I have to register the complaint against Hdfc bank and hi recovery agent,
I borrowed the 2 wheeler loan money for 24 months from hdfc bank on may 2018 sometimes my cheque was bounced but on 20 December 2019 hdfc bank recovery agent grabbed my vehicle and said to give the loan amount, after when I call him I said I want to do settlement process and he said ok.
In January 2, 2020 I gave 18000 rs to settle my loan, and he released my 2 wheeler and received money on 2, January 2020 but he didn't do any settlement till 9-july-2020 And when I am calling them, they are not answering, and the bankers are calling me again and again for deposit the money. I am very frustrated now so that's why I raised the complaint.

I want proper solution on this.

    I am an imperia customer of hdfc bank ltd. For over a decade and in june 2015 my relationship manager along with her colleagues virtually coaxed me to buy hdfc life policy number 17778525. I was assured that the returns from this policy would be better than a fixed deposit as this is market linked. Now
    After paying a premium of rs 1, 50, 000/- for five years which is rs 7, 50, 000/- the current value of the policy is only rs 6, 50, 000/-. At the time of buying this policy the sensex was at 18, 000 and went up to 42, 000 but the value of my holding had considerably depreciated. Letters written to mrs. Vibha padalkar, ceo of hdfc life remain unreplied and unacknowledged.

    Customers should be extra careful before investing their hard earned money in such fraudulent schemes which are a trap. Hdfc has cheated me by totally miss selling a policy and have proved to be confidence tricksters.

      I have purchased a laptop on no cost emi from flipkart using hdfc bank credit card.in my current credit card statement, it's showing mer emi, int and it's a huge interest amount. While i have purchased the product on no cost emi, why this interest amount.

        I had the amount transferred to beneficiary account via hdfc mobile app and the amount has been debited but never credited to the beneficiary account. Soon after i received an sms stating transaction failed due to technical error. It's been more than 5 days still amount not returned to my account nor sent to the beneficiary. Customer care number not helpful as it's going through ivr and getting disconnected. No response to emails as well.

          Deactivate my one assist mfee plan
          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2179 without my concern on date:07/08/2020. I am not interested about this one assist mfee service and don’t want this membership any more. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-.

                I raised a request to cancel my hdfc credit card [protected]
                Six months ago

                Since last 6 months i have been requesting to cancel my credit card but till date my credit card hasn't been cancelled

                Also i got the message that credit card fees has been revised and now hdfc is ready to charge annual fee from me

                Even if my credit card doesn't have annual fee i want it to be cancelled right away

                I have been using another bank's credit card so i request you to cancel it immediately

                  Dated 07/08/2020 under one assist fees. That time i also complaint about it to bank and company also. But still the complaint is not resolved. Amount was 1399 rs was deducted from my credit card. I am not interested about this service and please refund my amount.

                    What kind of pathetic service your bank is provoding, i was required to open salary account in your bank by my company to which i obliged & opened it online & submitted all my kyc papers in the nearest branch but i haven't still received my welcome kit containing tin, debit card, cheque book, passbook, & above all now i'm receiving message from bank to update my kyc. I mean what the hell you guys are doing, what kind of pathetic service is this.in this time of pandenic am i required to visit your bank daily & beg you to provide me my welcome kit. Is this the way you treat your customers. Please do the needful asap in my case or i'll be forced to lodge complain with responsible govt authorities against the inactions & insensitivities caused by you guys to me.

                      Hi sir/madam,

                      I had lost my job due to pandemic.. Still i managed to pay my cc emi 2days later of my due date.
                      There is this collection agent called mubarak pasha [protected].. Who keeps visiting my home nd updates all my neighbours that i've borrowed amount nd not made the payment.

                      Out of 5400 rupees, i managed to arrange 4900 nd paid the same.. Me nd my family members requested him that i'll pay the remaining 500 rupees by next month..

                      But he didnt respond nd visited our home thrice in 2days without wearing mask for collecting 500 rupees nd started creating ruckus especially after 6pm.

                      I sincerely wish to lodge a complaint against such people.

                          I have applied for hdfc credit card via a agent in february 2020 and so because of lockdown i did not get the card it self and shows return to bank.
                          So in july they come again and try to deliver the card in my office address without and call or message via blue dart courier service which have their very bad service.
                          After that recently i got my annual bill of 590 rupees and still i don't know where the card is?
                          Already send mail and try to connect the care too but no one is answering the agent said that if i merge some policy or dth the card it self free to me life time so i did it same.

                            Hi, we have done a transaction with hdfc debit card on amazon, we canceled the order and got the message from amazon that money has been reversed on the hdfc card number, after a while we got message from hdfc as well that amount has been credited/reversed by amazon, but we have not received any amount in out account.

                              I have an account in kharadi branch of pune, maharashtra. I was charged 767rs as annual debit card charges without my knowledge. I had no sms/email intimating me about the same. I was not told about these charges while opening of the account. I would like the money to be refunded back as it has been fraudulently debited from my account without my knowledge.

                                  I had purchased an ipad on feb 27, 2020 at aptronix in vr mall, chennai. I am entitled to rs. 3000 cashback and haven’t received it yet. I was told i’ll receive it within 120 days but i haven’t received any. It is well past 120 days. I have imperia banking privileges with hdfc and never expected i’ll face such an issue.

                                    This is an complaint about as 'Hold' amount of Rs. 563.18 on Sep 18 2019 with no reason, without any information has passed yet customer how they do what like. Since i complained plenty with customer care and even branch in Sipcot but no response as of now. I don't understand why an bank is doing such thing, are they doing robbery from public or their system is hacked. Can anyone help how to raise an complaint about this bank to RBI and register an complaint.

                                      I have credit card ending with 6914, till now it is not delivered to me.

                                      Because of the address change .

                                      I have salary account in your bank and address Maintain under account is correct one.

                                      Please dispatch the credit card on address Maintain under bank account as I have already raised several requests to customer care but unable to update proper address or redelivered to belapur hdfc branch.

                                      I was calling bank support team from last 3 Month but unable to connect.

                                      Government agency services are far better than the service you are providing.

                                      Note. If above task is not possible please cancel my credit card ending with 6914
