Hi,

I am subhajyoti senapati. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have 2 refunds in this number. A refund based on 05-jul - 2020 for rs -556.00 bank reference number is - 75260770172004239526063 and a refund based on 05-jul - 2020 for rs -644.00 bank reference number is - 75260770172004239526063. Already 2 months gone but no solution. I mailed to [protected]@payzapp.in on 16 october and today is 8 september 2020 but till yet no results. I also messaged through facebook but no response.

    I had changed RS590 as ACH DEBIT RETURN CHARGES for 15times on 3rd September I had no idea whey had changed on my account but what I know is as a global pandemic there will be no charges levied on check bounce or any type of loan repayment Charges etc but no one from bank side is responding properly tried to call to the customer care but no response due to pandemic and even visited one of the branch but sadly no response from them side too not even they raised compliant even they don't have time to check the transaction. I had got charged around 9.5k totally as ACH DEBIT RETURN CHARGES on this pandemic situation.
    Hope by this I can get some solution for this.

    I have the same concern, got debited around 6k, and the bank is not giving the explanation. I have all the proof with me, i want my amount back or i will close the account.

      This is to inform you that i have shown there is a deduction of two times in my account on same day (07th sept 2020) for amb charges for july & august respectively. As you aware that due to covid-19 pandemic there is no source of income has been received by my company. Company has provided only 50% salary that is 13000 or 10000.in this amount i have to spend my house rent, electricity bill and all duly expenses. And you guys charges amb charges of rs. 928/- respectively. Kindly refund my amount.

        I, atul raj, want to close my account as soon as possible. My account number is[protected]. I can not come to your branch office since i have left jodhpur in 2016. I opened a salary account in hdfc bank in 2015 which required no maintenance minimum balance (Or the account is opened with zero balance requirement). But letter you have converted my account to salary to saving without my permission.
        So, kindly close my account
        Every quarterly hdfc imposing me -600 charge on me which leads to my account in negative balance which is against rbi policyrbi/2014-15/308 dbr. Dir. Bc. No.47/13.03.00/2014-15 november 20, 2014 which said "it should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance". So, kindly requested to set my account balance to zero and close my account as soon as possible.

          This is the worst experience i have been through in any of the banks so far.

          I am customer with hdfc with last 1 years with holding a saving account, two wheeler loan and many services.
          Last month i deposit money on my bank account but money is not credited to my account but is still on hold.
          And bank is charging mantainance charge instead of crediting money to my account

                Without any kind of warning, hdfc bank deducted a very high amount of inr 354 + inr 708 on 07 sep 2020 from my savings account.
                I never received any mail, call or notice for not maintaing the account balance even when my account balance was just inr 2000.
                And this time when i had account balance of inr 6990 with recurring deposit of inr 12000 with just one month of maturity. Hdfc bank has deducted such a high amount without any warning.
                Please help me. Please refund my hard-earned money.

                  When my account has been opening in bank. Bank member said that this is zero balane account. So, due to panademic my account balance might be below 1000 but it was not null.

                  Now bank charged non maintenance fees. But why bank charged, if account was of zero balance account?

                  It is totally fraud.
                  .
                  Give me explanation and regund my amount.
                  It is totally disgusting behavior.

                    Since from morning i have checked my account balance and i had rupees 1, 351 on my account, exactly by 08:07pm today i went to debit money from my account but it showed me i have got rupees 64.38, i need, and it's too urgent u have to get tablets to my grandma, since the bank has debited this account for asd charges, i really don't know what is this, i need my money bank and this is not a proper way to take my money just like that please consider this as an emergency and get my money back which is rupees 1, 351

                      In your side i had maintaining the loan for my bike and in the month of 08th june 2020 in the date nach mandate charge had been made for rs.118 but in the month of 07th september2020 twice the charge was made rs.118& rs.118 and we do the need the proper details of the nach charges for more than once kindly clear the details loan details enclosed for the details

                            I'm utterly disappointed by hdfc's services.
                            I just finished submitting 2 query forms and now i've been told that none of my queries will be taken further as they aren't sent by my registered email address. Apparently, in the present pandemic crisis, hdfc expects its customers to go to the branch for the smallest o[censored]pdates when it must online.
                            Our local city branch is closed due to recent covid positive cases there, now what should i do? The same thing happened with address change, i uploaded my valid self-attested id twice on the website but hdfc denies my request every time and i'm told to reach the bank branch.
                            As if it wasn't hard enough before to get in touch with the reps on call, now they don't even entertain queries like this anymore.
                            My account balance has gone below the minimum requirement due to mirevenue hold by the bank, when i haven't even used it in the last couple of months. And i can't get a hold of anyone at all!!

                            Please help me!!

                                I had made a payment on irctc which was then cancelled and returned by irctc successfully. Evident bellow in the message i received from hdfc

                                Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 5385.00 has been credited/reversed by irctc11779 on[protected]:15:21:59

                                The money has yet not been returned. This is the such of time i am facing such an issue.

                                  I had raised a request with HDFC life in the month of April, 2020 that i want to surrender my policy as i am in need of money due to current pandemic situation and the customer care explained me that i can surrender the policy only after 25th July 2020 which is 5 year lock in period. By that time i had gathered all the information for raising the request and i had raised a request on 29th July and they were raising queries again and again that so and so document not received, i patiently provided all the documents required and on 15 th Aug it was mentioned that documents received and it is transferred to concern team, today it is 7th of sep and still the request is not processed neither the status is shared by HDFC Life, i want my policy to be surrender asap

                                    I have purchased a policy no :[protected] hdfc life progrowth plus on 16 oct 2015 with premium ₹ 50000.00. Which amount is pending since last five years. I want to refund this amount on completion of lock in period i. E. 16 oct 2020 with all benefit applicable and without deducting any charges from this amount. I contact hdfc life many times for surrender the policy but it not support within lock in period which is 5 years till 16 oct 2020. I want this amount back at due time without any deduction.
