Good morning sir, this is to inform you that i anand sharma father name prahlad prasad sharma from lucknow, one of your customer from 2017 having account at lucknow chandan nagar branch with customer id[protected], sir due to fault from your side my address was mistyped that is for SS 1953-54 is was typed SS 195354, so by this mistake i have not get the welcome kit which consists of ATM, sir for this i have visited my home branch around 4-5 times since 2017 but they always told me to fill some forms and nothing else done with me, i have not received any atm card, any net banking since 2017, sir this is my warm request that, kindly see my request immediately because my account will be getting close, i have got the msg because without atm and net banking i cant able to use my account since 2017 and also i have to run this account because my LPG subsidy also coming in it and also due to this i am not able to get my credit card net banking, sir again my request is to issue my atm card and net banking as soon as possible,
