We availed housing loan from hdfc bank 3 years ago. In January 2020, they debited emi twice ( regular emi, after applying for automatic debit option). We did prepayment on June 2020. But they debited emi for June month .when closing the loan account, their website showed us that rs. 48000 /- has to be refunded to us.(1. June month debited emi., 2. January month twice debited emi). Even their staff confirmed us the same. They refunded 21000/- to us in July month. But 26000/- was pending. After 3 to 4 months, now they are saying that there is no amount to be refunded. They not giving any clear clarification about the amount collected twice on January 2020.
