The hdfc bank has put a hold on funds 492.75 inr as mi revenue hold through gefu.

First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lots of time and ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate.. After all the effort of customer service is not helpful.

The same was happened in few months before as well.

I have sent mail as well but no received any mail.
Could you please look into and refund the amount asap.

HDFC bank also has deducted 97 INR on Oct 6th. And many times they have deducted..please refund my all the unnecessary deducted amount

    Really very worst service by hdfc bank and seriously i will sue you people in consumer court because with out sending any proper information about amount deduction in my account i kept money for my son treatment u people deducted money now he was in serious position and now also i dont have money to pay hospital fee also really hdfc people are stupids a d i dont have any word to tell u people really blady fellow really you people cannot understand relationship you people running a bank and your no1 in the world really not no1 really u people are "0". You people have only interest to collect money only in this lockdown time we didn't receive salary also i took this money from others for interest for hospital but u deducted money from account with out permissions how dare to deduct money from account my salary account not map with loan account. The amount settled for 5200 and i received call on 21st of march 2020 i requested them give time for 2days after that lockdown. On that time also blady fellows speaking as their wish and used unused language and i wrote mail also regarding that.

    I have 1 small doubt really u people know relationship between customers and bank.

    I thought that u people have interest collecting money in from customers and i have to close the account also and i never step in to hdfc bank my total family will do suisaid and i will keep vedios on social media and i will teach a lesson to u people.

    1) as per rbi rules with out info should not deduct any money

    2) u people really stupids because now also showing -11700 in my account

    3) really u people have commonsense give my money back and if possible give 2 emis i will pay in 2 months

    4) i wont leave my money to any one and when i am taking loan no one told to me about cheques bounce charges

    5) when i am taking loan on that time ur executives not telling all just begging for signature only

    6) i have "n"number of options in the market ur executives only insist for taking loan

    7) finally i want my money back which deducted from my account 14132+1100+560 in a 10days why i am giving 10days u people only have "corona"

    Shameless fellow really in hdfc bank how you people deducted money from account in lockdown time

        My name is naveen

        I applied for hdfc credit card 12days back. On 25/09/2020. I got a message saying that " dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no is 20i[protected]ns

        I didn't get any call for verification or anything till now.

        Whenever i check for its status it says in process. How many more days will need to process that??

          Very frequently I get unsolicited personal loan calls from HDFC bank during a Business week. Though I have explained multiple times that I do not need a loan and have even blocked their numbers, they continue to call me from new numbers. This is harassing me a lot and would like to lodge a complaint in the consumer court against HDFC bank.

                HDFC Bank is operating in a very unprofessional and unethical manner.
                My Sister was given a Credit Card 3 years back and after so many months, Bank has sent a bill of 5500 rs as part of the activation & annual fee. Whereas, Credit Card is never used or activated by the customer yet.

                Since one week, we are trying to reach out to the right department in HDFC with no help. We are being pushed from Branch to collection office to Customer Care.

                Customer Care is not user friendly and not able to get hold of any Service agent to address this issue.

                    Hi,

                    There are two option to reset the forgot password of net banking.
                    1. To get the otp one on register mobile no and registered email id and working
                    2. To enter the debit card details. (eventhough I have forgot the pin)

                    I can receive the otp on mobile but not receiving on registered email id.
                    Without that i am not able to change the net banking password.

                    I cannot able to visit the nearest branch as I am struck in USA

                      I had purchased a sony tv using hdfc cashback offer on 29/10/2019
                      The offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not working and is of no use at all.
                      This was purchased from Croma Koramangala, we were in a follow up with hdfc sales executive in 3rd month, he said that it will be coming in 5th month loan completed on 6th of aug 2020 till now we have not received cash back amount 3884 no response from manager also.

                      Kindly look into the issue and credit my cashback into my account at earliest.

                                  We availed housing loan from hdfc bank 3 years ago. In January 2020, they debited emi twice ( regular emi, after applying for automatic debit option). We did prepayment on June 2020. But they debited emi for June month .when closing the loan account, their website showed us that rs. 48000 /- has to be refunded to us.(1. June month debited emi., 2. January month twice debited emi). Even their staff confirmed us the same. They refunded 21000/- to us in July month. But 26000/- was pending. After 3 to 4 months, now they are saying that there is no amount to be refunded. They not giving any clear clarification about the amount collected twice on January 2020.
