My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. I logged into my account for some reason on 1st september 2020 and i see that i have rs -6000 around in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. I just want the account to be get closed

    I did payment of my credit card with in given time and 31k finance charges were imposed. This is the second time they imposed during covid period. Due to covid situation the cheque didn't credit to bank earlier and they imposed 25k, even though there was 3 days grace period for payment to credit per bank policy. There is no cc to provide clarification and the netbanking is totally useless raise disputes. I should say worst service by hdfc bank during covid. I tried reaching relationship managers and regional heads but none of them care to even acknowledge my emails. The bank is looting customers during covid period. Please take some action.

    There is no action taken by HDFC bank yet. I tried reaching all Customer care and regional heads emails and but all effort in vain

      I havecharged with my credit card on 25/09/2020 at 23.52.30 with rs 3600/- and got confirmation from bank my account is debited but to my surprise the same is not reflect to my wallet no [protected] my id[protected] i request to resolve the same as i am in travelling

          Sir/madam,

          My application is in discussion with 15th august 2020, but till today i haven't received a proper service / satisfaction from hdfc cc division.
          Last time also i was allotted indigo 6e reward card, i asked to change the type of card as mentioned below, but my application was declined for the same.

          1) teachers platinum
          2) platinum edge
          3) freedom
          4) solitaire credit card
          5) titanium edge

          Later it was in process, after doing residence & office verification, submitting all documents, without a single phone call on the allotted card / choice to select a card.
          I have been allotted indigo 6e xl card, i came to know after receiving a message and email from indigo which has annual fees of rs. 2500.
          Why are you not giving an option to select a card for a customer as per his/her requirement? Why are you promoting indigo for a non-frequent flyer?
          Do you think customers are buffoons to accept any type of card provided by hdfc?

          Thanks for your time in causing the inconvenience again and again.
          Kindly cancel my application / information / credit card account (If created) with hdfc.

          Without Contacting / Calling Customer for Updating type of card allotted, how you're fulfilling Terms & Conditions of HDFC Bank, as Customer should know about Joining & Annual Fees of his / her card which is going to be processed.

          My card has been dispatched, without my knowledge, after receiving e-mail & SMS, i came to know the card is dispatched, even till today, not a single executive has called and asked about the problem faced.
          I request others also, do not believe HDFC Bank, who themselves mark as best bank. This is the worst experience which i have gone through.

          Card has reached destination, however it was processed without my concern & knowledge, Hence i will not accept the shipment, its HDFC responsibility to look after it about cancellation, HDFC Don't Cares.

            Hello sir due to carona i am statying in my village i can't go to bank and close my account. I am not using any of your services from past 3 yrs. But every year they are charging am paying. This time they charged -1400. I dont even have hdfc debit card and credit card. I request you please close my account

                I ananya kaushik from shahdol had applied for back office job and got call for interview they claim that they are from hdfc bank head office and they asked for registration fees and security deposit and the name has been told was jatin raghav hr deputy manager of head office.
                Got call from phone number-[protected]
                Near about rs 14000 has beed already paid in the name of bank formalities.
                Kindly look into this issue.

                  I applied for hdfc fastag (Hfr[protected] online on 9/9/2020. The wallet is activated but have not yet received the rfid sticker. Customer care number[protected] is not accepting call since once week.

                    I ananya kaushik hereby informed you that i have registered for job and then i got call and they claim that they are from hdfc bank and they did all the formalities and asked to pay in the name of registration fees and security deposit and then in the name of account opening.
                    They took near about rs 14000/-
                    Kindly look into this issue.

                        My name is omprakash saroj and my credit card no [protected] since holding last 12 to 13 years. Last oct-nov 2019 i try for settlement but not settled from bank till date so outstanding amt. 62000 till date i have already paid monthly installment before 2019 monthly basis but april 2019 he deduct my hole salary without intimation and i have send mail so many times to hdfc customer care but not any reply to me but that from last one year unnecessary charges are coming in my bill and total out standing is 6200/- you are requested to kindly close my cards and make the amount 20, 000 in final, so that account can be clear.

                          I was mis-sold a pension policy by my so called'relationship manager'. He and his boss were continually after me to buy this policy and quoting it's numerous (Non-existent) benefits.

                          They would have obviously known that this policy was not for me, but they wanted their commission and promotion. They were only thinking about how they will benefit.

                          They are snakes, lying snakes. Beware.

                          I have lost lakhs of rupees in interest when my premium was locked in to the policy. After fighting bitterly with these self-centered cheats, i got my premiums back.

                          Once they sold me the pension plan, they were totally uncaring, especially the person who sold it to me. I raised a grievance with their grievance cell but no response or acknowledgment was received.

                          I had to escalate multiple times, my health suffered and i was in very bad shape.

                          Stay away from these cheats; it's a third-rate company or even much worse.

                            Also, the customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                            First of all, it's hard to reach customer service because it takes alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                            Please have a look on the issue, kindly recover my balance to my account.

                                  On every year 27th september, the amount of rs 2599 is deducted from my account without any intimation (Without asking pin or otp). It is showing like it is done by cponeassis pos debit. I don't want this kind of services. Please deactivate this kind of services for my account prior to this year deduction.

                                    I have never asked hdfc bank to open any demat account for me or activate it. I have never in my life used hdfc demat account.
                                    Hdfc has debited 885 rs from my salary account towards demat depository charges. I have never asked hdfc to open, activate or deactivate any demat account. My hdfc customer id is 39663561. Kindly help.

                                      Today i have received a call from mrs. Archana customer care hdfc credit card mob no:[protected]
                                      She advice me that hdfc bank is sending welcome kit by debiting rs 8999/- in my credit card ac. But i refused to don't send any kit to me because i can not pay the said amt & i have no need of this kit.
                                      She use rough language & forced me.
                                      Please help me.
