/-
                                  4) one more extra they charged me rs 258/ which is totally injustice with me.
                                  This all scam is done by sumeer and sahil who is bank representative and didn't provided me all dacuments so please take a suitable action and get me justice.
