I'm utterly disappointed by hdfc's services.
I just finished submitting 2 query forms and now i've been told that none of my queries will be taken further as they aren't sent by my registered email address. Apparently, in the present pandemic crisis, hdfc expects its customers to go to the branch for the smallest o[censored]pdates when it must online.
Our local city branch is closed due to recent covid positive cases there, now what should i do? The same thing happened with address change, i uploaded my valid self-attested id twice on the website but hdfc denies my request every time and i'm told to reach the bank branch.
As if it wasn't hard enough before to get in touch with the reps on call, now they don't even entertain queries like this anymore.
My account balance has gone below the minimum requirement due to mirevenue hold by the bank, when i haven't even used it in the last couple of months. And i can't get a hold of anyone at all!!

Please help me!!

      I had made a payment on irctc which was then cancelled and returned by irctc successfully. Evident bellow in the message i received from hdfc

      Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 5385.00 has been credited/reversed by irctc11779 on[protected]:15:21:59

      The money has yet not been returned. This is the such of time i am facing such an issue.

        I had raised a request with HDFC life in the month of April, 2020 that i want to surrender my policy as i am in need of money due to current pandemic situation and the customer care explained me that i can surrender the policy only after 25th July 2020 which is 5 year lock in period. By that time i had gathered all the information for raising the request and i had raised a request on 29th July and they were raising queries again and again that so and so document not received, i patiently provided all the documents required and on 15 th Aug it was mentioned that documents received and it is transferred to concern team, today it is 7th of sep and still the request is not processed neither the status is shared by HDFC Life, i want my policy to be surrender asap

          I have purchased a policy no :[protected] hdfc life progrowth plus on 16 oct 2015 with premium ₹ 50000.00. Which amount is pending since last five years. I want to refund this amount on completion of lock in period i. E. 16 oct 2020 with all benefit applicable and without deducting any charges from this amount. I contact hdfc life many times for surrender the policy but it not support within lock in period which is 5 years till 16 oct 2020. I want this amount back at due time without any deduction.

          The HDFC Life paid me Rs.53040.00 after taking my premium amount Rs. 50000.00 for five years. It is very less than expected but OK.

                07 september 2020 : amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description eaw dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                  I had placed an order on amazon and cancelled it later on september 4th, 2020. I got a message from hdfc on september 5th, 2020 :

                  Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending * for rs. 22999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:41:26.

                  But i haven't received the amount yet.

                  It's been more than 48 hours since the cancellation.

                    I performed the imps transaction of amount 3000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                    I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

                    Message is as below :

                    UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 3, 000.00 on 06-09-20 timed out at beneficiary's bank. For status, contact beneficiary (IMPS Ref No.[protected]

                        My credit card is getting auto-debited of rs. 2999.00 without asking me. I had already told them to not to include one-assist 2 years back but they added it instead without permission. I need the refund of the amount and deactivate the one - assist in my credit card.

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            Ihave account by name of angad singh sachdev & mobile [protected].
                            This os regarding a complaint. I went to the bank on 3rd september to get my cash deposit charges waves off. I went to talk to the branch manager about this who is mr. Harneet singh. He ignored and completely denied to attend me as my account is a classic account and even after requesting to at least look into the charges he denied stating i can only waive it off for preferred and imperial accounts as your account is a lower category account! And very rudely he told me to contact my relationship manager mr. Pawan singh for future issues and not to bother him for anything. I was feeling very embarrassed and sad the way this manager treated me. I have an account here since last 10 years, this has never happened with me ever. Please close my account or else change my home branch. Also make sure there’s an action is taken against this person asap! I will be waiting for the positive response from you!

                              As my current credit is expiring this month, hdfc had sent new one.
                              But i got message that credit card got returned and context to helpline number.
                              I contacted helpline but all automated replies said go to hdfc.com only
                              I checked address thriough net banking it is correct, but we did not receive any such delivery try. I do not know what is exact reason for delivery failure
                              Please let me know how should i proceed further

                                I have send and informed hdfc-that i have lost job-due to pandemic and fr om april 2020- till now-i am unemployed.

                                I am in search of job and due to this pandemic-no company is giving me job and telling me to wait till this year end-december 2020.

                                Hdfc bank person took my letter and complaint-about my job less position.

                                Now the stupid-rbi and central govt is silent about emi-mor atorium and despite knowing pandemic affected each and every person and no concession is given to customers and now i am one among the crores

                                Unemployed. Hdfc bank per sons ar e heartless and they ar e bastar ds.

                                Hdfc is threatening me to pay emi-sep 2020 and they ar e sending me warning messages and what is this?

                                To hdfc - i dont have money to pay emi - since jobless and i cannot pay till i get job.

                                For september and october 2020. I cannot pay.

                                After october 2020-i dont know my position-whether i will live or not?

                                If i dont get job soon - i have to commit suicide.

                                Hdfc bank fellows-dont war n. Soon your bank will collapse-if you suck blood of customer s who lost jobs during this pandemic.

Tried contacting many of their executives but no action has been taken till date. I request the bank to take an immediate action on this matter.
