    I’m Jayanta Pakrashi from Kolkata, trying to get some help from you. I have already visited HDFC offices several times and called the customer care too, but didn’t get any solution to the issue. I also sent emails to the following customer services emails and didn’t get a single reply!

    I had a car loan account in the HDFC bank[protected] which was completed in September 2020. I didn't receive NOC till now after making several calls to the customer care and visiting loan office in Kolkata at Gillander House. I came to know that the issue is me being a ‘defaulter’ in credit card. I paid all my due in the credit card account on 1st March with an extra balance amount of RS 233. But the system has not been updated yet and everyone passes the responsibilities to the other team!

    Could you please check this issue and let me know the reason? I’m having real trouble even though my asset delivery is stuck due to this.

      Dear Bank Officials ( if any reading this from HDFC),

      Covid 19 is a same situation for all. Like the way you are doing your job for your livelihood in the bank, there are lakhs of people suffering now because of no jobs/salary deduction/EMI's/Charges etc.

      In this situation, one have a bank account so that they can atleast keep their whatever money they have for hard time. But if bank itself will start duping customers, where should we go then???

      It seems you people are waiting for the amount in the account and you just block it and then even use it without any information to the customer. This is absolutely wrong and unethical as per the agreement signed by the customer.

      Like all complaints raised above, you people have debited my account too unknowingly.

      Highly unacceptable behaviour from a bank like yours.

        I was to receieve a refund of rs. 21499 and it is almost 1 month I have not recieved my money.
        I am trying my best to reach out but it is ofno help. Worst Customer support. Neither the bank helps nor the customer care executives.
        They are just rolling this by asking for this and that, but till date I have not recieved the money.

          I submitted account closure request at Hdfc Infopark branch kochi. Bank staff told me they are unable to close my aacount due to credit card seen for me. I have told them that I am not using any credit card nor received any. As suggested by them I have contacted customer care and they told me there is no credit card linked to my registered mobile. I told the same to bank staff. But my account closure request was closed saying to sumbit a new request as they cant hold the request pending for more than 7 days.

            I had made a payment with Aditya Birla insurance using my HDFC Debit card on Sep 1. Due to issues, I requested the recipient Aditya Birla to cancel my transaction. They agreed and processed the refund for the whole amount. On Oct 9, I received an SMS from "VD-HDFCBK" that the transaction has been reversed by ADITYABIRLA1187xxx that the amount has been reversed onto my debit card. I received the message at[protected]:11:21:45. However the money is not credited into my account till today.

              Cancellation of One Assist Membership
              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3647 without my concern on date:04/10/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

              +912268930201 This number call me 28 sep 2020 at 4:45pm and Told me benefits about my card and after recive my credit card I check my creditcard online and there is no any Unnecessary charges but on 4 October 2020 I got message that Dear Cardmember, OneAssist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 3647. Membership will be processed and Welcome kit dispatched shortly.so i dont know how that services is activated but i dont want this services and give me refund my 1399 rupess as soon as possible. It's been 3 days but not valid response from your bank.

                  Hi Team,
                  My IMPS transaction worth 100000 rupees failed on 09/10/2020 due to timed out at beneficiary's bank which is SBI. We have checked with SBI branch and they are saying they did not receive any request with specified reference number. It's been 4 days now when I did this transaction. Could you please help me out to resolve the issue.

                      I m apply fastag on 20 sep 2020 for my second car n after apply I receive mail to recharge done 200rs on first car fastag which I m not done I m apply second car fastag amount 500 rs n 200 for security n 300 wallet balance so I haven't receive new fastag n automatically recharge of 200 which I'm not done so help with new apply fastag n track n any help plz

                        Had made a transaction of Rs. 30, 000 with my ICICI debit card with a hospital. The hospital has then done a void sale on the same amount in order to cancel/refund my transaction. The amount is still not credited back to my icici bank account. Had a talk to ICICI and they say that the merchants Bank need to perform the reversal. Hence reaching out here. The merchants Bank is HDFC.
                        I need the money urgently to pay hospital bills and hence raising a complaint here.

                            .Actually hdfc sanctioned a durebel loan for me under the conditions as mentioned below.
                            1)Rate of interest 0%
                            2) cash back up to 5%
                            But
                            1)Bank charge intrest @15% from me
                            2)Not give any cash back
                            3) Extra charges rs 531/-
                            4) One more extra They charged me rs 258/ which is totally injustice with me.
                            This all scam is done by sumeer and sahil who is bank representative and didn't provided me all dacuments so please take a suitable action and get me justice.

                                Netbanking Locked

                                I've called HDFC customer support in May regarding a fraud transaction. They then blocked my Netbanking/UPI/Debit Card.
                                Now when I called customer care again to unlock my Netbanking they asked me to go to the nearest bank which I did. They asked me to fill a form, I received a new debit card but still I am not able to access my Netbanking no matter how many times I reached out to Nearest bank and customer care.

                                  With reference to above, I've received a notice from Advocate Amit Kumar, saying my Personal Loan is being recalled and to pay the full amount of the loan.
