The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the IVR options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

    Respected sir,
    i am subodh kumar gupta, serve in the indian navy now posted at kerala. While i was in goa i have take a credit card from hdfc bank and catd limit was 80, 000.00 rs. That time i have spent all limit. Some time i have not make any payment of my card pending and one of hdfc bank personne call me and told me for payment. That time i want to close my credit card and settle the all oustanding amount. That time he (hdfc executive) told me to pay 54, 000 rs for settlement. I pay the settlement amount but not received any slip or acknowledgement papaer from banl.
    Detail of card and all payment as follows:-

      1 month back i have opened an savings account in HDFC bank but on 14th August i have been charged 590 rs for issuance of debit card even i did not get informed through message. Any bank does not charge for ATM for the very first time. But why i have been charged. Please solve my issue

        MY account has debiting through ACH charges everymonth 589rs, and Mi revenue is keep my funds hold through GEFU, , , already I complained once there no answer from customer care and bank, , again this month has been debited my amount and kept in hold 1137.14rs and also to reach customer care its very hard, , so please resolve my issue atleast this time I hope...

          I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST2 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 5**8.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount Rs.1899 with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

          Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
          And HDFC Bank also has to recheck this issue with the Auto Payment modes.

          So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

            Wish i could rate a big 0 for this bank. horrible service and not customer friendly. lot of charges for everything. moreover the Mahadevpura branch is the worst, the staff there don't even look at the customer and talk or no courtesy.

              Respected sir, The credit card company has been charged me two times. First at the name of the loan processing fee and second at the name of the pre closer charge. In MOST IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS voucher, they (HDFC bank Credit card company) have written loan processing fee and pre closer charge fee is rs 700 (Please find attachment MOST IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS see page 3 table row 7). Like this, they have taken other charges also. Kindly return my extra amount which bank has been taken from me. The detail of the loan which I have taken is given below. Account number 36871701 Loan type INSTRA loan Loan Amount Rs. 67500 Tenure 12 month Moreover, with a humble request, I want to know how many more months required to solve my grievances because I have not received any acceptable solution of my grievances to up to till date.                   You mislead the customer and do fake promises to get them onboard and when it comes to implement them you have zero credibility.

                  I ll make sure to drag higher authorities of #hdfcbank here and spread the word on all consumer forums untill I get the solution to what you have done to me.

                  Effort, time and harassment you guys have caused to me is unrepairable.

                      Deposited amount:310, 000 approx including gst

                      Today i am fighting for 210, 000 which hdfc life refuses to pay. We go to agents as we are lay mans and do not understand banking the technologies, but if agents give us wrong information we are trapped.

                      I had clearly asked the agent on what is the risk of terminating the policy in between, the only answer was there is no risk, you get back your money without the interest and gst amount..

                      Now i am in a family emergency where i need my deposited money, they say i have to pay 70% penalty on the deposited amount.

                      If this would have been told me before signing the papers i would have never signed the papers. The agent never told me about this penalty. I badly need by deposited money of 3 lakhs now and not in the position to pay 1.53 ongoing.

                      I feel deceived here where today i am stuck, the back refuses to pay back my money. I had actually asked for a plan that has no termination risks. They trapped me, by not giving me proper instructions

                          Reversed transaction not credited

                          Three transaction of rs. 485.37, 602 and 698 was reversed by amazon 14th July 2020 but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card. Received the messages copied below from the bank on my registered mobile number but the amount is still not reflecting in my account.

                          Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 4248 for Rs. 485.37 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on[protected]:14:05:31...

                          Every month credit card bill total amount not tally with charges

                          Actual total amount=2, 453.19 rs

                          In statement total bill mentioned: 3, 195 rs

                          The difference is 741.81rs they not mentioned

                            I am a senior citizen account, but no proper information regarding to correspond with the branch manager. But too much harassment. Decided to close my all accounts. For information to other customers
                            For simple reasons holding the balance amount in the SB accounts. It happens once in awhile unable to pay any EMI instalment, for which double the amount are holding.
                            I don't know why mi revenue gefu hold of 1938 rs, please resolve my issue...

                                I mistakenly paid into a wrong HDFC credit card and I contacted the Hdfc customer care through mail. They also asked for my bank statement for the transaction but still have not responded to it for more than 2 months. Its been a total of 6 months and I haven't been able to get my issue resolved. Please respond to it as soon as possible.

Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.now again they charged beyond from that charges.i already put the mail to demat closer they did not closed my account till now that to my how much i had overall charges all they deducted .now please close my demat account i don't need

                                      There is debit adjustments in my fast tag accounts.
                                      Can you please give me clarification as why did this happen.

                                      Have attachments to this complaint.
                                      Total debut Adjustments done on 7-Aug was 289.25 + 145.75 = 435/-

                                      After raising the concern on 18-Aug they just reverted 200/- (OD-Reversal)

                                      Can Hdfc team give explanation.
