Today at marathahalli HDFC ATM approx time 8.41pm I withdraw twice Cash 10k and 10k.but received one time 9.5k.

I need my money back Rs.500

    I am Krishnan 59 years old having credit card with Hdfc from last one year . In that they are deducting money approximately 2900 without my knowledge but I was not aware that initially .Now I stopped to purchase from this card even though they are deducting 2900 approx from this I got to know that. so I did contact Hdfc customer care they are telling insurance activated 33000 per year. I didn’t give any form or agreements.so I stopped to pay the bills. Now bank peoples are chasing me and making depression. Please do needful help for closing insurance and that credit card . Also need refund of 5 months paid insurance money

      Respected sir/madam

      Thank you for your support There is only one request that stops the calls that I am getting from your bank.
      your bank all loan payment complet my past record is ok but credit amount pending because covid 19 and job issue major problem i am able to work because
      I can not work due to( epilepsy disease), it's a major problem in my life.
      I am best trying to clear your outstanding trust me sir stiil know i'm not able pending outstanding clear because physically and mentlaly not fit
      t's my humble appeal to please stop such misbehaving and abusive calls and please ask them to keep approaching with some humaneness. They threaten me every time and disrespectfully talk on calls and threaten me to take out my valuables from my house anytime.
      Please stop this dangerous call .
      If you have anything in your bank, nobody earns in my house, I am the only earner please handle this problem, again and again your bank call day to day use very dangerous language .
      I AM Suffering this time for bad calls and misbehaving, threatened sir please support me i am critical condition

        Date : 1st October 2020, around 11:45 am, I have transferred amount of RS 21, 000 to a beneficiary kotak account.. the amount got deducted from my hdfc account but I didn't receive any notification alert, and also the beneficiary account is not credited with that amount.
        Please look into it and either refund the amount or credit it to the beneficiary account.
        I tried to call the customer care number but no one was available.
        Looking forward for your support.

            My savings account was kept on hold for 10K in my account because of delay in credit card payment. I have paid the credit card bill and it is more than 3 days and still it is kept on hold.

            I checked with collection department, they said amount will release within two days but nothing has been done.

              Dear team

              Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

              I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

              My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 7549 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

              Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
              And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                Before writing something to you i would like to say that i have trust in consumer forum that you will surely help people.

                I hold credit card of hdfc bank from last long years & taken personal loan 1 times for 84k & two wheelers i never bounced emi as well as credit card outstanding also paid on time, but this time only little amount of shopping done over the credit limit & hdfc bank applied charged around 17500/- over limit fees & so i am requesting you to please reverse the overlimit fees to my account as i am the customer of hdfc bank from long years & never never bounced bill payments & emi, so please reverse the charges asap.

                  I purchased an iphone more than 3 months back using my hdfc debit card opting for the 5000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

                    I have been charged extra for my credit card bill. Description of the extra charges says

                    1) offus emi prin - 1226.29
                    2) offus emi, int. - 173.36

                    I tried calling the customer care a lot of time but there are no executive available to talk to raise this issue.

                      The customer care is fooling everytime i talk to them, everyone they say they r raising request for new issue of fastag as currentky it is showing blacklisted.. Basically doing nothing just fooling out do this recharge pay this amount. Still no update its been more than 1 month i am doung this

                      Customer care executives miss mizba and mr shahrukh evenr after asking them more than 5 times to transfer the call to senior didnt do that moreover not at all equipped with the knowledge of fast tag at all shocked to see this behaviour for customer

                          I have been charged 1406 mirevenue hold gefu.. What nonsense is this who pays so much.? I want the money back. You guys are charging like anything. How is your bank a customer friendly one?

                          If you cannot return the amount just close the savings account.. I dont need a bank which ruins my savings rather than helping me save!

                            Hello, when I opened the account, the banking representative told me that I could update my address easily and have my welcome kit sent. However my address never got updated and welcome kit went to the old address and got returned. Now my account is blocked and my company will not transfer salary until it is unblocked. WHY WAS THERE THIS DELAY???

                              unauthorised charges nwd decchg - amount deducted

                              Amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

                              This is to inform that on february 2, 2020 i bought an iphone11 from iphone store. I was assured of rs. 6000 cashback but i haven't received any. It was to be coming within 120 days. Now it has been more than that.
                              This is not the type of service expected from such highly reputed private banks. We as a customer hold high expectations from the company. Kindly look into the matter and process the cashback as soon as possible.

                                Recently, for the last 20 days, i have been continually being harassed by your collection team unnecessarily. I am sorry to say but the collection team is not only very unprofessional but seems uneducated as also very ill mannered. They don't have manners how to speak to client. They use filthy languages.

                                  The hdfc bank has charged me rs 885.00 for depository charges on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Narration as provided by the bank: "depository charges aug[protected]" oand has been deducted from my account on 16 sep 2020.
